• Monica (10/5): Weekend romantico perfetto tra relax, accoglienza e sci al Plan de Corones - Abbiamo soggiornato presso lo Chalet Corso e possiamo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero splendida. Lo chalet ci è piaciuto moltissimo ed è assolutamente l’ideale per un weekend romantico di coppia. La camera era bellissima, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Un ringraziamento speciale alla sig.ra Giovanna della reception, la cui gentilezza e disponibilità ci hanno colpito molto positivamente e hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La zona relax con sauna è una vera chicca: intima, pulita e perfetta per rigenerarsi. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la presenza del deposito sci, comodissimo per chi, come noi, ha la propria attrezzatura e trascorre le giornate a sciare al Plan de Corones. Colazione buonissima e fornita di dolce e salato in quantità. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo appena ne avremo occasione.
• Magdalena (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Rewelacyjny hotel! Bardzo duże i komfortowe pokoje. Dużo miejsca do przechowywania: szafa, komody, biurko, wieszaki. Duża łazienka. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. Personel dba, aby każdy miał wybór niezależnie o której przyjdzie na śniadanie. Dodatkowo, duży wybór ciast i słodkości. Na uwagę na pewno zasługują również Panie odpowiedzialne za czystość: codziennie sprzątane pokoje, codziennie nowe ręczniki i wszystko idealnie poukładane. Hotel na uboczu: cisza, spokój i strefa relaksu w ogrodzie ze świetną sauną. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Na pewno warto odwiedzić ten hotel. Brak wentylacji w łazience.

• Miriam (7/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-/Leidtungsverhältnis. - Großes Zimmer, großzügiger Frühstücksraum, ausreichend Parkplätze, schönes Blockhaus mit Sauna, sehr sauber. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Beim Frühstück wurden leere Platten vom Buffet weder aufgefüllt, noch weggeräumt, obwohl Personal mehrfach daran vorbeilief. Uhrzeit: 09:00 Uhr, obwohl es eigentlich bis 10:30Uhr Frühstück geben sollte.

(Réservation dupliquée par erreur informatiquement) Malgré des échanges pour expliquer la situation avec la direction, celle-ci n’a pas voulu me rembourser le trop perçu prétextant que la chambre aurait pu être louée. Or l’hôtel n’était pas complet. Je constate une mauvaise foi de la part de la direction et un positionnement malhonnête.

• cora (7/5): Best breakfast in Alto Adige (and cute spa- chalet) - Breakfast was one of the absolute best we ever had anywere: there was a huge variety (and great quality) of literally any food!! We liked the authentic spa- chalet. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very conveniently located (5' to the slopes with the ski shuttle), good parking options. The heated ski room was a treat Worst thing was our room, which was really outdated (faded carpet, broken tiles, basic furniture and bathroom). Some parts of the hotel are modern, so I guess this will (hopefully) change too. Room was cold. Overall pricey to stay in such room (all the rest was great though)

• Yoko (10/5): こぎれいな部屋で申し分なかった。 - 朝食のメニューが豊富だった。頼めば温かいオムレツも作ってもらえた。 部屋が新しく角部屋で広々としており、洗面所には床暖房が入っていた。 使用はしなかったが、ハイジの小屋と呼ばれる小さな建物があり、そこはスパになっているようだった。 自分たちのいきたいスキーコースには遠く、行き来にタクシーを呼ぶ必要があった。 しかし、フロントに頼むとすぐに対応してくれるので、さほどの問題はなかった。
• Yoko (10/5): 部屋が新しく広く、７連泊しても窮屈な感じがしない - 部屋が新しく、なんといっても洗面所に床暖房が入っているのがこの寒い冬ではありがたかった。 スタッフはフレンドリーで話しやすい。 朝食のメニューが豊富で、朝からリッチな気持ちになる。食堂が広いためか多くの人がいる日もあったが 気にならなかった。 ドロミテエリアは広いので、自分たちが一番行きたいスキーエリアに遠かったのは残念。 セラロンダをしたい人にはタクシーかレンタカーが必要。我々も三日目からはレンタカーを利用した。 しかし、近くのKronplattzという十分楽しめる大きなスキー場に行くには、シャトルバスがあり、 その乗り場まではわずか３０秒ほど歩くだけ。そのバスに乗れば、５分ほどでそのスキー場のメインゴンドラ下まで行けるのは便利。

