Да го имате в предвид, че да не ви боли глава след това. Та ние бягахме по доктори два дена след това и пръснахме над 200€ за лечение, а този така наречен "луксозен хотел" нямяше медицинско лице дори! ... Нямаше нищо хубаво с което мога да се похваля в този хотел 5 звезди, ресторанта беше твърде скъп, стаята си беше напълно обикновенна дори вана нямаше и малко ме хващаше клаустрофобията, закуската в хотела беше еднообразна, без наличие на плодове, а храната в ресторанта с доста завишени цени на базата на нищо😀. Пълна пародия, трябваше да ги взема да видият в България на какво се казва 5 звезден хотел и за какво даваме 500€ за 4 нощувки. Със сигурност щяха да им паднат ченетата!

• Gamze (6/5): - Otel, sanırım bölgenin tek 5 yıldızlı oteli olmasının rahatlığıyla özellikle bazı hususlarda kötüydü. Bunların en önemlisi temizlikti. Lavaboda, duş başlığının hortumuna dolanmış şekilde saçlar vardı. Banyodaki çöp kovasının üstüne bir şey akmış ve kurumuştu. Banyonun zeminine bir şeyler dökülmüş ve süpürülmemişti.Duş başlığının su gelen deliklerinden bazıları tıkalı olduğu için sanırım, çok az su geliyordu. Duş almak eziyet oldu. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi ve iyiydi.

• Mustafa (6/5): Teilweise zu empfehlen - Guten Tag Wir waren vom 11.08.25 bis zum 14.08.25 in Ramda Tekirdağ. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Mann sollte die Zimmer renovieren und in der Dusche öfters mal das Silikon in den Duschen erneuern. Für den Preis was wir bezahlt habe, würde ich mir bessere Qualität erwarten. Abend essen würde ich auch nicht im Hotel empfehlen, man bekommt TK Ware serviert, zu überteuerten Preisen.

Raum: Bett nicht Komfortabel, kein smart Fernseher, Regendusche funktioniert nicht wirklich, Toilette spült nur mittelmäßig, muss man ganz oft nach spülen damit alles weg ist. WiFi :Wenn man mit dem Handy raus aus dem Zimmer geht muss man sich immer wieder neu anmelden. Und Internet ist langsam. Pool: großer Minuspunkt hier, weil sehr laut und wirkt wie ein öffentlicher Freibad, viele Kinder, die springen ständig ins Becken und spritzen mit dem Wasser ( nicht alle sind Hotelbesucher Pool nimmt auch von außerhalb Menschen an) Drei rutschen die Spass machen, aber halt viel zu voll was schade ist. So sollte kein 5 Sterne Hotel sein. Frühstück: sehr vielfältig an essen!! Toll!

The rooms do need some rennovation. , besides the fact that I specifically asked for a non smoking room, but the room smelled like an ash tray. The surroundings are nothing special, actually quite ugly. . If it was for the staff I would give 10 immediately. Great helpful and fiendly people. ; Unfortunately the structure itself dropped the value quite a bit

Great gym, great outside pool, good inside pool, Aquapark is good it is realy fun. Big Parking! Double bed is small, should be at least 180x200 minimum. The hot water in the shower coming too slowly and it’s a bit annoying.

