- Vicky Vale (5/5): Leider nicht wirklich smart - Gute Lage. Das Zimmer roch sehr scharf nach Putzmittel, ich fand es zu eng und die nur durch Glas abgeschirmte Bad- und Toilettenlösung im Zimmer unangenhem. Was mich wirklich geärgert hat, war das Frühstück. Angeblich auch vegan. Nur Becel-Margarine und gekaufte Aufstriche ohne Pflanzenmilch auf dem Buffet finde ich da für 18 Euro aber nicht in Ordnung.

- Alexandra (8/5): Tip Top - komme wieder! - Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft warm, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Es gab einen Heizkörper und ein Fenster ließ sich kippen-frische Luft! Eine tolle Kombi. Es gab ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer und ein Welcome Getränk! Personal super freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels - super nah zur Stadt - ist sehr komfortabel. Keine Ablage/Regal für Kleidungsstücke, nur Hängemöglichkeit. War aber für 3 Tage okay.

"Offenes" Bad. Toilette und Dusche aus Glas (durchsichtig), Waschbecken "im Raum" integriert. Wem es gefällt!

- Ines (7/5): Netter Aufenthalt - Das Zimmer hatte einen Tollen Ausblick und war sehr modern eingerichtet. Es gab einige Schäden in unserem Zimmer 701. Sockelleiste war weggebrochen und bei der Badewanne war auch ein Brett lose. Bei der Dusche ronn dass Wasser raus.

- Anna (8/5): Comfortable enough for two nights. - The room was clean comfortable, big enough for two guests and basic.The images online were accurate. There is a safe if you need one. We chose not to have the room cleaned, we were only there for two nights and felt this was a waste of resources. The staff were polite and helpful. We decided to eat breakfast in local places for variety and this was the best decision as we found some great restaurants to dine. The hotel is perfectly located for sight seeing, 5 min walk from the main station and many amenities. A finer curtain to let in light behind the heavy curtains when they're open would be useful. The room has floor to ceiling windows therefore fully exposed to apartments opposite and people walking by. We were in room 705.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Im Wandel - Seit Jahren komme ich regelmäßig in das Smartcity. Gab es am Anfang noch ein Wasser gratis und Pralinen als Betthupferl, so fällt dieses auch weg. Gerade nach einer Reise möchte man etwas trinken. Es ist für mich tatsächlich ein Kriterium. Ich möchte keinen Bonbon auf dem Kopfkissen. Ist eher peinlich. Dann eher nichts. Es gibt weder Kaffee Tee Zubereitung, noch halt ein Wasser. Sehr schade. Daher nur 4 Sterne und da es keinen Kühlschrank gibt.

- Rainer (6/5): keine 4 Sterne verdient u nd überteuert - der einzige Fahrstuhl war mindestens 2 tage defekt ,dies soll laut anderen Hotelgästen öfters vorkommen, da der Fahrstuhl sich im Altbau befindet u nd abgerissen werden sollte.die klim aanalge wird zentral vom Hotel gesteuert und kühlt im Hochsomme die Zimmer nur auf 25,5 grad runter..die Einzelzimmer haben keine Kofferablage und kein kleiderschrank und auch keine kühlschrank

The room is spacious and very clever with the shower and toilet division. View is excellent with ceiling to floor windows, great room! This was our second stay at this hotel and will definately stay here again on our next trip to Hannover. There was no water cooker or coffee machine in the room
