Guest Reviews
- lallo centodiciotto (9/5): ottimo con piscina in buona posizione tranquilla - Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Buona posizione in una via interna tranquillissima, abbastanza vicina al centro(15-20 minuti a piedi). Personale gentile. Piscina molto bella.

- Megan (9/5): Highly recommend, budget stay but very clean, comfortable and with welcoming staff who will do everything to make you we - Spotlessly clean, lovely pool. Simple breakfast menu, you can have as many items as you want. Laundry available on site, very reasonable price. Roti the driver attached to the hotel is a delight, took us everywhere we wanted to go with good advice and cold water provided at each stop. There is also a Khmer restaurant next door that is well patronized by Cambodians, the staff will help you translate the menu if you want to try unusual but local food for dinner. Sometimes a bit of a smell from the drains in the bathroom, but that is common in lots of places. It’s a little out of the way, but only $1-2 in a tuk tuk to get anywhere in town like markets, so not really a problem.

- LLV7X (9/5): Bien - Emplacement piscine Fenêtre sur le couloir

- Eline (9/5): For this very reasonable price a really great hotel - We had a great stay here. The accomodation is nice and peaceful and the staff is super friendly. They picked us up at the busstation and we also hired Moeurt as our driver for the temple tour, he was great! The location is quiet and just a 10 min walk away from the busy part of town. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Our room didn’t have a view so it felt a bit locked in.
- Cabay (8/5): Nice place - Nice room. Nice pool.

- Adam (10/5): - Lovely stay ! Soo family vibe, the owner was really helpfull and nice to us. Breakfast was also really good. Can just recomend, the value for money is good
- Thierry (10/5): -

- Eleanor (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Siem Reap - Everything was perfect! Big menu for breakfast (the pancakes are AMAZING). The rooms were very clean, with all amenities and the bed is very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We even got picked up from the bus station when we arrived for free. We hired the same Tuktuk driver to take us around Angkor Archeological site and he was the best.