• Federica (9/5): Soggiorno eccellente per chi cerca il giusto equilibrio tra divertimento e benessere - L’hotel è molto accogliente e ben curato. La camera è confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente lo chalet SPA, caratteristico e immerso nella tranquillità del bosco, sempre pulito e ben organizzato, con disponibilità di accappatoi. Molto comodo anche il deposito sci, situato in prossimità del parcheggio esterno dell’hotel. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. È inoltre disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito per raggiungere comodamente gli impianti sciistici Per alcuni ospiti la posizione potrebbe risultare meno comoda: l’hotel si trova infatti in prossimità del bosco e non in posizione centrale a San Vigilio. Tuttavia, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto (circa 3–4 minuti)
• massimo (7/5): hotel dalle ottime potenzialità ma bisogna lavorarci molto - La struttura è in fase di rinnovo, alcune zone sono ristrutturate, il poco personale presente e molto gentile, il servizio autobus del comune è ottimo per andare agli impianti e passa vicino l'hotel La struttura è attualmente in fase di rinnovo; ciò nonostante, la camera a noi assegnata risultava evidentemente obsoleta e non conforme agli standard di un hotel 4 stelle. La stanza (n. 201), prenotata già a gennaio 2025 — quindi con ampio margine per assegnare una sistemazione adeguata — presentava oltre trent’anni di usura: mattonelle staccate, specchio tondo mancante e infiltrazioni d’acqua dal lucernario del bagno. Ciò che ci ha lasciati maggiormente perplessi è stata l’assenza di una figura di riferimento come un direttore d’hotel o il proprietario, che solitamente alloggia nella struttura. Un 4 stelle non può essere lasciato interamente alla gestione di dipendenti tuttofare che, seppur volenterosi e disponibili, non possiedono competenze manageriali. Anche la SPA risulta gestita in modo inadeguato: l’assenza di prenotazioni a fasce orarie, come avviene in strutture analoghe, rende di fatto impossibile usufruire del servizio. Senza personale dedicato, si crea caos: bambini che giocano nell’idromassaggio, asciugamani inesistenti o lasciati a terra. Di conseguenza, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la SPA. Il parcheggio è insufficiente. Abbiamo dovuto pagare il garage coperto, anche perché l’hotel non dispone di un servizio ristorante. Con temperature di -12°C è necessario uscire in auto per cenare e, al rientro, non è possibile trovare parcheggio in zona. Nota negativa anche per la colazione: sebbene abbondante e di ottima qualità, un hotel 4 stelle non può affidare caffè e cappuccino esclusivamente a una macchina automatica, che inevitabilmente si blocca per surriscaldamento a causa dell’elevato utilizzo. Un servizio di questo livello dovrebbe prevedere bevande servite al tavolo, utilizzando le macchine automatiche solo come supporto. In alternativa, sarebbero necessarie almeno tre macchine per far fronte all’elevato numero di ospiti presenti a colazione.

Inoltre lo staff era attento e pronto a rifornire in breve le pietanze esaurite. Complimenti x la professionalita' Unica pecca ma molto personale, in camera cuscini del letto in piuma troppo morbidi e affondanti quindi risultava anche scomodo vedere la tv.

• Nina (10/5): Just amazing! - This was the most amazing accommodation we could book for our stay in Dolomites! From the staff, to breakfast and all the services, we had the best time we could ask for. The rooms are nice and clean, beds comfortable, we just loved it in the Chalet Corso. After all day hiking or wandering around, taking your time to relax in wellness zone was a great bonus. 100% recommend a and wish to come back for sure!

• Efrat (9/5): - מקום מקסים, צוות נעים, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. בחרנו את המקום לפי הערכה של המרחק שלו מקורטינה דל פאצו, כי רצינו שיהיה בסיס לטיולים באזור. בפועל המרחק היה כפול ממה שמפרסמים בבוקינג. זה היה מאכזב ומכעיס וגרם לנו לבזבז הרבה שעות מיותרות על הכביש. בהמשך ראינו שלצערנו זה קורה לא פעם עם נתונים שגויים שרשומים בבוקינג על מרחק ממקומות.
