Good atmosphere around the property. The rooms were spacious than expected and clean and all amenities working. A bit more lower priced will help the hotel stay booked for longer durations by families. No disturbing noises around the property. Service was good and good in-house restaurant with good tasty food. All staff were helpful and accommodative.

But we enjoyed our stay in this super spacious room, that was cleaned thoroughly every morning. Special thanks to everyone that works there for being super polite and to Maan, the manager of the restaurant that runs the show upstairs and also tried to calm everyone down in these heated days.

However, after speaking with him, we decided to view the hotel apartments and common areas. The inspection left a very pleasant impression, and we returned to Selim to check in. That's how our relationship with the hotel began several years ago, and it's still going strong. Whether we're in Dubai for a short stay or a few months, we always stay at this hotel. The wonderful, professional team always greets us with a friendly smile. Selim, as well as other team members, continues to work hard at this hotel, dedicating himself to his work, many of whom have been promoted, which is a great sign for us. The rest of all staff , including the swimming pool staff, and front desk staff all were very helpful and kind and caring and all time happy to help out.

You can’t expect your guests to log in every few minutes, and then again because I went to the restaurant. The rooms look ultra shabby and are in desperate need of an overhaul. This proves that building cheap doesn’t pay off. The reception staff did their job but definitely not with any form of joy. Their lack of interest is glowing. This hotel shouldn’t have more than 2 stars. Personally I hope never to be back.

The apartments are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay really relaxing. One of the best things is that the hotel provides a shuttle bus to Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Mall. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, always smiling, and very helpful. I would especially like to thank Selim at the reception, who was very professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Any problems we experienced was well taken care of the same day. The area is quiet, safe and nice to take a stroll with kids. Restaurants and fast foods were within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and good value for money. The hotel restaurant is also serving good food that makes ordering in very convenient. The reception staff were impeccable, always friendly and professional. Our whole family was very satisfied—the breakfast was excellent and flawless, and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids’ room with a play area. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and family-friendly stay.

The cafeteria was open from morning 7 to evening 7. Enjoyed their breakfast and the personalized services of Mann and Arjun almost all days (5/6). Dinner we mostly had elsewhere or ordered though phone before and they kept in room. Cleaning and other services also good.

Unfortunately my room was outdated , the smell in the room was bad, something between mold and sewage I couldn't tell I just know it was very unpleasant. Not a very clean feeling. The fridge made a lot of noise . The bathroom cupboard had water damage . Value was very high for what I ended up getting. I even checked out one day early at my own loss but I just didn't have a good experience. I did not use the amenities or restaurant so I can't comment on that. Overall poor experience and will not be returning.

The lobby is quite small, which makes the first impression feel a bit cramped. The rooms are okay decent enough for a short stay, but nothing special. The biggest concern was the staff attentiveness. Throughout my stay, the service felt slow and not very responsive, which affected the overall experience. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited options and very slow service, making mornings more frustrating than relaxing. Abidos Hotel has potential, but it needs better staff engagement and a real upgrade in breakfast quality and service speed.

All staff her have been excellent The hotel is clean and tidy; however now a 5 *, I'd say it's a really good 3 start. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bed apartment and it was huge. There was an odd smell in the lounge like fousty but other than that ok. Shower v good and beds comfortable.

I went to the breakfast and Mann recommended an American breakfast which was lovely he was always asking me if I wanted more and constantly refilled my drinks and asked me if I wanted anything else. Pool facilities were nice the gym was nice aswell and the rooms were amazing for the price would highly recommended this hotel.

I stayed in a 1 BHK and it was super spacious with everything you need – washing machine, iron, kitchen, etc. They even provide daily cleaning if you’re staying more than a day. The pool and restaurant had everything I wanted as well. Overall, definitely good value for money

Fully equipped kitchen and all the rooms are fitted with wifi routers( nice try). Much appreciated the support from the reception team and the restaurant staff ( Maan)
