However, suggestions for improvement for me would be: - what I would have appreciated is more vegetarian options in the restaurant. The shower was cold in our first day (they did fix it the next day) but warm water is something expected from a resort that charges so much per night for a suite. The next day, they asked us to pay for breakfast in the restaurant which was included in our room rate. I feel these created some unpleasant moments that could have been avoided

Haben aufkommende Fragen umgehend beantwortet und auch hilfreiche (und finanzschonende) Tipps gegeben. Das Essen war super, Pool und die Anlage immer schön sauber. Mein Kind wollte eigentlich nicht weiter reisen und war auch täglich nicht aus dem Pool zu kriegen. :) Etwas abseits vom Trubel von Ubud, also nicht in einer touristischen Gegend, aber das hat perfekt gepasst. Es gab wirklich keinen besseren Ort, um unseren Urlaub zu starten. Würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, Egal ob Single, Pärchen oder Familie.

Mais le jardin et la piscine sont beaux. Trop près de la ville pour avoir des beaux paysages alentours, que des rues hyper bruyantes, pas de balade a pieds possible. Trop loin pour aller en ville a pieds, il faut être en scooter et la circulation est infernale (voiture impossible, c'est bouché en permanence)

As we had an early morning hike planned, the team thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us, which was a very much appreciated gesture One minor drawback is that the hotel does not provide an iron, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, the traffic in Ubud can be quite heavy both day and night, so it’s worth planning extra time for travel

• Elena (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Buen servicio, desayuno completo y la piscina amplia y cómoda. Los masajes son geniales, en especial la masajista Lily es estupenda. Si eliges pagar en el alojamiento o pagas todo en cash o te hacen un sobrecargo del 3% por la tarjeta. Los baños están algo anticuados. Está lejos del centro y tienes que moverte siempre en grab, aunque eso hace que sea más tranquilo también.

• Nicoleta (8/5): Very good - The swimming pool was beautiful and it was quiet. The breakfast could be better, not very various. The restaurant had few dishes for the rest of the day, not for our taste. The towels from the bathroom had a smell of air humidity.

The room was very spacious and the garden/pool/rice farm were gorgeous. A short ride from the shopping center and the monkey forest. They also had shuttle bus every few hours to the center. The rooms were clean and when I was staying, it seemed that they were renovating some of the rooms which would make them even nicer.

Only thing would be the showers are a bit old but over all we will be back and disappointed we only stayed one night. With all the expected Balinese amenities, this one boast incredible staff, a large pool great for families and couples as well as perfectly manicured gardens. Set amongst the picturesque rice paddies, this hotel transports you to a simpler time. With various rooms offered some newly renovated others that are like villa's there is something here for everyone.

This is the best out of 4, a hidden gem 1) Totally peaceful despite being in the centre of Ubud 2) Room is clean and very spacious 3) Furniture is a bit outdated but still comfortable 4) Enjoyed the pool also 1) Breakfast is a big let down. The portion is very small and needs to share the sides !!!!

They offer a shuttle service to Ubud central which is very handy although I didn't actually use it because the timings did not fit in with my plans. Staff werr very friendly and helpful.. • Jen (7/5): Lovely staff, disappointed by management - To be honest I have stayed here many times before and this time I was a little disappointed. I like the hotel, I like the rooms, I like the staff at the restaurant and other helpers around the property. This time, the breakfast options no longer included the smoothie bowls. I am grateful that they are eating fresh and eating local, and that meant the fruits chosen for the bowls weren't available, I just wonder if it's not possible to replace that with some other healthy options. Because these were removed, the only option was continental style breakfasts. Secondly, one of my party got sick and we had to call in a doctor and go to the hospital. We couldn't travel and this meant I extended my stay to the end of our time in Bali (I had a duplicate paid non used booking elsewhere), we pretty much were stuck in the room. I asked for a late check out at 4pm, but despite the circumstances this was only possible by paying 50% of the daily rate. I was disappointed, I am a regular, the staff know us, I just thought that human kind was better than that. Am I expecting too much, I dont know, it just didn't feel right. The staff generally are really lovely, they know us, are friendly and helped. It was the policy of management in a difficult situations to a regular customer that just sort of didn't give me a great feeling about what sits underneath the running of the hotel.

• Oana (9/5): Cousy, quiet place, friendly staff - The suits are the best rooms, away from noise, the room is big, the bed and pillows are comfy, the staff is amazing. We stayed here several times and came back 3 times in one month. The breakfast was good, we loved the smoothie bowls, the coconut water in the morning. It is away from the busy center of Ubud in a quiet location. We also stayed in a normal room, ground floor and superior. The superior is a bit loud, you can hear ducks, roosters and motorbikes from the main road, also the rooms need a bit of renovation. The pool is nice, they have a shuttle to the Ubud center (runs twice a day). You get water bottles daily. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it made us feel very cozy.

• Jen (9/5): Superb - I really liked the pool area and just general feel of bali, the lovely views over nature. Its close to TT Batu if thats your thing, and under 10mins to yoga barn. The scooters on site are very high quality. From the pre-reading, I had low expectations for breakfast, but I thought the breakfast options were actually really nice and they were yummy, from smoothie bowls, to the big classic american breakfast, to avocado smash. The smoothie bowls can also be taken back to your room, put in the freezer and make a nice ice cream! I was really nicely surprised.

• Scott (4/5): - The front door was warped and barely shut. The doors had gaps in them letting outside air in. You have to keep the bathroom door shut because there are mesh windows in the bathroom that let hot air in. They were doing construction in the room below was loud as well. The front desk people were annoying and kept calling when I told them what I was doing. One older guy at the front desk charged me 50k for another room key. I found it and brought it back when I checked out. They said he shouldn’t have done that but wouldn’t give me money back and there wasn’t a receipt of it. The only positives about your place were the ladies from room service. They were super nice. You should make them front desk people. I don’t know how this place has a 8.8 rating.
• Anastasija (6/5): Nice territory. Not nice rooms. - Nice territory and pool. Staff friendly but not properly trained for 4* service. Out of Ubud centre, which is nice if you want to completely be away from everything, but far to get everywhere. Staff works by the book - anything extra that I asked they either said I had to pay or didn’t know what to do. Like peace of bread or more granola - “you have to pay extra”. I need 2 towels for the pool “you are only 1 - rules say 1 towel”. No breakfast buffet, very poor choice of breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. All prices much higher than out of hotel + applied with 2 types of tax, and 3% on top if you pay with card. Rooms very dated, not really clean. Shower head didn’t work properly. Windows didn’t open properly. Massage rooms uncomfortable, massage oil smelled old, masseuse was sick and coughing.

The most annoying is the room has awkward smells. The hotel offer us to move to other room below but the smell even worse (stronger). The stuff in the reception is fine try to help politely but the stuff that help us with the Luggage is so rude, screaming to me rudely. Was not a pleasant experience.
