Alicja (1/5): DRAMAT! PRZECZYTAJ ZANIM ZAREZERWUJESZ!!!!! Zdecydowanie odradzam ten nocleg. Mieszkanie było bardzo brudne, ściany i to - PRZECZYTAJ ZANIM ZAREZERWUJESZ!!!!! Zdecydowanie odradzam ten nocleg. Mieszkanie było bardzo brudne, ściany i toaleta w fatalnym stanie, w całym lokalu unosił się intensywny smród. Lodówka była zepsuta – drzwi się nie domykały, a drzwi wejściowe były sklejone taśmą. Dodatkowo gniazdka były wyrwane i stanowiły zagrożenie. Po zgłoszeniu problemów właściciel zachował się arogancko, stwierdził, że to „nie jego problem”, a jeśli nam się nie podoba, możemy się wynieść. Z czasem rozmowa stawała się coraz bardziej agresywna. Warunki były nie do zaakceptowania i opuściliśmy mieszkanie jeszcze w dniu przyjazdu. NIE POLECAM!

Kurt VDD (7/5): Mooi verblijf met zicht op zee. - Leuke locatie met zicht op zee. Geen ontbijt, hoewel op de website stond dat je kon ontbijten en dineren. Maar eens aangekomen bleek dat niet meer van toepassing te zijn.
Lukáš (10/5): - Everything were absolut amazing. Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, everything were cleaned. This place were one of the best where i've stayed for vacation so far.
Zdravkovic (10/5): - Bilo je prelepo. Mirno, udobno, zvuk talasa, miris mora potpuno opuštanje. Plaža blizu, more čisto divno za kupanje. Pun paket lepih utisaka nosimo iz Buljarica. Domaćini su upotpunili ugođaj svojom pažnjom i susretljivošću. Hvala puno za sve.

gosi4k (10/5): Wygodny apartament z pięknym widokiem - Pobyt w apartamencie z tarasem i widokiem na morze udany.! Mieszkanie przestronne, czyste i wygodne. Dostępny malutki aneks kuchenny z kuchenką elektryczną i lodówką. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Największym atutem był oczywiście taras z widokiem na całą zatoczkę. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko plaży, restauracje i sklepy (market, piekarnia, warzywniak) w zasięgu spaceru. Jednocześnie w miejscowości jest cicho i spokojnie. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni, kontakt bezproblemowy. Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego bardzo skromne, wymaga odświeżenia. Brak suszarki do włosów w łazience.

Sofija (3/5): Jako loše! - Lokacija je okej, blizu plaže, ali ovo nije u Petrovcu! Higijena i sadržaj aprtmana je jako loš! Stakla bukvalno umrljana koliko su prljava. Kreveti jako prljavi, (posteljina je cista), ali kreveti ne! Kanalizacija se jako osjeti. Fen koji se nalazi u apartmanu preloš, iz prošlog vijeka. To što je ispravan i čuje se kada radi, ne znači da služi svrsi poslije 25 godina! Kuhinja bukvalno ne sadrži skoro ništa. Nema Džezva, frižider slab, šporet slab. Osvetljenje u sobi slabo. I što je najvažnije. “Apartman” u koji smo mi smješteni se čak ni ne nalazi na ovim slikama na bukingu, (koje su da se razumijemo naravno pola namontirane i uslikate u najboljem mogućem izdanju.

Sofija (10/5): - Apartman u ovoj vili je predivan, prijatan, sa prostranom i lijepo opremljenom terasom. Večeri smo provodili na terasi u miru i zvuku talasa 😊 Vila je odmah pored plaže, manje od 5 min hoda, idealno je za porodice sa djecom. Domaćini su preljubazni, tu su ukoliko vam nešto zatreba. Definitivno cemo se vratiti opet 🥰

Yuliia (7/5): Близьке розташування біля моря - Дуже сподобалося відношення господаря, який весь відпочинок запитував в нас чи все гаразд. Порадив нам місцеві кафе де можна було смачно і не дорого поїсти. Пригостили нас домашнім виноградом та інжиром. При в'їзді в номері було не зовсім чисто.

