• Saúl (1/5): No es el hotel que buscas para unas vacaciones tranquilas - Me he alojado en varias ocasiones en este hotel y es aceptable si sabes lo que vas a encontrarte. Lo mejor es su ubicación y su precio, cumple con lo básico, incluso dispones de una pequeña nevera. Tienes que saber que es un hotel cutre en su conjunto. La calidad percibida es muy baja, y tener una buena o mala experiencia depende de la buena o mala suerte durante tu estancia por posibles riesgos, como: huéspedes borrachos que gritan por los pasillos y ponen música en la habitación, habitación sucia y en ocasiones cucharachas, ruido durante la noche, sábanas y toallas de baja calidad, check-in demasiado lento con personal poco profesional, y personas quejándose en recepción por todo lo explicado anteriormente. Si viajas a Miami en pareja o con familia, no lo recomendaría, por el alto riesgo de no cumplir con las expectativas de un destino como Miami. No es el hotel que buscas para unas vacaciones tranquilas.

Quiero destacar a la recepcionista porque es muy buena, servicial y nos ayudó mucho durante la estadía. Ubicación a 1 calle de la playa, parada de bus en ambas esquinas (muy cómodo para ir y volver del aeropuerto en bus). Se puede llegar también con el trolley gratuito desde el centro. Aire acondicionado sin poder regular, pocos utensilios disponibles, wifi lento.

La calidad percibida es muy baja, y es frecuente escuchar huéspedes borrachos que gritan por los pasillos y ponen música en la habitación, habitación sucia y en ocasiones cucharachas, ruido durante la noche, sábanas y toallas de baja calidad, check-in demasiado lento con personal poco profesional, y personas quejándose en recepción por todo lo explicado anteriormente. No es el hotel que buscas para unas vacaciones tranquilas.
• Joel (1/5): Good location near the beach, but poor quality room, terrible service, no security, and an awful renovation — you get... - The location was great — very close to the beach, which was the best part of the stay. The beds are extremely hard, low, and uncomfortable — the kind you would expect in a school, not a hotel. In the bathroom, despite being two guests, there was only one bath towel for one person. The shower water splashes outside the shower area and there was no extra towel to put on the slippery floor — I could have fallen. The floor stayed wet all night with no way to dry it. There are no extra towels at all, not small ones or large ones, for a second person. The renovation they advertise is of terrible quality — worse than the worst bathroom from the 1980s, poorly done and tasteless. The room quality overall is very low. There is no security: two drunk guys knocked on my door by mistake and woke me up. The front desk staff was cold and unfriendly — the agent scolded me for asking a question, made me wait through an entire check-in process for a guest who was not even present before helping me, and showed zero interest throughout. At checkout, no one was at the front desk; when I called out, it was a cleaning employee who told me to leave and that she would handle the checkout. I will never return to this place.

• Brittany (1/5): Worst experience of my life - Absolutely nothing Our stay was terrible from start to finish. The room had cockroaches, was gross, loud, and honestly felt unsafe. The door wouldn’t lock properly, the refrigerator didn’t work, the bedding had holes in it, and there was something disgusting on the curtain. We were only given two towels and told they only supply two per room, with no flexibility. On top of that, they charged a $100 deposit that was never disclosed on their website, even though I had already paid well in advance. The front desk attendant was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. This was definitely a “you get what you pay for” experience, and we will absolutely never be back. Also when I reached out before the trip we were told we could check in early but when I arrive he told us we couldn’t check in until 4pm no exceptions. So from 9a-4p we were tired and miserable

I am requesting a refund. - The only positive point was the location, as I was attending an event in the city. Unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing and did not meet basic standards. I am requesting my money back as compensation for this stay. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were hairs in the bathroom, and it smelled bad. The hot water was not working, even after I asked the receptionist to fix it. Also, the window facing the street did not have a proper curtain that could fully close, which affected my privacy and comfort. The receptionist only offered a $22 discount for one night, which does not compensate for all the problems. They still charged me for parking, even after all these issues. I was in Miami Beach for an important event and I could not rest properly or be well prepared because of the poor condition of the room.

• Károly (10/5): Kalandos - 2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Nem a legforgalamsabb rész Miami Beach-en, de közel van és az ingyenes trolley mindenhova gyorsan elvisz. Gyalog max 2 perc a strand. Ezért az árért nekünk megfelelt 2 éjszakára, hosszabb időre, családdal viszont biztos egy jobban felszerelt és komfortosabb szállást keresnék.

El personal no tiene el mejor trato, literalmente pareciera que los estas molestando, excepto una sola persona que estuvo al momento del check out que fue agradable. La cama es la peor en la que dormí en mi vida. Al leer las reseñas no sabía con que me iba a encontrar, pero la realidad es que hotel en sí no es un espanto ni es inseguro, simplemente necesita una mejor gestión.

