- Laureen (3/5): Not happy - The staff were nice The rooms were not clean the beds were so bad the sheets had stains. The towels had stains and the whole room was not very warming. I felt a little dirty staying in there.

- Angela (10/5): I will definitely recommend and stay here again! - I loved the location. It was very close to the beach and right across the street from many stores. Perfect location! The pool could be bigger, besides that I liked everything about my stay.
- Marybeth (7/5): We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. - This was a perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. The rooms were clean and we had a decent view of the ocean. Steps to the beach which was perfect. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and bars. We loved staying north of the boardwalk definitely a quieter area. They only allowed one bag of ice per room, which you had to get through the front desk, I found that odd. My biggest gripe was that there was no in room safe. I had to lug my purse with me everywhere, so I found that annoying. I hated bringing it to the beach everyday.

While our room appeared clean when I pulled the blanket back to go to bed it was obvious our sheets had not been changed from previous guest. I had to fetch sheets and changed the bedding myself. They gave me a $40 credit for my troubles in the morning 🙄

I would have liked to have been given a room with a better ocean view as the hotel was 90% vacant. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

- Jennifer (7/5): We had a great time and loved how close it was to the beach especially for the price, but those beds - I liked that it was only a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed that it was away from the hustle and bustle of central Ocean City but there were still plenty of things to do close by. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. If I had one complaint it would be that the beds (at least in the room we stayed in) were so uncomfortable. Even my 10-year-old woke up sore and thought the mattresses were terrible.

Bathroom was not clean when we arrived. A hair clip from the previous people staying was clipped onto the shower curtain, making it unable to be opened all the way. This made it clear the cleaning crew didn’t even open the shower curtain all the way when cleaning. Half of the lights and outlets in the room did not work and tv remote was dead.

- Casey (4/5): - We recently stayed here and I have to say, the staff were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating people. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed. We booked a suite, and while the layout and idea of the room were great, there were a few things that left us disappointed. The room itself could use some extra attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The carpet left our feet dirty, and we noticed stains (very yellow) on the pillows and mattress (thankfully, we had brought our own pillows). There was also a large gap under the exterior door, which allowed rainwater to come inside and soak the floor during our stay. For safety, the sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock, which worried us since we had our little one with us. The safety latch on the main door was also close to broken. Overall, the staff were truly excellent, but the suite itself needs some refreshing and a little extra care to match the warm service. With some updates, this place could be amazing.

Very small pool that was located on the Coastal Highway. My daughter and her family stayed in another room in this hotel We left to get something to eat and when we returned to her room, there were towels, and a bag of garbage at the outside there door stopping the rain from coming in under there door.
- Michael (6/5): - Pros: Good location, parking, easy beach walk Cons: Included breakfast consists of a banana, packaged muffins, and bagels (there is no sitting in to eat and not even a bathroom or real lobby; feels like a motel setup not a hotel). Pool is very small. Shower in our room reached scalding level on its own and had to be adjusted constantly. Pillows are not supportive and feel thin and cheap. Despite signs warning of no smoking allowed the elevater smelled of smoke, including Marijuana. Expected more from a 3-star hotel..

The sofa bed was horrible with feeling spring , phone was not working, no hangers, one basin , laundry room has no lights and from desk has no coin, the bathroom faucet was loose. Sands were all over place. I wanna my money back.please send the number for complain and forward the video of water dripping all night!

Lady at the desk had an attitude problem at check in and the second day when I went to ask where they kept the ice. Property has no smoking signs up all over but people smoke constantly. First night we had kids banging on our door and running away up to almost 11 at night. Went to the desk to say something and there was no one anywhere there to be found. Beds are like sleeping on a concrete floor. Showers have no water pressure. I had to fix our showerhead and faucet in the tub because both were loose to the point where they were coming off. Hallways were dirty. Hotel was dirty in general. Only positive was our balcony with a partial ocean view. Just don't book with high expectations as you will be disappointed and the attitude problem at the desk capped it. They know they have issues here, they just aren't interested in fixing them. We go to OCMD yearly and we won't be back here and definitely will not recommend it to anyone.
