- Peter (8/5): Good hotel, easy metro access (1 transfer to Shibuya), nice quiet neighbourhood with some great food - Standard Japanese hotel room (can only swing a very small cat) but functional and comfortable. Quiet rooms, not much view but who cares.. Stayed across 2 rooms with the family with no issues at all (although rooms not close but same floor) My wife particularly enjoyed the free cosmetic facemasks to relax and refressh after a day out and about. Breakfast should be advertised as a "grab and go snack" hardly worth sitting down for but I understand why it is the way it is but if the hotel offered Y500 to go to Lawsons (right next door) or Family Mart up the street it would be a better meal. Lovely local restaurants in the area - more traditional and quite cheap. Italian one in basement of this hotel.

Petite chambre pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 grosses valises et 4 petites valises et sacs. Nous avons l'habitude de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte et ce ne fut pas le cas dans cet hôtel.

- Jaymie-Lee (8/5): - It is convenient because it is located right out of Toyocho station exit 5. I was put on a smoking floor (6th floor) and it was bad. The smell of smoke was everywhere. I had to request to be moved to another floor (7th floor).

- Chieko (6/5): 良かった - チェックインには30分ほど少し早い時刻だったが部屋の準備が整っているのを確認してからスタッフが気持ちよく対応してくれた。 エレベーターがなかなか下りて来ない時があった。朝食は内容が良かったけど、一度外へでなければいけないのが不便かなあと思った。

- Ruth (10/5): Very comfortable - The location is very good,very accessible to the train station, convenience stores and restaurants. The room is also regularly cleaned. Just the small space especially for the suitcases.

- Elliott (9/5): Paid extra then I was expecting and I will booking return some of the money for false advertising - All the staff was great I book a non smoking room with two beds , and they give me a really small room with one bed and the smoking area , and I have to paid and extra 300+ dollars 😡 , I pay for it because I don’t want to be on the street

- daniel (5/5): - החדר היה קטן בצורה בלתי רגילה עד כדי כך שלפתוח מזדווה היה בלתי אפשרי כן זה יפן והיא ידוע בתור מדינה עם חדרים קטנים אבל זה לא חדר לשני אנשים בשום צורה והם טוענים שזה חדר זוגי אז זהו שממש לא עוד דבר המלון לא מבצע שליחת מזוודות לעומת שאר המלונות הנורמטיבים בסופו של דבר בתור מקום להעביר בו את הלילה הוא סביר אבל לא יותר מיזה לצערי הרב לא עשיתי תמונות אבל אני מאמין שההסבר שלי הספיק צוות הקבלה היה מאוד נחמד אבל יותר מיזה כלום

- Elisa (7/5): Viaggio coppia - La struttura ha una pozione comodissima sopra alla fermata della metro Il quartiere ben collegato con il centro Nel nostro viaggio in Giappone abbiamo soggiornato sempre in questa catena di hotel e negli altri siamo stati benissimo. Questo però è decisamente di livello molto più basso rispetto agli altri due dove siamo stati ad Osaka e Kyoto. L’arredamento e il bagno sono datati. Le stanze sono più piccole del piccolo definibile decente tanto che abbiamo dovuto pagare un upgrade a 165 euro per una stanza più grande perché con mio marito di 1 metro e 85 e due valigie io avrei potuto dormire in corridoio. Cosa altrettanto sgradevole è stata la colazione, scarsissima la scelta che si limita ad un menu con 5 opzioni di cibo e bibita. Rispetto agli altri hotel della stessa linea che offrivano una colazione a buffet é stato davvero spiacevole trovarci di fronte ad un servizio così misero. Il tutto per una spesa di quasi 700 euro per 5 notti. Non riprenoterei
- Randzki (7/5): Overall stay is good. Affordable. Convenient. - Location is very near ToyoCho Station. Rooms are clean and quiet even if the hotel is on a busy street. There were a lot of restaurants and convenience around the hotel. Bus station is also a few minutes walk. Very limited choice of breakfast menu. If would be better if we did not book hotel with breakfast since there were a lot of restaurant around to choose from for breakfast. Room space is quite small, just enough for sleep, toilet and bath were ok though since they have a bath tub.

- mizuno (7/5): 満足！ - スタッフの対応がとても良かったです！アメニティも満足いくもので、ホテルの中にはカフェや居酒屋、ファミレスも入っており便利も良かったです！ リピート確定です！ 駐車場がなく別途料金が発生したところですが、スタッフの方がサービス券を購入した方が安くなると調べてくれ、実際に支払いは安く済みました！

- Karla Guadalupe (10/5): Super good stay! - The subway was just steps away from the hotel which made it super convenient. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was too small to open suitcases but it wasn't a big deal.
- Haruo (7/5): - It’s great location to go to Tokyo station to catch up Shinkansen. There are good Japanese restaurants surrounding the hotel. The Landry isn’t convenient due to only two are not enough, they are all time in use.
