• Aliff (1/5): Poor Design and Uncomfortable Stay - Only the location is good This stay was very disappointing and uncomfortable. 1. No lift at all. There is no lift in this hotel. If you’re traveling with multiple or heavy luggage, be prepared to carry everything up the stairs. This is very inconvenient and should be clearly stated. 2. Unsafe staircase design. The staircase feels unsafe. Only about two-thirds of it are actual stairs, while the remaining part is more like a ramp or slide. It’s easy to lose balance, especially when carrying luggage. This is a serious safety concern. 3. Poor room and toilet layout with bad smell. The toilet is located inside the room and only separated by a partition. Because of this, toilet smells easily spread into the room, making the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel design is poorly thought out and not suitable for guests with luggage or those who care about comfort and safety. Not recommended.

• Nur (2/5): Regret - Nothing Property not well maintain, facilities given cant be use. Such as tv, plus no proper shampoo or body wash given. I suggest not to book this hotel. The staff also not helping. Need keep asking for a basic thing that hotel should provide which is a towel !

I got twice door knocking from strangers at night and when I open the door, nobody is there 4. The door lock is unsafe, I blocked the door with my luggage and put the coin at the door handle 5. No space to breathe - I almost got a panic attack 6. Not muslim friendly as there is no space for prayers

Staff behaviour also very much unhelpful. For them service and behaviour my friend booked for 7 dats but after 2 days we checked out but they shown in booking record full 7 days stayed!! • Elissa (5/5): Cheap, Chirpy, and Crawling with Surprises - We booked this place because the location seemed less terrifying for someone like me who breaks into a sweat driving in Kuala Lumpur city centre. Bonus points to the staff for being kind enough to let us bring in our cat for a couple of hours, even though it’s technically a no-pet zone. After a long journey, she got to chill for a bit before meeting her new family in KL, so big thanks for that! Now, onto the room… let’s just say, the reviews weren’t lying. We walked in and were greeted by a welcoming committee of cockroaches, sheets with a questionable history (hello, blood stains), and a bathroom that looked like it was in a long-term feud with cleaning supplies. But the real kicker? The noise. It was as if 10 people had rented our room for a podcast recording session. If you value sleep or silence, this might not be your vibe. The price was cheap, and thankfully we only stayed one night. For longer stays, I’d recommend investing in something less… eventful.
