Colazione molto buona, personale accogliente e disponibile, ristorante adiacente alla struttura Al Convivio ottimo. Piscina ampia e pulita immersa nello splendido giardino. Un’oasi di tranquillità assoluta Unica nota di miglioramento, considerato il livello della struttura, è quello di prevedere riassetto giornaliero delle camere

• Federico (8/5): Quasi perfetto, ma appartamento troppo freddo. - Appartamento arredato molto bene, davvero ampio. Bella la posizione. Staff gentilissimo. Atmosfera magica in tutta la struttura. Rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile. Nonostante il riscaldamento tenuto al massimo della potenza, l'appartamento non si è mai scaldato del tutto. Gli inverter, pur stando attenti alle indicazioni dello staff di non aprire porte o finestre, ogni tanto sembravano spegnersi da soli in automatico, così come il termosifone del bagno. Purtroppo il pavimento è rimasto gelido per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo d'estate.

• Christoph (6/5): - Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Pool ist großartig und sogar zum Schwimmen geeignet (geschätzt 20 m). Zu unserer Zeit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme etc. vorhanden. Die Einrichtung im Landhausstil sehr ausreichend und großzügige Platzverhältnisse. Klimaanlage für jeden Raum. Eigene kleine Terrasse vor den Apartments. Das Restaurant im Resort ist ganz großartig, sehr gute Qualität, sehr nettes Team, sehr schönes stylisches Ambiente. In der ganzen Woche, in dem wir dort waren, wurden herumliege Handtücher/Becher am Pool nicht weggeräumt. Sie blieben komplett die ganze Zeit an Ort Stelle, obwohl verstellte Liegen zurechtgerückt wurden. Da müsste das Management mal nachbessern. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche, Früchte leider öfter unreif, und der Espresso/Cappuccino (Lavazza – Kapseln) schlicht und ergreifend ungenießbar. "If this is coffee, please bring me some tea..." (Abraham Lincoln) Was uns jedoch wirklich nachhaltig irritiert hat und zu der nur mäßigen Bewertung führt, ist das Verhalten des Managements nach einem überlauten Fest, welches privat von einer italienischen Familie im Restaurant des Resorts veranstaltet wurde und bis in die tiefe Nacht mit sehr lauter Musik einherging. Am Tag darauf angesprochen sagte uns der Manager eine Prüfung und Kompensation zu, die trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragens über vier Wochen am Ende nicht einmal mehr beantwortet wurden. Daraufhin haben wir Booking eingeschaltet, und nach einigem hin und her wurde tatsächlich eine Kompensation geleistet. Das wäre ohne Bookings Einschreiten jedoch nicht passiert, und das finde ich von seiten des Managements tatsächlich sehr schwach, gerade bei diesem Preis.

La struttura è splendida, con un fascino unico che richiama lo stile del ’700, curata nei dettagli e capace di coniugare eleganza e autenticità. Immersa nella campagna umbra, regala uno scenario fiabesco che rende il soggiorno ancora più suggestivo. La colazione è abbondante e di ottima qualità, con una selezione che spazia da dolci squisiti a piatti salati, tra cui anche frittate semplici o al tartufo. Le camere, arredate in stile rustico, sono accoglienti e ben curate. La zona piscina è ben organizzata, con lettini e ombrelloni in numero sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti. A disposizione vi sono anche parcheggio, connessione Wi-Fi affidabile e un ristorante interno. Un vero valore aggiunto è rappresentato da Erjon, una persona straordinaria, sempre disponibile, gentile e attenta a ogni esigenza. La sua cordialità rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

A ciò si aggiunge una ottima colazione e uno staff molto premuroso e attento e al tempo stesso discreto. Possibilità di massaggi in camera, molto professionali. Torneremo e pubblicizzeremo.
• Alan (10/5): Such a cozy resort stay! - Such a beautiful resort! It was peaceful, clean and goregous. The family room we booked had a small porch on it that overlooked the pool. Nice having the extra room to spread out in! The pool was refreshing clean and quiet to relax at and enjoy a dip with the kids at the end of the day. Erjon at Reception bent over backwards with local tips and recommendations. The breakfasts they provided were so good and he made us several lattes every morning to get our day going. Funny that my daughter had an owl that she was inseparable with but not so much so that she didn't leave it somewhere in the small town we visited by the resort. Someone from the city put it on a tree branch knowing some little girl may come looking for it. Erjon visited the small town on movie night with his daughter Alice and saw the owl and pointed it out to her dad. Erjon took a picture of it and texted to us before we left as they had seen our daughter Siena with it and wanted to make sure she didn't leave it behind. Saved a lot of tears! nothing such a great stay!

• Cyrella (9/5): Ontspannen paar dagen in een mooi resort - Heel vriendelijk personeel, die echt stapje extra zet om het naar je zin te maken. Accomodatie super schoon en fijn. Goede airco. Heerlijk zwembad. Enige wat we beetje jammer vonden is dat het restaurant vrij sjiek is en minder geschikt om met onze tieners te eten. Zou ook top zijn als je overdag een drankje of simpel hapje kon doen op de locatie. Maar dat zijn kleine details.

• Arianna (10/5): Meravigliosi giorni di relax - Tutto! Colazione super con ampissima scelta tra dolce e salato. Personale attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Location meravigliosa immersa nel verde e nel silenzio assoluto. Appartamento pulitissimo. Ti sentivi come a casa. Letto top. Il resort si trova ad un' ora di distanza da ogni attrazione. Tutto perfetto.

• Viviana (10/5): Relax - Il resort è immerso nella campagna umbra, il soggiorno qui è stato caratterizzato da quiete e pace, il personale super attento, ci hanno concesso di accedere in camera prima dell orario di check in, lo abbiamo apprezzato molto, pulizia eccellente! Nulla è stato tutto perfetto
• William (8/5): A true diamond in Umbria! - The grounds and surrounding land was beautiful and well kept. The staff is remarkable going out of their way to ensure that exceptional stay!, the breakfast was very well presented and in abundance, especially the Cornetti, they were delicious. If you eat anywhere in the local area first try the restaurants on site, those two ladies know fine dining, loved every bit! Not much to say here but that the bottom sheet could have been a fitted sheets. My stay was wonderful, pampered, and will stay again when in the area.
• Gerardi (10/5): Location da film e colazione top - Ambiente rilassante, ottimo appartamento nuovo, grande e pulito. Colazione Top e gestore molto efficiente e simpatico. A due passi da Perugia e molto vicino ad Assisi. Consigliatissimo. Tenere in considerazione che dal resort ci si muove solo con la macchina.

• Danielle BiTul (8/5): Heerlijke rustige plek, ruimte eromheen. - Mooie rustige lokatie, heel ruim appartement met eigen terras. Vriendelijk personeel aanwezig. Goed restaurant op het terrein. Het bed was voor ons te zacht en te warm.

Improvviso malfunzionamento dell'impianto di climatizzazione utilizzato per il riscaldamento a cui, però, la struttura ha rimediato, come possibile, fornendo stufette elettriche.