• Maria (4/5): Disappointing!!! - Great location No parking was provided but it was included in the description when booking the room. There were no towels in the room. After going to the front desk where it was only a security officer who initially told me they have no access to towels room, but when I started to express my frustration she was able to give me 2 towels that were very old and gray and they actually looked like cleaning towels. There were no blankets on the bed. It was no additional toilet paper available in the room. I had to go to front desk to ask for it. Overall - very sad and disgusting!!!

• Julia (8/5): - Ein Mitarbeiter hatte sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse und war extrem freundlich. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter leider nicht. Er war fordernd aggressiv und extrem unfreundlich. Im Zimmer war dann das Kühlschrank Kabel kaputt und es gab nur 2 Handtücher, kein Shampoo, kein Handtuch für den Boden oder die Hände. Ich empfehle bei Betreten des Zimmers ein Foto und ein Check- up zu machen damit man die 100 Euro Kaution zurück bekommt. Ansonsten super Lage, tolles Zimmer in der 3.ten Etage mit großem Fenster zu einem super Preis und gute Möglichkeit sein Gepäck vor Check in und nach Check out in Miami Beach abzustellen.

• Latania (1/5): Miami hotel from hell!!! - The bed was comfortable No remote, tub dirty, desk was rude, no phone, no blinds was see thru curtains, a lot of noise that kept waking me up, cops was outside in middle of night. Front desk told me he was coming to bring remote. Had to go the 3x. $100 deposit, I put cash at ck out he said wx I didn't put cash then he finally seen it. Told me to check out at 10am instead of 11am. Don't waist time or money it's not worth the aggregation!!!

Location was good though by beach This places is disgusting! Do not stay here! The floors were so gross and coated in dirt! The front desk guy was so rude and not inviting at all and was short and could tell he gets easily annoyed. They gave us 1 towel and we have 2 people. I went and asked for another towel and he was very annoyed and it was apparent that I was inconveniencing him… and handed us a damp towel. Ew. The shower was so gross we didn’t even want to shower. There was stains/mildew and mold on the shower curtain. The sheets were not washed prior. Dust all over the ice bowl on the fridge. The ceiling fan made the worst noise all night and looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. Paper thin walls, can hear everything. With also weird banging noises late at night at midnight. Almost like a hammer on the walls? My socks were filthy walking on the floors too!Also…. wtf is up with the art work? So random and reminds me of like Epstein island or how a coke lord would decorate. Very not homey or comfy at all. Oh also they give you a thin sheet blanket. So have fun sleeping like shit.

• Nancy (1/5): Würde hier nicht nochmal buchen! Abgenutzte Zimmer und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter - Das Bett war bequem und die Lage gut. Eine Busstation befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und auch der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig. Überall klebten fremde Haare, die Badewanne war voller schwarzer Kratzer und Rückstände, der Lichtschalter versifft und ein großes Loch befand sich in der Duschwand. Auf meine Bitte das Bad zu reinigen, folgten nur leere Versprechungen. Die Tapete war teilweise ein- und abgerissen und die Zimmerlampe, sowie der TV funktionierten nicht. Zudem war die Klimaanlage weder verstellbar, noch lies sie sich ausschalten. Dafür ist diese so laut, dass man ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen kann. Das Personal war unfreundlich und unmotiviert und gab einem das Gefühl mit den Problemen alleine zu sein.

Mi vuelo llegaba en la madrugada del 26 de Marzo, yo llamé al señor Simón para preguntarle si había posibilidad de pagar un poco más para hacer check in temprano, y él me respondió que posiblemente habría una manera de entregarla a las 7:00 AM por un costo de 50 dólares más cuando llegara al hotel, yo accedí a eso y confiado, no reservé en otro lugar para descansar en la mañana. Tuve que esperar 12 horas en la calle hasta la hora del check in, durante la llamada según Simón; yo podía quedarme en la sala de espera toda la mañana pero Simón no le avisó al turno de la madrugada que yo llegaba temprano, el señor del turno de la mañana no me permitió quedarme en la sala y dijo que solo tenía 15 minutos para estar adentro… tuve que quedarme en la playa desde las 5:30 de la mañana porque no me dejaban entrar a esperar al menos. A parte su atención malísima, sus respuestas mediocres ante las dudas del cliente, pude presenciar quejas de los clientes que hacían check out… no ofreció factura del depósito que me cobraron de la tarjeta de crédito, en el momento estoy a la espera para el reembolso, ofrecieron cuidar el equipaje pero sin ningún ticket, esto se puede prestar para pérdida o robo y claramente el hotel no respondería si eso llega a pasar. También tuve problemas con mi tarjeta para entrar a mi habitación, cuando fui a preguntarle a la señora del turno en ese momento, me respondió que ella iba a reactivar la tarjeta pero en tono negativo me respondió que yo ya debería de saber que las tarjetas no se pueden guardar junto con los aparatos electrónicos; yo le respondí que no podría saberlo porque solamente llevaba una noche y que nadie me había advertido de eso.
