They were couple minor issues but the staff went above and beyond. Vivi was amazing, Ismael was great, and there was a young man who checked me in, didnt catch his name, but he was great. The entire staff did a great job. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The food has gotten better from my last visit in september. The connection to the mall makes it really convenient. Definitely coming back here soon.

- Baskara (8/5): Came Here Only for the View - I like the stunning view from our room, we can see the surfers riding the waves. The room is quite spacious and so the bathroom. At first, I didn’t feel welcome when we arrived. Nobody greeted us and we waited in our car for some time. Until I stepped out and tried to put my luggage myself, someone came and asked “how can I help you?”. I expect more from this property as a five star Marriott, especially for the service. No signage to the mall, so I have to ask the staff to guide us. And it is very uncomfortable walk as we have to climb down and climb up the stairs. Not good if we use baby stroller. I know there is a lift, but we have to go through the meeting rooms and might get lost in there. The baby crib is not comfortable for my son. It has hard surfaces that might injure him when he’s sleeping (the picture attached). No pillows, no blankets. Hope they change it to a more comfortable one like the next picture.

The staff were absolutely amazing — extremely friendly, genuinely welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The service really made our stay special. We honestly could not fault a single thing and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

The service was also very good . The only thing i can share as a negative feedback is that , there is less Indian Veg items on the menu compared to the number of Indian Vegetarian guests you onboard daily . I personally remember staying on 19th march 2020 , Which was the Nyepi day , We could not go out of the hotel and we spent whole day on Pizza and fries . So yeah , frequent Indian veg dishes in restaurant will be great

- Adventure63981386009 (10/5): The ideal hotel for a first-time stay in Bali - Even if you arrive late at night, there’s no need to worry, as the shopping mall next door has everything you might need. It’s also close to the airport, and arranging pick-up for local tours is not a problem. Grab services are available as well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious.

- Ermp (10/5): - I love the room I booked, which has a direct sea view with a balcony. Even in the middle of a terrible stormy days I still could enjoy myself sitting in the room and watched the big waves of the sea. And there is a direct access to the Sidewalk mall which was helpful so we can go out without going through the rain and storm. The gym was also good enough for some exercise. The lobby with the bar was great. The Italian restaurant was nice and has an authentic italian food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room description stated that room was suitable for 2 adults and 2 children but when we checked in only had king size bed. ( in their defence it did also say in room description one king size bed ) reception arranged a rollaway for us with in minutes )

- christinek159 (10/5): BEST TRIP EVER! - We have just enjoyed the most incredible holiday stay at The Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The excellent high quality food at breakfast was a highlight. However what makes this hotel a standout is the AMAZING lovely, friendly staff, who treated us like family and went out of their way to cater to our various requests, making us feel so special. Heartfelt thankyou must be made to Weinton, Dea, Mingu, Ana, Carlos, Fredy, Dharma, Hendra and also to all the wonderful breakfast staff and housekeeping teams. The staff's customer service was the best we've encountered in all our yearss of travellling. We are already planning our return trip next year! Thank you Christine & Andy

- QUEEN_OF_CATS (10/5): Blown away!!! - We spent Easter at the Sheraton in the presidential suite…. Oh my goodness, It was also my husbands birthday the day before arrival. Our suite was decorated with flowers, banners and balloons at every turn. I could not have been happier, neither could my husband. He said it was the best and longest birthday celebration he had ever had. Most of the staff we spoke to wished him a happy birthday, It was better than I could have expected. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, huge rooms. Pool with an ocean view all above the hustle and bustle of Kuta. We had breakfast at Daily Social there was everything you could think of. I loved the Indonesian food which changed daily. We also had the Easter Brunch which once again had an everything you could wish for with an abundance of Easter treats which looked to good to eat. We had Italian at Bene one evening, oh my some of the best Italian I have ever eaten and the home made focaccia and butter…yum!!! The bar was a lovely place for a nightcap. We also had a couples massage which was lovely, looking forward to seeing the new spa next visit. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. They really made an effort and soon recognised you by name. I d like to thank Vivian, for all her help in ensuring the room was perfect for my husbands birthday surprise. Carlos, Freddy and Harry in the restaurant were always there to welcome us with a smile and truly seemed interested in our daily activities. Making sure we had no issues. The pool staff were always on had for fresh towels and icy drinks. Thank you for making this holiday memorable for our family but mostly my husband. Hope to be back in the future. Mandy and Jason x

- K M Motahar (10/5): - Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort – A Stay Worth Coming Back For We visited Bali as a family of four, my wife and two kids, and chose the Sheraton Kuta as our base. Honestly, it was the right call. What stood out most wasn't the pool or the location. It was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone we crossed paths with was genuinely warm, attentive without being overbearing, and always checking in during breakfast or by the pool to see if we needed anything. That kind of consistency across a whole team isn't something you see everywhere. Breakfast at Daily Social was a highlight every morning. The kids loved it, which, if you're a parent, you know is half the battle on a family holiday. On our last day, Ms. Winda heard we were checking out and sent us a plate of pancakes with "Thank You For Staying With Us" written on it. That small gesture caught us completely off guard. It wasn't a policy or a procedure. It felt personal. My kids still talk about it. The overall experience was excellent, start to finish. If you're planning a Bali trip with your family and want a hotel where the staff actually makes you feel welcome rather than just processed, this is it. We'll be back.

