L’accueil était très agréable et le service de qualité. La chambre était incroyable, très belle et confortable. La télévision de la chambre. Vu le standing de la chambre, je m’attendais à une télé plus moderne avec plus de fonctionnalités.

Samantha (10/5): Amazing staff and beautiful rooms. - The staff were all so friendly and kind! They really appreciate it if you try to speak french. I was impressed with their english! They couldn't accommodate us for our arrival time, which we didn't expect but they upgraded our room. We were so appreciative of this. We stayed in their suite and it felt like a cute, comfy apartment. The only downside is there wasn't a fridge, but it wasn't a big deal for us. I would recommend this place because of the friendly staff! The rooms are very nice as well! Missing a fridge.

Il a fait trop chaud dans la chambre ( journée assez chaude ) De plus le pommeau de douche était assez remplir de calcaire ds sorte que l’eau ne s’écoulait pas comme il le faut.

Bij aankomst bleek het hotel erg rustig waardoor we een gratis upgrade naar de suite kregen! Het schoonmaken kon iets beter, strepen op de spiegel en luchtroosters wat vol van stof. Echter was dit te overzien.

A l interieur voisin du dessus allant au toilette le bruit quand il marche ainsi que la chasse d eau oui on entend tout aussi donc que du bruit tout le temps pour un endroit aussi soit disant calme une honte au prix de la chambre. Voisins du dessus ou à côté tout le temps du bruit même le bruit de la fenêtre du voisin on l entend fuyez si vous voulez de la tranquilité mais je me repete on ose marquer insonorisé sur l annonce du foutage de tête ........

Damien (7/5): - Chambres très agréables, et originales. La décoration est soignée Petit problème sur le mitigeur de la baignoire, où je n'ai pas compris la gestion pour l'eau chaude / l'eau froide. Et même une fois la température bien réglée, c'est redevenu froid pendant quelques minutes !

Melissa (6/5): Agréable accessible à tous - Le personnel était relativement sympathique ils ont su nous aiguiller facilement. Il y a un parking avec l’hôtel, il est bon de savoir qu’il est nécessaire de réserver en amont, bien moins cher que dans la rue. L’hôtel est situé à deux bas d’une station de métro, ce qui est relativement agréable pour pouvoir se déplacer dans Paris! Le quartier est très bien, il ne craint pas. Le matelas et les oreillers sont top. Très confortable. La baignoire n’avait pas de bouchons, donc possibilité de prendre un bain c’est dommage. Les portes sont un peu bruyante. Je recommanderais à l’hôtel de revoir ses gouttières. (Lors de fortes pluies, le bruit est quand même assez fort)

Déborah (4/5): - L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à deux reprises en pleine nuit (5h du matin et 5h30). Le personnel de l’accueil n’a pas été vérifié quoique ce soit. L’issue de secours était fermée à clef, s’il y avait vraiment eu quelques choses, ça aurait pu être dramatique. Très mauvaise insonorisation, nous avons l’impression de vivre avec nos voisins de chambre.
Jasiel Madai (3/5): - Très mauvaise expérience ! Le réceptionniste (Youva) a été super malpoli et désagréable. On était deux femmes, amies, dont une enceinte, et il nous a filé une chambre avec un seul lit, alors que sur Booking c’était bien précisé qu’on pouvait avoir deux lits. Il n’a même pas pris la peine de nous demander si on en voulait deux. Selon lui, c’était à nous de le dire avant qu’il nous donne la clé. Il a carrément dit qu’il ne pose jamais la question aux clients. Mais c’est quoi ce genre de service franchement ?! Et en plus, on est restées 3 jours sans ascenseur ! Avec une chambre au 3e étage ! En plein dans cette période de l’année, je trouve ça vraiment abusé. Et bien sûr, personne ne nous avait prévenues avant, on l’a découvert une fois devant l’ascenseur avec nos valises… Franchement, c’était nul nul nul. C’était la deuxième fois que je réservais dans cet hôtel, et sûrement la dernière.

Vanessa (7/5): - Très beau lieu Très bonne accueil Très belle décoration de la chambre Une équipe compréhensif et réactif face au contre temps ou soucis indépendant de leurs volonté ( merci à eux ) Le parking assez loin de l'hôtel Devoir s'arrêter pour récupérer les clés pour repartir trouvé le parking ensuite pour revenir à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel. Risque de ne pas avoir de place de parking libre tout le long de votre séjour . Je vous laisse imaginé si vous êtes seule avec des bagages et si il pleut ! Ce soucis de réservation de spa qui est compris dans le prix , mais que vous pouvez ne pas profitez car pas disponible . Ont vous explique qu'il faut en plus de votre réservation pensé à tout ses détails à l'avance donc rappelé l'hôtel pour voir ça avec eux . Pour ma part si je réserve c'est pour après une journée sur la route tout soit OK à mon arrivée,

Betim (1/5): Gute Lage, aber gravierende Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Grundkomfort, die den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttä - Du Lage war ganz in Ordnung. Eine gute Anbindung ins Zentrum mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war unzureichend (u. a. Rückstände im Bad, benutzte Schlappen im Zimmer), grundlegendes Equipment wie ein Föhn fehlte und vor allem gab es ab dem zweiten Tag bis zur Abreise kein warmes Wasser, sodass wir kalt duschen mussten. Eine angemessene Lösung oder Kompensation wurde nicht angeboten.
