- trsfr (10/5): Very nice hotel - We really liked this hotel. The staff are so helpful. Our room was very nice (3004) lovely big bathroom with a shower and bath. Very comfortable big bed and the air conditioning was fine. We initially had an issue with the shower, that they sorted immediately. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was perfectly ok with plenty of choice. We didn’t use the roof top restaurant and bar, far too expensive and hadn’t heard anything particularly positive about it, to warrant the price. We used the coffee shop at the front of the hotel a couple of times. Very nice food and not too expensive. There are plenty of places to eat in the streets behind the hotel, street food at about 60 baht per dish, ranging to high price restaurants. We used the pool daily, arriving 2pm onwards and we always got a lounger. Wasn’t too hot up there, with some shade. Though shame about the over priced drinks, music and smokers! But other than that, pleasant enough. Always towels available. Are other niggles were the crazy lights switch in our room, that I’m sure no one including the maintenance man understood. And we would have liked Netflix or similar, became very knowledgeable about current affairs, with lots of news to watch. The hotel is situated right next to the Sky train so perfect for getting all over the city. Also plenty of things to do within walking distance. All in all a very nice comfortable hotel with a few minor niggles.

- Explorer01603230161 (10/5): Review - The hotel was very clean, rooms were big and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was a good size and over looked the city. The staff were friendly, the front desk could not do enough to help, booking taxis and explaining where to go. This hotel is close to the skytrain station, however not close to restaurants and bars. We did have a drink at the roof top bar, nice views but this we did fine expensive. Would recommend staying here for a couple of days.

- ElenaNicolScorpio (8/5): Great hotel, but mind a couple of things... - Beautiful hotel, rooms are very nice, clean, pool is amazing. Service really good, everyone are very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, just infrastructure of one of the stations of the skytrain. Said that, it was really noisy at night, you can hear the trains,and l was in the 18th floor! Do not make the mistake of eating in the top floor restaurant though. View is spectacular, food is good but when it came to the bill, its a trap. I ate a main course and a dessert plus one drink, 200 baht plus per dish, plus service charge, l was thinking around 700+ baht. Bill came to more than a 1000 baht. They couldn't explain why and then when l paid they didn't accept cash. With so many places to eat in the city, don't bother.

The hotel seemed understaffed and so those that do work there are stretched and not as friendly as in other hotels we have been too. Drinks very expensive and white wine undrinkable. Side light didn’t work, our friends room wasn’t made up despite requesting this, breakfast is hit and miss re crockery and food etc. Good location for skytrain and clean common spaces.

- Michael (8/5): Eine gutes Pre-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gute Lage, sehr ansprechende Zimmer - Frühstück: wenig frische Früchte, meist war das Bacon gerade nicht verfügbar, gut: es gab frischgemachte Nudelsuppe-sehr lecker, aber insgesamt war das Frühstück eher sparsam. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, die Hochbahnstation vom BTS liegt direkt vor dem Eingang. Tolle Dachterasse! Das Bett im Zimmer steht direkt am Panoramafenster, man sieht also vom Bett aus direkt auf die Stadt, super! Hilfreiches und flexibles Personal! zu wenig Fahrstühle für ein Hochhaus mit 37 Stockwerken, sehr spärliches Frühstück, keine große Auswahl, besonders nicht an frischen Früchten, wenig Abwechslung.

I was underwhelmed by the reception area and after arriving on an early flight we had to occupy ourselves until the room was available. We went to the pool area which is very good but the changing area is in need of some maintenance. I was initially impressed with our room on the 31st floor especially the big bathroom with shower and free standing bath with fab views, and a separate toilet area. All modern and chic looking but not finished to a high standard on closer inspection. I didn’t sleep well as I found the room noisy with traffic noise and AC plus too much light as there was no door between bedroom and lobby area. All the staff were excellent, breakfast had a great choice and the location ideal for the MRT and boat pier.

However, I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom, as water tended to accumulate in the shower area, which made it feel unsafe. Nevertheless, the staff were highly professional and proactive in assisting me. Mr. Ryan, a member of the hotel staff, kindly escorted me to view a larger room and arranged a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. We will certainly return to stay here again in the near future.

Rooms very clean and well equipped. Never figured out the TV! Never ate here (besides breakfast). Turn left, past the BTS steps and turn left again. walk 7-8 minutes, you hit a great drag of shops. Plenty of 7/11's about for snacks. We visited the rooftop bar for the 'spectacular view' and after 5 minutes, when we said we were just chilling after flying in from the UK, were asked to order something or leave, 'We are a restaurant'...... We left...and we won't be back.......

Man muss immer Taxi, Grab oder Skytrain nutzen um etwas erleben zu können. Das Frühstücksbuffet war im Verhältnis zum Preis spärlich und die leeren Schalen wurden nur auf Aufforderung nachgefüllt.

Stayed with partner for 3 nights, the staff are lovely and it has great views but the rooms are quite business like and are dominated (ours was by the bath). Great roof top bar, but very pricey wine (£10+ for glass of house wine). It is a nice hotel though and clean. Go out of the hotel and go left and left and you hit a amazing hindu temple and streets of cheap eats and normal shops. It is not near touristy shops and is actually on a main road - which thankfully you can't hear. It does have a loverly pool area.

Its location is perfect right next to the BTS offering excellent transportation to anywhere you need to go!! The staff are very friendly and helpful and always offering to assist no matter what. The spa and pool is so beautiful perfect for relaxation. Hon (manger) and his staff are so welcoming you will not be disappointed if you stay here. - stupot1963 (10/5): A gem in the city with BTS right outside the door - Brilliant hotel, fantastic rooms, very attentive, polite staff who will do anything to make your stay better. The roof bar on the 38th floor has a magnificent view, and again the staff are excellent. My one and only complaint is, if you go to the roof bar, a beer is well overpriced. I’m sure they want to make it fairy exclusive, but there is a line to be drawn, when you have to spent more money on two beers, than you do going around the corner for a 3 course meal of street food (which is excellent) and good beer ! I think if beers are booked to a room, there should be a hefty discount to encourage residents to use it.