Marina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is huge, there is plenty of space. The view from the balcony is amazing. The owner is super nice and responsive. BTW -if you are looking to invest in this country-this building is for sale and it is big! You feel like you live in the castle! Everythjng was expected as written before in other reviews: the apartment is worn out. There is only one shower in the jacuzzi tab. We did not feel like using the jacuzzi as it was old and not clean. All basics are there.

Sonja (6/5): If you have a person with mobility issues this is not the place for you. Its high up on a steep hill. - The view and the room and kitchen staff are lovely. The breakfast is very nice and clean dining area. Perfect breakfast service. Thank you Svetlana. The place is perfect for young people looking for some peace and quite. The bus stop to Budva is down the road (10 minute walk). Otherwise car needed to get around. Its a plus that its close to the beach with a short cut down the hill. Was very grateful when aircon was fixed when we asked. The view makes this place and relaxing on balcony was the highlight of our stay. Would definitely stay again. A few repairs needed in Penthouse. Smaller cooking facilities. The view makes it worth it.

Close to beach - app. 150-200 m. + neighboring beach (Lucica) is also accessible on foot (app. 900 m). Great breakfast included in the price of the room. Very small kitchen in the apartment and not very well equipped - you can't cook there, just prepare a tea or coffee.

The apartment was spacious except for the kitchen which was very small and had less than the basics. No pots to cook, only a frying pan. Also, it did not seem well maintened. Verified traveler (6/5): An affordable stay next to beach. - Location is great next to Buljarica beach. A couple on restaurants are found nearby. A quiet place a bit away from all the buzzle in Petrovac. However, the rooms were a bit old and in need of renovation. The staff was friendly, but still did not take the visitors' needs very seriously: they wanted us to wait breakfast for an extra half an hour and were reluctant to fix the problem with the vet inefficient aircondition in our room. However, otherwise everything worked well and staff was helpful.

Danijel (10/5): Tolles Apartment in Strand Nähe - Good and delicious breakfast and more than enough for a good start. Not overfilled beach. Nice water temperature. I can recommend this apartments because the staff is very polite and nice. The rooms are clean and is just 3 min from the beach. Perfect for families with children.

Sengen kunne godt være bedre, og der var hverken dyne eller lagen at sove med, men noget, der mest mindede om et kæmpe strandhåndklæde... Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, men ellers var alt fint.

A half hour drive away from Skadar Lake which we had a lovely time one morning. Negatives: Air conditioning didn't work on the top floor. There was a smell coming from the bathroom, which we were told has to do with the wind, but we could only smell it in our room.
Michel (4/5): Vaut à peine une étoile - La pancarte indique 4 étoiles. Le reste a été très décevant. L'accueil est très difficile à trouver. Le parking est trop petit. Le pire est qu'il n'y a pas de draps. A la place, un bout de tissu de la taille du matelas est posé dessus. Le tissu, bordé nulle part, se déplace au cours du sommeil. On finit par dormir directement sur le matelas qui a donc été touché par tous les corps passés par là. Malgré la réclamation, les bouts de tissu n'ont pas été changés par des vrais draps.

Из неоспоримых плюсов: шикарный вид с балкона; заявленная близость к пляжу, причем к его самой малолюдной части; нетривиальные завтраки в частности и кухня в ресторане - в целом; максимально доброжелательный персонал. Из минусов: достаточно ветхое состояние номеров, но нам это не мешало и желание вернуться осталось.

We really love here! チェックインが遅れ遅い時間に到着したにも関わらず笑顔で迎えて頂き本当に優しい方々に感謝です。お部屋の状況は8年目とは思えないほどキレイで常に清潔にしているのを伺えます。2階と3階のメゾネットタイプに泊まらせて頂いたのですが、アドリア海が一望できる綺麗な景色が一望でした。朝ごはんも更に上の４階で頂き朝日が差し込み気持ちが良かったです。初めてのモンテネグロだったので、色々とお話しも聞かせて頂き、丁寧な心のある接客で答えてくれて本当に素敵な方々でした。近隣付近は、ビーチまで約3分、隣町まで丘を登って約10くらいで自然の林の中を通って行く感じです。ブドヴァまで車で約15分、コトルも約50～60分くらいで行けます。時間がなく１泊しかできなかったですが、次回行く際には、ゆっくり滞在したいです。
