Auf Balkon war Mühl, aber wir haben bescheid gesagt.Und Mühl wurde sofort beseitigt. Beschreibung auf Webseite stand nicht so wie im Realität.Bitte Genau Zimmer und Leistung Beschreiben.Außerdem im Hotel gibt's KEIN Frühstück. Nur in der näher von Köln Hbf im Starbucks für 7 €.

- Genevieve (1/5): Nul - La chambre puait la cigarette. Je pense que c’était les gens précédents qui avaient enlevé le détecteur de fumée pour fumer à l’intérieur de la chambre. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre, ils ont refusé, j’ai demandé à être remboursé la deuxième nuit car je n’y ai pas dormi tellement ça puait j’ai même pas eu un remboursement complet. Il n’y a pas d’accueil. Vous pouvez uniquement les joindre par Booking, le numéro de téléphone ne répond pas et ils ne sont pas du tout réactifs, je ne recommande pas du tout. L’appartement n’était pas propre encore des cheveux dans la douche de la poussière près du lit et les lit, pas confortable du tout.

- Ute (8/5): Würde ich wieder buchen. - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Dom, trotzdem verhältnismäßig ruhig. Das Einchecken hat reibungslos geklappt, Code wurde am Anreisetsg geschickt. Recht zentral gelegen, kleine Imbisse und Cafés Leider kam es zu einem nächtlichen Zwischenfall-es hat plötzlich um 2 Uhr durch die Decke im Bad geregnet!!! Aber ich bekam nach einigem Hin und Her ein anderes Zimmer.

- Anna (3/5): Gute Lage, schreckliches Hotel - Das beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage. Das Hotelzimmer war leider sehr unangenehm und in einem deutlich ungepflegten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig..es gab sichtbaren Schmutz, und insgesamt wirkte alles wenig hygienisch. Auch die Atmosphäre war nicht einladend, sodass man sich dort nicht wohlfühlen konnte. Da es sich um ein konktakt loses System handelt war es auch ziemlich schwierig sich mit jemanden zu unterhalten, als wir es geschafft haben die hotel Managerin ans Telefon zu bekommen schien diese wenig beeindruckt von unserer Aussage und hatte kein Interesse sich unsere Kritik anzuhören oder eine Lösung anzubieten. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich dieses Zimmer leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Jannik (2/5): Eine teure Nacht in enger Rumpelkammer - Außer zuvorkommenden Hotline, war alles unter aller Kanone Das Zimmer war so klein, das gerade ein Bett reingepasst hat und man über das Bett klettern musste um auf die Toilette zu kommen. Sauberkeit war ein Fremdwort. Duschkabineabtrennung war vergilbt und eklig. Waschbecken war nicht richtig fest. Es hat nach chinesischem Buffet gebrochen Eine Nacht in Auto wäre komfortabler gewesen und definitiv günstiger. Das Hotel sollte booking aus der Liste nehmen. Da wir das nicht gewöhnt sind.

Biologisch experiment? Dit wordt melding Brandweer en gemeente. We kwamen om 0:00 aan wegens verstoring met de trein We waren door de eigenaar al 3 keer van kamer verplaatst, door renovatie en lekkage. dit werd keurig gecommuniceerd maar de uiteindelijke ervaring... Junks voor de deur. Geur van riool en Chinese restaurant aan de andere kant van het blok. Idioot op fietsriksja met keiharde muziek die constant langs fietst. Kamer was lang niet schoongemaakt. Stof van maanden op meer plekken We twijfelen of het bed verschoond was Vlekken in tapijt, gaten in vitrage,mogelijk muizenkeutels. Regendouche stuk, douche cabine glas provisorisch vast gezet. Tandpasta van vorige gast in hotel Koffie machine niet schoon . Filter waterkoker was niet schoon. rookmelder afgedekt met plastic zak. buitendeur slot gaat van binnen niet open zoals je verwacht. We hadden initieel gevraagd om schoonmaken de volgende dag. Dit werd beloofd.Bij daglicht was het nog ranziger dan gedacht. We hebben onmiddellijk een ander hotel geboekt. Op website van Hotel geadverteerde Teufel soundbar was weg. Gratis fles water was wel weg. We hebben gevraagd om 1. korting van de eerste nacht volgens Frankfurter regels 2. Geld terug voor tweede nacht. En toen bleef het strategisch stil. Melding naar Brandweer, gemeente Keulen en politie volgt. Juridische stappen en gesprek credit card maatschapij volgt ook

- Ellie (6/5): - Prima locatie tov station en stad. Entree / opgang naar de kamers was niet schoon, vloerbedekking vol vlekken. Afmeting en indeling kamer was prima in verhouding tot de prijs maar het had allemaal iets schoner mogen zijn. Douchewater liep zo de badkamer in, regendouche was defect, gewone douchekop functioneerde naar behoren. Om 10.10 uur stond de housekeeping aan de deur met de mededeling dat we uit moesten checken. Uitchecktijd was tot 11 uur, hoewel we op het punt stond te vertrekken had de mededeling ook anders gebracht kunnen worden.
- Tanja (2/5): Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut und war der einzige positive Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war in einem deutlich unsauberen Zustand: Auf dem Teppich befanden sich Flecken, das Bett war sehr staubig und das Badezimmer wirkte, als wäre es schon länger nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Gerade in Bezug auf Hygiene habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.