The room was not good. We even needed to ask for a side table. Lighting management is awful. No plugs at bedside. The front desk didn't issue a company invoice and told me to request it from Booking.com. The pool area and the bar were not good. Limited drinks at the pool bar, very poor menu.

- Linna (3/5): Not worth your money - Close to BTS surasak. Only good thing to say really. Nothing around the hotel except a 7/11 across the street and breakfast place by the reception. Extremely misleading photos of the rooms. Not 4 star quality hotel. Will not stay here again when coming back to BKK and will not recommend to others either.

- Leach (8/5): - Staff were great - so kind and helpful. Facilities were good - outdoor pool, rooftop bar, spa were all fab. Gym was basic but suited my needs. Location right next door to the BTS was very useful. A great place to stay and good value.

Very friendly and helpful staff Great breakfast choices Very attractive room design Air con - My room (studio single 2905) had a large vent pointed directly at the bed and even on the lowest fan speed it was like trying to sleep in a strong, cold wind. I had to turn it off completely. Night light - the digital light switch panel for the bathroom faces the bed and is extremely bright at night. It needs a cover for those who like to sleep in the dark. Cleanliness of “Unused” towels & bathrobe - I found long dark hairs on the bathrobe and a bath towel. (My hair is short and grey - and I did not have any visitors!)

- Kidzmanc (1/5): Such an experience. - The pool I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was far below the standard I would expect. Upon check-in, there seemed to be a system error regarding our reservation for three guests. The staff member who assisted us handled the situation with a noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming demeanor, which was a very poor first impression. Throughout our stay, several issues went unaddressed: * Despite our reservation being for three people, the room was not prepared with the appropriate number of towels or amenities. * The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. When we called to request these items, it took over an hour for a staff member to arrive, and they only provided soap, without any communication. * During checkout, I asked for directions to the parking lot. The front desk staff failed to inform me that I needed to validate my parking ticket. As a result, I had to walk back to the lobby from the parking lot to get the stamp, which was a significant inconvenience. I am particularly concerned that these issues seemed to be linked to a difference in the way my group and other guests were treated. It felt as though we were not given the same level of care and attention. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these shortcomings to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

- 233phyllisd (10/5): Cool hotel - This is a fabulous hotel in financial district of Bangkok. Right next to Sky train, river and night bazaar 15 minutes walk. Lovely coffee house on ground floor. All staff very polite and can’t do enough. Roof pool and bar with amazing views, great place to cool off after sight seeing. Also ate at roof top restaurant on first night and food was really good. As were the drinks and view.

- Tom (8/5): - Stayed here last Friday night. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the free room upgrade and welcome drinks. The room was clean/comfortable, but the layout was a bit awkward and some of the furniture was a little scuffed. Also, inky one of the elevators was working so was a bit slow to wait sometimes. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall and a nice little escape.

- Ti-Ming (7/5): 房價算是非常親切，所以也不用要求太多，該有的基本上都有 - 位置鄰近地鐵站，如果需要搭地鐵的應該會是方便，但我幾乎都是叫Grab 櫃檯人員、服務人員都非常親切並能積極協助反應之問題 頂樓的酒吧view不錯，在上面喝點東西也是個安排 插座非常少，也沒有類似工作桌的區域，椅子是放在電視旁邊，但真的也沒插座可以使用，床頭也只有一個插座 淋浴間沒有潤髮乳，而且花灑與蓮蓬頭的轉接有點小問題，使用蓮蓬頭時，上面花灑也會滴水，但使用花灑則無問題 晚上拿吹風機時發現櫃子貼皮有些許剝落，有些打掃小細節也沒有很到位 最後一天回飯店時，床上的兩個銀色枕頭與有花邊小毯子被放在椅子上，跟之前兩天相比有些落差
- clarehZ1919NH (10/5): Good place to stay - This is a good located hotel. SkyTrain station right opposite. 15min walk to the river for the boat up to the Grand Palace. Lovely high rise pool to cool off in after sightseeing. Good choice at breakfast. Big comfy room. Excellent rooftop bar for views of Bangkok at night. Staff are very friendly. Will stay here again

- paulcN9316VN (10/5): Great stay - Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good location for walking out to a few residents. Tae and Tee did a lovely job meeting and greeting us everyday with big smiles, fun jokes and ideas of where to eat and what to see. Good location for getting around the city.

- 292SarahH (8/5): Great hotel for mid range price - Really funky hotel well situated in Bangkok near the skytrain and main transport routes and roads. A great base to explore Bangkok and come back to after a day in the heat and bustle. The staff were all lovely and so helpful - very easy and helped us with taxis and queries. 711 literally 5 minute walk away for goodies. Lovely coffee bar/cafe attached to it which was very reasonable priced and again lovely staff. Rooms were very clean, comfy beds and funky decor which gave it real character. Sky Bar - amazing view but you pay - do it once and then do the cafe or eat out. Slight issues. Lifts - one was permanently out of order which became irksome at times. Breakfast was ok and pool was ok too. Would stay again and that says it all.

Puuviljade valik oleks võinud suurem olla. Valguse lülitamine elektroonilise tablooga tekitas raskusi - see oleks võinud olla mingi instruktsiooniga lahti seletatud. Praegu pidime hulk aega katsetama ja siiski jäi esiku tuli põlema, pidime kogu elektri välja lülitama, siis aga ei laadinud telefon.