Nada
- Jean Marc (9/5): -
- Scott (10/5): -
- Julia (9/5): - Pokój czysty, śniadania pyszne, blisko do wszystich atrakcji ale jednocześnie cicha okolica, polecam
- Maria Jose (10/5): Merece la pena - Desayuno bien. Todo limpio. Piscina buena.
- ANGELIQUE (7/5): Guest house abordable - Très bon accueil. Emplacement central. Bon petit déjeuner. Bons conseils.
- Elke (6/5): -
- Nicolas (8/5): - The staff was very kind and the room was very clean. As often in this kind of places, the neighborhood can be a little noisy night and days.
- Erika (7/5): -
- Pedeferri (9/5): Volvería a ese lugar - Amabilidad, buena ubicación. Lugar confortable y habitación limpia. Buen desayuno.Buena relación calidad precio. Todo estuvo bien
- Lockyer (9/5): Nice place, excellent staff, clean and nice pool. -
- Vojtěch (10/5): Great location with absolutely kind and helpful people - Everything Only one or two towels with darker stains
- Nay (7/5): Good -
- Gerard (9/5): Superb - Wonderful long standing guesthouse that never fails.
- Ilias (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stewart (10/5): great spot. - it's the best location and facilities for the price. they found my charger then found me at the bus depot all good
- Fabio (8/5): A good short stay in Siem Reap - The room was comfortable with a big bed, a table with chair and a small fridge. It had a private bathroom with toilet and shower, soap and toothbrush were provided, towels too. The room had air conditioning.
The staff was kind and helpful. You can ask them if you need to organise tickets to visit Angkor Wat or to move to your next location in Cambodia or in Thailand. There are no many restaurants or shops close by, so you need to move to get some food. The location is not very central (15-20 minutes by walk to the centre of Siem Reap), but there is the possibility to take a tuk tuk to move to the centre.
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Axel (4/5): Bou Savy retreat stay - Pool okay Poor service—no drinks upon arrival and none after 9 PM, despite the bar next door being open. Inquired about yearly rent but was told to speak to the manager, who was never told about it (baffled). This is a recurring issue in Cambodia; it’s crucial to hire staff who actually care.
I mentioned that I almost booked there 18 months ago but chose another place. Now, looking for a long-term stay, I was told it "depends on money." That felt off. So, I mentioned I was already renting an 80 sqm place for $250—whether they had a better offer, we’ll never know.
Cambodia is challenging, but I’ll ensure my company hires educated, willing, and friendly staff, paying them a fairer wage.
You might have lost thousands of dollars this year simply because your staff doesn’t care about making money for the business owner.
- Anatoliy (7/5): Good -
- Justine (7/5): Not soo bad - Good place, comfy Very bad smell in some rooms and the breakfast was a joke...
- Przemyslaw (8/5): Very good - Nice swimming pool, great location, good value for the money. I had to ask reception staff 3 times for my room to be cleaned after 2-3 days.
- Tamas (8/5): Very good - The staff is extremely kind from the arrival, the breakfasts are big and has multiple options to choose from. The pool is a nice add-on after a day at Angkor. Wifi connection is poor. The room is a bit old-fashion and the bathrooms could use a renovation. The window was facing to a narrow corridor, so there was no natural light in the room.
- Michael (10/5): Beautiful accomodation with friendly staff - Wonderful staff
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional - Nice rooms and very friendly staff, top
- Cleto (8/5): Very good -
- Dave (9/5): Superb - Rithy, the hotel manager, took great care of our group. Anything from laundry service to arranging tuk tuks for a ride to Angkor Wat
. Hot water in the shower was a bit lacking at times. On the day we got up very early to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat, I had to add some cold water to get a nice hot shower. Other days, the shower taught me patience. I'd turn on only the hot water, and after a very long wait, I'd be rewarded with a Luke warm shower. The egg breakfasts were better than the noodle soup, which was just top ramen with veggies and very tough park added. The pancakes were what we call waffles, but they were very good.
- Phoebe (8/5): A comfortable stay - We initially booked 3 nights however extended for an extra 3 nights as there is so much to do in Siem Reap. We were picked up for free from the bus stop when we arrived but no free drop off provided. Our first 4 nights were in a double room which was comfortable and clean. Mini fridge and kettle worked well. Daily cleaning provided if you leave the card on the door handle and bottled water provided. WiFi hit and miss. For our last two nights we were moved to a triple room which turned out to be just as nice, if not better! There was hot water in each of the bathrooms with great power and aircon worked well. Located approx 20mins walk from the busy area of town but this was no problem for us. We paid to have breakfast included which was a pretty simple menu but did the job! Pool area didn’t seem to get the sun, the bathroom in our first room smelt like drains and it got a bit noisy in the morning as it’s next to a school
- Jane (9/5): Enjoyed my stay - Great location, eaay to walk to town but in a quiet area. Staff very helpful. Pillow a bit solid
- Richard (8/5): - Inexpensive guesthouse located 15–20 minutes’ walk from the thick of the tourist action, making it quieter than many options. The building is a bit of a maze and the furnishings very simple, befitting this price range. Breakfasts are simple too (basically baguette/jam or noodles or rice, with fruit and tea/instant coffee). Hospitable and comfortable enough but not remotely fancy
- George-anne (6/5): Convenient and cheap! - The proximity to the town was great. The staff helpful and friendly It was very noisy, there is a school next door and steel drum banging goes on all day
- Yohann (8/5): Very good -
- Alice (9/5): Good place to stay while enjoing the beautiful Siem Reap - The swimming pool is very nice, they let us enjoy it also after the check out while waiting for our buses. The management is confusing, not clear who is working for the guesthouse and who is giving external services. The tuk tuk driver for example, who theoretically also works for the guesthouse, was too pushing and insistent, making us feeling uncomfortable. In 3 days they never clean our room.
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alessio (8/5): Good value for the price - The position is 10 min walking from the center.
The breakfast was good and there was the possibility to do take away in case you have an early morning tour.
If you want to organize a tour to the temple some guys there is also tuktuker and they make a fair price.
- Tania (6/5): Lovely people - Beautiful and quite TV was not flat screen
No balcony as booked
Not 650m but 1.2km from city centre
Their description in their add needs updating
- Kendra (7/5): Solo female - The pool was amazing after an exhausting day walking around the temples. The room was comfortable enough and it was relatively quiet. They helped me arrange 2 tours and helped me arrange transport to the bus station and from the airport. They were always very prompt with responding to any questions and there was good communication before and during my stay. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The location is good also. It is only about a 20 min walk to Pub Street and the Old Market and much quicker if you took a tuk tuk I'm sure. I would probably stay there again. My only real complaint was that the wifi was out for the entire last day I was there so I ended up having to buy a sim card. But the wifi in Cambodia in general seems to be unreliable, so it may not have been an issue specific to the hotel. Apart from that, everything was decent.
- Raluca (10/5): Lovely place, traditional decorations, great pool and homely atmosphere - Lovely place, traditional decorations, great pool and homely atmosphere
- Mohammadreza (8/5): Very good -
- Bethany (8/5): Very good - Great staff, beautiful pool!
- Srey (10/5): Exceptional -

- Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room, air condition, pool and very nice staff
- Boris (9/5): Superb -
- Manet (8/5): Very good -
- Christopher (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joanie (9/5): Superb - Beautiful balcony to relax on. Excellent quiet location. Rooms comfortable. Nice pool to cool off.
- Arthur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Konrad (5/5): For the price acceptable, but I wouldn't stay there again - Great location, in walking distance to the heart of Siam Reap. Newly renovated pool. Affordable price. There is a free water refill. The AC is very old and doesn't cool the room properly. It's almost like there is no AC. Also really bad WiFi. Many meals from the breakfast menu are very small and not fulfilling. If you ask for more, you need to pay extra. On our check-out day the cleaning team came at 8:30am to clean, even though we had not checked out yet and we had time until 12:00.
- Dominika (3/5): One of the worst places we’ve stayed at during our 3 weeks trips Vietnam/Cambodia! - Breakfast was really good. I loved banana waffles and the possibility to get as much tea as I like.
The other positive thing was that we could leave the luggage at the reception desk under the staff’s eye. -The room had windows but there was a wall outside the window, it was all dark, doesn’t matter the time of the day, so we had a feeling we are in a burrow!!!!
-The sink clogged every time I poured water
-I tried to get some info ‘how to’ but no one was answering on booking for 1.5 days (we stayed there 2 nights)
-It was really loud at night, kids were crying, people were talking (not guests)
-TV was so old I don’t really understand why it was in the room, not adding any value
- Giorgia (10/5): Exceptional - They are super helpful and an amazing communication!!
We asked couple of times to have an earlier breakfast due to our tours and they were super happy to make us some take away !!
- Mylène (9/5): Superb -
