• Denise (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant - Breakfast was perfect, room was comfortable and staff were very pleasant. I arrived just after 8pm and waited at reception for at least 15 minutes before I called into the bar to see if someone could book me in. Food service had stopped so I had to leave again to get something to eat. No lotion or conditioner in the bathroom

• CARMEL (6/5): Very good. Enjoyed. (Did not enjoy the cold rooms) - Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the room was cold no heat got transferred to another room not much heat there either. I would not stay there again in winter it certainly needs to update the heating system.Other than that all was good. Heating rooms cold.

• Kathleen (6/5): Cold but clean - The hotel was very easy to find and was spotless Our room was freezing and I mean artic cold! Made numerous phone calls to ask for heat and was ignored until the system kicked in at 6pm! Was very disappointed as spoke to several members of staff and was assured they would turn on heat! As hotel was so busy no seats in reception or bar! We had no choice but to go to our room but it ruined what would have otherwise been a lovely stay!!

• Ronan (8/5): Great Spot - Breakfast was grand. Room was close to Reception. No noise. Located close to things like the motorway. Check in was friendly, fast and efficient. Netflix did not seem to work. Disappointed that the price has risen in recent times. I would like to stay here more often but the price is off putting. Still more affordable than Galway city. Would prefer if I could get my own coffee instead of being served. Handier if you want another cup.

The guy at reception was do helpful. Every request we made he tried to accommodate. The breakfast was not so good, buffet, so a little cold, had to wait some time for eggs.

• Lorna (6/5): - Breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast lukewarm Bacon was hard and dried out. Fried eggs were hard and scrambled egg very salty.Beans dried out. Chef obviously cooked everything at 7 am and it was then put in the warmer. Staff kept coming and looking into the trays but hadn’t the gumption to see that they would have needed fresh food. Defo the worst breakfast. I have had. Overall very overpriced
• Jean (10/5): I’ll be back! - Location. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Fire alarm went off at 1:00 am and it took a few minutes for staff to ascertain that there was no problem and to turn off the alarm, but I think they handled it as well as they could have done.
• Jim Tugman (3/5): Issues with my stay. - Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. No A/C in room, no bottles of water in room, room hot. View out off window was really bad, brick wall with electrical units attached. Expensive, with the issues above, left all off these comments on a feedback sheet that was in the room, it came with no pen. Heard nothing from the hotel. Also €20 to get into evening entertainment in the hotel.

• Mairead (3/5): Nice location, but in need of some TLC - Location & Accessibility, plenty of parking Had to return to Receptionist twice as key cards didn't work, room was quite small given the rate paid, it was also cold radiator not working very well, only heating across the top, badly needed to be bled out or replaced, water only luke warm when I showered on evening of arrival & my husband went ro have a bath the next morning & water was cold. Breakfast was lovely & plenty of it.