Uçuş kartımı ve biletimi göstermeme rağmen kalan 3 günlük ücreti iade etmek yerine mayıs ayı sonuna kadar. Kullanmak üzere 3 gün verdiler. Elbetteki güzel bir davranış idi. Ama bulgaristan ve bali arası ulaşım zorlukları dikkate alındığında bu hediyenin anlamsız olduğu görülecektir. Açıkcası ben sheraton grubun iade seçeneğini dikkate almasını beklerdim.

- Armin (10/5): Super Wonderful stay - Super Clean, Super Friendly and Polite, Location was awesome! We booked this hotel to spend a couple of days as our Honeymoon. Firstly, I should say that their hospitality is beyond 5 stars. They decorated the room for our honeymoon with roses and towel shapes. They also placed a cake inside the fridge for us to enjoy. Each and every person working in this hotel was so friendly and kind. Breakfasts were amazing, and they included so many high-quality options. My wife liked a special Indonesian sweet on the first day for breakfast time, and they prepared it for us the next day, and they brought a plate full of it to our table! They also gave it to us as a takeaway! I cannot tell you all the details, but if you want the most pleasant stay, choose this hotel. We expected to have a private beach, but that wasn't the case. Also, the hotel entrance didn't have escalators, so we had to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel when we wanted to go out and come back by walking.

- Andry Januar (9/5): - Tempat lokasi baik meskipun macet jalanan pantai Kuta jadi kalau bepergian harus kembali paling lambat jam 3 sore kalau tidak mau kena macet. Fasilitas baik, kamar baik, breakfast menu juga baik setiap hari berganti menu utamanya. Pelayanan atau service baik, semua staff baik termasuk dimana saya ada barang yang tertinggal saat itu juga walaupun saya sudah sampai di rumah kembali, saya dihubungi melalui email bahwa ada barang yang tertinggal dan saya urus semuanya cepat clear. Tidak ada.

- EVREN CAN (1/5): Para odaklı otel , sessizlik günü aç kaldık - Tesisin konumu güzel Mutfakta kahvaltı öğününde avrupa ve türk mutfağı için yemek yoktu. Tüm yemekler asya insanlarına özgüydü. Kahvaltılarda yiyecek bir şey bulamadık. Kahvaltıda bize türk yemeği olarak falafel getirdiler tadı çok kötüydü yiyemedik. Minibarlarda sadece su vardı diğer içecekler için her seferinde oda servisini aramak zahmetliydi. Nyepi ve sessizlik günü restaurantta açık büfe yemek vardı ama kişi başı 580.000.00 TL IDR talep ettiler. Biz mutfak kültirünün asya insanlarına yönelik olması sebebiyle akşam yemeği günü yemeklere bakıp öyle ödeme yapmak istedik ama bunu kabul etmediler , restaurantta yerimiz kalmadı dediler. Nyepi günü otelde aç kaldık. Lobi barda akşam saatinde yiyecek bir şey yoktu. Restauranta yer yok dediler. Özetle bu oteli ikinci defa tercih ettiğimizde hayal kırıklığına uğradık , sadece asya ülkelerine hitap eden bir otel. Misafirlerine sadece para odaklı bakıyorlar. Akşam yemeği için restauranta bakmamıza izin verilmedi ve aç kaldık. Bir saat geç çıkış yapmayı rica ettik 1.600.000.00 IDR talep ettiler. İkinci defa konaklamamızın onlar için bir önemi yoktu. Bir daha asla bu oteli tercih etmeyeceğiz.

- onebigepicurean (10/5): Home Away from Home - I am always happy to return to this hotel. Everything about the room, staff, and food is exceptional. Of special note is their Sunday brunch. It was outstanding and bang on for the buck.

- jansenf2018 (10/5): Wow! Blown away! - We stayed only one night at the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort but they made an impression!! We flew into Bali and were headed to a retreat in Ubud but since our flight arrived late, we wanted to stay close to the airport. This Sheraton fit the bill. I am Titanium Elite with Marriott and we arrived on my birthday but it never occurred to me that they would pay attention to that. We arrived at 1am and they had upgraded us to a suite, the suite was full of balloons, dessert, flower petals on the bed, it was so unexpected! From the person at the front that greeted us at 1am until we left at 1pm, we were treated like royalty! At the breakfast, Fredy was friendly and over the top bringing me a fruit plate and dessert and singing to me. Everywhere we looked there were smiles and kind gestures. The pool area was beautiful and the hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. They had just had massive rain storms and flooding so the public beach was a mess but the Sheraton and all it's amenities made up for that. I had expected this night in Bali to be a throw-away night and it turned out to be incredibly special and delightful!!
- eason617 (10/5): wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The hotel is in a fantastic location right across from Kuta Beach with beautiful sunset views. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The facilities including the pool, gym, and dining outlets were excellent. What made the stay truly special was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali. We look forward to coming back again in the future.
- Eng (9/5): Felt very much at home. Every single member of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Social Manager Moh Is - Low rise, easy to access the Recetion and restaurants. Location is superb. Buffett breakfast can be improved upon.
