• Mathilde (1/5): Bad - Nothing I arrived at the hotel and paid what was due. Once I arrived in the room, I noticed that there was an intense smell of mold. So I went to see the receptionist asking if there was another room free. He said no and that he was sorry. I have asthma and it is impossible for me to sleep in a room like this. So I asked to speak to the owner and the receptionist did not want to, he replied that he was very busy. He ended up giving me the money I had paid for the room in a very aggressive way.

• David (8/5): Very close for Bali immigration and the room was easily the best condition at this price point. - The room exceeded my expectation for the price point.
• Marco (8/5): Very good - Simple but functional rooms for the price and location next to immigration office :) An exterior space with a few tables and chairs would make the difference (as the parking spot is big enough), as the room itself doesn't contain seating area
• Wynne (2/5): Don't stay unless you have too - I suppose having a warm shower? Blood-like stains on bedding. Pillows looked mouldy. Mouldy bathroom floor. Toilet was disgusting, even had excrement under the seat. Main room floors weren't swept. Mirrors didn't look like they have been cleaned I'm months. Very bad smell due to having very little ventilation.

It looked as if it was years ago a nice place. For the price you cannot expect great but should be cleaner for our standards.

• SIN PENG (8/5): Cheap and good. - Though the hotel is 2 lanes from the main road, it is quiet and all round are residential from small huts to some mansions. And you can hear the cocks crow, especially in the morning. You get a big room and a large bathroom with hot showers.

Ideale per viaggiatori con budget limitato, posizione strategica per escursioni o passeggiate nel parco vicino. Mezz'ora di cammino fino Sanur Beach e centro città. Manager Putu molto gentile e simpatico.
• Sonny (8/5): Nice Hotel, nice Staff, overall ok - Nice Staff, nice rooms but could be a bit cleaner. The duvet was not that clean and the floor wasntt ery clean as well. A bit too far away from the beach etc but taxi is affordable. Overall not terrible. Good for a few nights.

• Mark (2/5): The WORST Hotel In Bali! Be Warned. - The hotel is absolutely filthy. There was very large brown coloured stains on the walls directly above the equally stained pillows. The toilet leaked water all through the bathroom and directly on to the shower floor. The smell of sewerage from this leaking water was overwhelming. The room and lined were untouchable. Every aspect of this hotel was horrendous. The bathroom wasn't even sealed from the outdoors. We notified management the room was unacceptable and was told "no refunds available". We booked and paid for a week's accommodation. Didn't stay a single night and left within an hour (enough time to book alternate accommodation). This dump of a hotel was advertised as one of the accommodation options on the Jetstar website booking page. The photos online look entirely different to the hotel's current condition. Be warned!
• Jeserae (10/5): wow - I was really surprised when I got to my room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Bath room has a nice skylight. For the price it is a steal of a deal

• J&C (2/5): Uruselt - Cityzen Renon har endast ett fåtal rum, de flesta placeras i en annan byggnad ett kvarter bakom hotellet. Vi hade bokat vårt rum 6 månader i förväg men hotellet var ändå "fullbokat" när vi kom dit. Rummet vi blev placerade i var det värsta råtthål jag någonsin sett, smutsigt, utan dusch, helt enkelt vidrigt. Efter mycket bråk blev vi flyttade till ett annat hotell som var helt ok. Undvik till varje pris

• Peter (10/5): Cityzen Renon, good place, but too far away - Value for money in this hotel is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good for a first or last night, but probably not for longer stays as it is 3 km from Sanur. Unless you don't mind taking a taxi or walking of course. We stayed there two nights, and the room was all right, quiet effective a/c, comfy bed and friendly staff, and at only $16 per night it is cheap. Better than 3 starred hotels we've stayed at.
• wyne (2/5): Very cheap hoyel - Aircond not cool, quiet place far from happenings, wall paint flaking off, no breakfast available (no dining facility). What u can expect only to sleep. Wifi slow, always disconnected. No ammenities available. No phone inside room.
• Putu Kanisia (10/5): Great Hotel & Great Budgetting - It's a very comfortable room, cool AC, cleanest...It's a very recommended room for all who plans to travel to Bali with a minimum budget, however comes with a great value of the hotel such as near of restaurants, convenience store (K-Mart), McD, and so on...Two thumbs up for citizen Renon
• Wei (8/5): Great room,friendly staffs,comfortable stay! - We really like the design of the room,and super big and comfortable bed was nice to relax. Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Just one problem:only had hot shower like 5 mins an it was cold....fortunately the weather wasnt too bad for cold water, but we think it could have been better. Anyway, it was worth the money and only about 150,000rp to Ubud by taxi! Highly recommended.
• RLB_KaLaeHI (8/5): Good Place, easy in and out... - I stay here often when passing through Denpasar. CityZenRenon is perfect for a night or two and I always sleep very well at this accommodation. The staff are helpful and friendly, I have no complaints with the bathroom fridge and coffee/tea pot. Easy walking to food, coffee and mini-market. The TV and AC are working well the internet is a bit troublesome but this is the case for most of Indonesia.

The hotel room is quite clean, although there are a lot of tiny ants (but that's normal for hotels in these kinds of countries. The lighting in the evening horrible, but it's got nice natural light during the day time. The location is horrible; it's in a very quiet residential neighbourhood and although it does feel safe to venture out in the evening, I didn't really want to because it was just too quiet and not much in the surrounding area. You will need a cab to get anywhere worth going to. The hotel itself is quite decent, but the area is terribly quiet. The service was great and the staff are helpful.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient location for Consul's, Embassies etc - New hotel in good condition. Room well furnished & everything worked! Breakfast was minimalistic but there's always plenty of options in Indonesia. Bluebird taxis from here are cheap - eg Ubud
