- niccol_s280 (10/5): Great People, great hotel, great week! - I stayed for one week in March in Mexico City, which can be quite a challenging and intense city, but this hotel made my experience absolutely perfect. The hotel is always impeccably clean, and the food is consistently excellent, with a great variety of cuisines that makes every meal interesting and enjoyable. However, what truly makes the difference is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I never encountered a single issue—on the contrary, everyone was תמיד friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. I would especially like to thank Mrs Andrea at the front desk. She supported me with everything related to invoices and payments with European credit cards, which can sometimes be complicated. She handled everything with patience, a constant smile, and great professionalism, helping me solve every issue smoothly. Mr Angel at the bar: always ready to explain me the wines and how to combine them with special food. I had very great dinners! I would also like to mention the housekeeping service: Mrs Ivonne was especially fantastic, always ensuring the room was perfect. Room service was also consistently fast and efficient. And I want to mention Mr Celestino at the entrance: always helping and smiling. I truly look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mexico City. It’s a wonderful place to stay. Muchas Gracias!

- luca (1/5): in hotel 5 stelle lusso, con servizio da 3 - niente hotel 5 stelle lusso dal costo di 600€ a notte, al check in il personale ti intima di prendere solo un caffè al giorno, gli li paghi. Le cameriere continuano a bussare alla porta per chiederti se hai bisogno di qualcosa e senza aspettare la risposta entrano, un volta ero in bagno nudo, imbarazzante. Colazione alla carta costosissima, cucina a vista con cuochi che toccavano tutto a mani nude senza guanti, servizio pessimo , bisogna sempre richiamare il cameriere perchè si dimenticano di portarti quello che hai chiesto, inoltre ti ricordano volentieri che se non hai molto credito devi pagare prima di uscire dalla sala colazione. Le foto della SPA è ingrandita e nell'elenco servizi non ti dicono che è tutto a pagamento, almeno che tu non faccia un massaggio rilassante per 160€ , allora puoi fare il bagno nella vasca gratuitamente, almeno la palestra è aperta 24 ore su 24 ..

El precio del servicio de habitaciones es aceptable, y el servicio es rápido. No soy partidario de las habitaciones que no tiene separación entre el baño y el dormitorio, y si es una suite como era mi caso, entre el salón y el dormitorio. Me gustan las puertas de separación, porque puedes cerrarlas o dejarlas abiertas, pero si no existen no puedes elegir: todo abierto. No me gustó el altísimo precio del vino. Es absolutamente disuasorio.

- 747darrelln (10/5): A + STAY IN THE HEART OF MEXICO CITY - Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico City is a fabulous oasis right in the middle of the busy city. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and assisted by the concierge, who helped us get checked in and familiar with our room features. Our room was huge, modern, and overlooked the vibrant city streets below. The bed was incredibly comfortable — paired with blackout curtains that made it easy to sleep in without realizing morning even arrived! The bathroom felt like another suite on its own, with a separate tub and shower, double sinks, a TV, and a lounge area to unwind. The amenities were top-notch. The gym is fully equipped with everything anyone could need. I didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the extensive treatment menu made it look like a perfect place to relax during a future visit. Dining was another highlight — delicious food, attentive service, and a cool open-kitchen concept where you can watch chefs prepare your meal. The bar also served excellent drinks. Conveniently connected to a mall next door, we enjoyed browsing great shops, restaurants, and even had the option of catching a movie. Overall, our experience was flawless from start to finish. A truly superior stay — we will definitely be returning!

Evening Mezcal shots, lovely hallway sitting areas, a selection of albums with a record player on every floor, even a signature rubber ducky in the bathtub! There is something special about turndown service. And the bed -- I slept like a rock every night. I was greeted by name at every turn and felt like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. I can't wait to come back whether for business or vacation getaway. This is the place.

I had some mild health issues during my stay and the staff were incredible--they even called a doctor to evaluate me in the comfort and privacy of my own room (shoutout to the concierge!). The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed and pillows are a dream. Natural light is excellent given floor-to-ceiling windows. The food (we only had breakfast) was great as well. Cons: The bathroom sink does not have much room to accommodate a toiletries kit and the shower's water pressure was mild. Location is undesirable for tourism purposes, as it is ~40 mins removed from the city center, but if you want peace and quiet in a more residential area, this is the hotel for you.

The staff was so kind to our animals always smiling faces extra water bottles for us and them. It was just another Amazing stay with live aqua bosques! Beyond that the room was spacious. Clean smelled amazing. My kids loved the old record player at the elevator. Honestly, it’s always just the best staying here.
