- Karolina (10/5): Hotel zachwyca klimatem, pięknym wystrojem, pysznymi i urozmaiconymi śniadaniami oraz świetną lokali - Genialny klimat hotelu i przepiękny wystrój tworzą wyjątkową atmosferę już od pierwszych chwil pobytu. Ogromnym atutem są rewelacyjne, bardzo urozmaicone śniadania – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dodatkowo lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta to strzał w dziesiątkę i ogromna wygoda podczas zwiedzania oraz korzystania z lokalnych atrakcji. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia!

- Tomas (1/5): Direct Discrimination by Hilton Vilnius Grand Hotel - Wine. Discrimination, persecution, I am forbidden to go to SPA, Sauna, Massage services, swimming pool because I left 350 Eur + tips and gifts for Hilton employees.
- TAV112 (10/5): Beautiful hotel and great staffs - Beautiful hotel in a great location across from Cathedral Square! We were upgraded to a large suite which was really nice. Most importantly the staffs were really nice and friendly and service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again next time in Vilnius!!

- linskitours (8/5): Get a decent room! - There are many positives - the location, staff, breakfast, pool and gym but I cannot get to 5*. Why? Well I wrote in advance after reading lots of TA reviews asking for one of the refurbished rooms not near a lift. We were allocated room 219 right near the lift (this was however not noisy) and it was old. We really enjoyed our stay. But the aircon had to be set at 19c and roared away to little avail. As it was 6c when we arrived and 24c when we left yesterday the last two nights were too hot due to the old system. Also the electrics were both exciting and a challenge. We could not turn off the main lights having found them on after getting back from dinner. A young man struggled commenting how old the electrical systems were. I eventually cracked how to do it whilst no one could find a switch during our 5 night stay! Was this allocation because we booked through booking.com I wonder? The hotel did not appear to be over busy judging by numbers at breakfast. The other issue was the man on reception when we arrived who, when my wife paid the bill in advance, said to her, out of my earshot, “well I’m sure your husband will be paying it anyway”. Not exactly politically correct in England in 2026!! Also watch when they book taxis for you that they tell you the right fare. We were fleeced by 2 taxis they ordered charging for example €20 to go just to the station. It was just over €4 on the way back, But if you get a nice room you will love the place.

- Armandas (5/5): - The hotel was overbooked and relocated us to another property. We were only informed at check-in, with no prior notice, which significantly disrupted our plans. The alternative hotel was not equivalent, as its SPA facilities were closed due to renovation. This is a very poor experience for a hotel that positions itself among the best in Vilnius.

That standard carried through to the room, spacious, extremely comfortable, and with a genuinely beautiful view that never got old. Staying for three weeks with my wife and our 6 month old could have been complicated, but instead the hotel made it feel effortless, it genuinely became a home away from home. The comfort, quality, and perfect central location made it simple to step out and explore Vilnius Old Town, then return to somewhere that felt familiar and relaxing. But the real difference-maker here is the people. Every interaction reception, spa, restaurant was warm, natural, and genuinely attentive. Special thanks to Emilija at reception and Sandra in the spa, who went above and beyond. They were not only incredibly helpful, but also brilliant with our baby, who took to them immediately. That kind of genuine care can’t be faked, and it made a lasting impression. A particularly lovely touch was when the team organised surprise balloons and a small present for our baby’s 6 month birthday completely unexpected and very thoughtful. We really felt valued. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and we’ll be back. Thank you to all the team

Parabens pelo alto nivel do recepcionista e porteiro. Bemvindo directo! Restaurante com um serviço que supera qualquer prato menos bem concebido. Obrigado Bia-) Excelente carta de vinhos. Uma barmaid de louvar como profissional, conhecimento do bar. Ainda ficavamos mais tempo... a beber Lamento...nao sei como se escreve o nome da Barmaid-) Da prazer ver que sao pessoas que fazem a hotelaria com nivel. Baixou o nivel em comparcao com o Kempiski ... Um cliente que foi deixado fazer "barulho" no piano-)) Varias vezes.

Wykazała się całkowitym brakiem empatii i chęci pomocy przy zameldowaniu. Sprawiła, że początek pobytu w Państwa hotelu był dużym stresem i żadną przyjemnością. It used to be Kempinski hotel. Absolute 10: the bar, restaurant, food quality, great drinks, sauna and spa. Fantastic rooms. Great staff and the manager of the hotel keeping it all functioning perfectly!!!

Our room was simply stunning, especially for our special celebration — having a balcony overlooking the Christmas market made it unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Vilnius, with the festive atmosphere just outside our window. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-appointed, with a lovely breakfast that had plenty of options to start the day. Staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt seamless throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Vilnius, especially during the holiday season, this hotel is an absolute gem. We can’t recommend it highly enough!
- Yael (9/5): מקום נהדר במחיר טוב , צוות יוצא מהכלל - מלון מרכזי יפיפה עם אותנטיות אירופאית צוות נפלא מסביר פנים חדר נוח מרווח ונקי מיטה רכה מאוד , אני אהבתי נוף יפה מהחדר גם קיבלנו שדרוג ארוחת בוקר טעימה אם כי לא מגוונת בריכה וגיקוזי שבספא דורשים תחזוקה יש שברים של אריחים ולכלוך במים - לא מתאים למלון שכזה , בנוסף מים בגיקוזי היו קרים חלק מהזמן .. ארוחת בוקר טרייה וטעימה אבל חסר גיוון כל יום אותו הדבר למרות שלי אישית אין בעיה עם זה
- Claudio (6/5): Molto deludente: non ci torneremo - La struttura si colloca nel cuore della città di Vilnius, a due passi da Gedimino Prospektas e dalle principali attrazioni, e consente di vedere la città semplicemente camminando e limitando l’uso dei mezzi. Il prospetto è molto sontuoso. Le alte aspettative che nutrivamo, anche in considerazione delle recensioni stellari, evidentemente approssimative, sono state tradite. Anzitutto una grandissima delusione il welcome drink: abbiamo chiesto dell’acqua, che ci è stata servita consegnandoci due bottigliette di plastica… Il personale in parte gentile in parte inadatto; il bagno era privo di amanities(e non è un mero dettaglio per un hotel 5 stelle), gli arredi erano scarsamente adatti a un 4 stelle, troppo barocchi e di cattivo gusto (alberi di Natale, divani, illuminazioni). La colazione va assolutamente migliorata: non si può pensare di far mangiare agli ospiti di un 5 stelle merendine in busta e dolci molti dei quali visibilmente industriali. Poca scelta per il dolce, buona per il salato ma molti cibi salati che ho assaggiato erano di cattivo gusto (i fagioli immangiabili, di qualità scadente). Non c’è un servizio ad hoc di concierge, altrettanta anomalia per un hotel che si presenta sulla scarta come 5 stelle. La SPA ha dei difetti: ci sono pochi lettini e manca un angolo ristoro dove bere e mangiare, corner sempre presente nelle SPA di lusso. Inoltre, l’acqua della piscina era fredda: inaccettabile viste le gelide temperature esterne. Suggerirei di colmare presto tutte queste mancanze, perché allontanano i clienti che hanno soggiornato nella vostra struttura.