• Ewa (8/5): Bra hotell med bra personal - Vi har bott på detta hotell flera gånger de senaste 8 åren. Det ligger på väg till en väns sommarhus så det blir naturligt att stanna här. I år bestämde vi oss för att stanna fem nätter. Jag vill framhålla Berfin som höll kontakt med oss. Sen vill jag också framhålla Nisa som var otroligt professionell och kundfokuserat, samtidigt som hon höll på de regler som gällde. En av de unga mannen som hjälpte oss (svart skjorta och svarta byxor) och som jobbade i lobby baren under helgen, var också så trevlig och tillmötesgående trots hög aktivitetsnivå i och med bröllop och bröllopsgäster. Tyvärr måste vi återigen konstatera att det blir rent kaos speciellt i frukostmatsalen och hissarna när det är många hotellgäster. Personalen gör sitt bästa men det räcker inte. Ett förslag till ledningen är att låta gästerna boka vilken tid de vill äta, det finns andra hotell som gör så för att få jämnare flöde. En annan sak är att skaffa fler och bättre kaffemaskiner. En enda person som ska servera kaffe eller te till en hop hysteriska människor är inte schysst mot personalen. Vid dessa tillfällen tycker jag att det är bättre att gå runt med kaffe- resp tekanna och servera vid borden. Om jag får nämna en sak till: ett femstjärnigt hotell borde kunna hålla en jämn kvalitet på sina maträtter. Vi åt två gånger i a la cart restaurangen och tre gånger vid poolen. Att samma maträtt både ser och smakar olika är inte ok. Maten var bra, men varierade i kvalitet och utseende. Vi valde att äta ute ist
• Gulsen (10/5): Ufak detaylarla daha da iyi olabilir. - Menülerdeki yemekler çok kısırdı, daha çok çeşit gerekiyor böyle bir otel için. Odamız 3 kişilikti, 2 tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirip (isteğimiz dışında) çift kişilik yapmışlar, ancak oda dekorasyonunu hesaba katmamışlar. 2 kişilik yatağın ortasında tam kafamıza denk gelecek şekilde bir raf vardı mesela ve çocuklar kafalarını çarpıp durdu. Buna dikkat edilsin bundan sonra bence çünkü kanamalı yaralanmalara sebep olabilir. Bir de banyoya tv sesinin verilmesi opsiyonel olmalı, artık bir tuş mu koyarsınız ne yaparsınız bilmem, isteğe göre kapatılabilir olmalı. Gece tv izlerken bütün koridorda banyodan yankılanan film sesi duyuluyordu.

• Halil Kaan (8/5): Güzel bir otel - Tekirdağ'daki diğer otellere nazaran açık ara daha iyi bir otel. Kahvaltı fiyatları yüksek, odalarda balkon olması çok tatlı bir detay. Manzarası güzel, resepsiyon iyi ve yardımcı. Diğer odalarda zaman zaman gürültü oluyor ancak sorun boyutunda değildi. Temiz ve tertipli. Önerebilirim.
• Verified traveler (8/5): A little disappointing - This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available. Much of the hotel information is your phone but we had conection problems . The restaurant had no stand by paper menus. The waiter let us look at his phone so we quickly chose something. The staff were a little aloof generally especially in the panorama restaurant. The reception staff were functional but not warm and welcoming by any stretch. However the room was good with a balcony and good facities.

Kahvalti yiyecek kalitesi cok yetersiz. 501 numarali King suit oda temizligi, jakuzinin calismamasi, kalitesiz ve eski mobilyalar 5 yildiz kalitesinde bir otele hic yakismamis. Nisan ortasi konaklamamiz mevsimsel yuksek hava sicakligindan on cephe odalari cok isiniyordu. Yonetimsel maddi bir politikadan dolayi merkezi sistemin soguga cevrilmemesinin asla bir aciklamasi olamaz. Komfor odalarda hic yoktu. Otelin kesinlikle bir yenilemeye ve biraz adina yakisacak sekilde, kalitesini hak etmesi icin bir cok yatirim yapmasi sart. Konakladigimiz sure boyunca havasiz ve sigara kokusu bastirmis odalarda cok rahatsiz olduk. Ozellikle sigara icemeyen bir cift oldugumuzdan odanin kendi kokusu bizi cok rahatsiz etti. Umarim sogutma ve havalandirma sistemlerinizi en kisa zamanda yenilersiniz.
• NUH MEHMET (6/5): - Gece saat 22,30 da otele vardık ancak odalarımızın satıldığından dahi haberleri yoktu 1 saate yakın lobide bekletildik saat 23.30 gibi odalarınızı ancak alabildik odaya yerleştik saat 2 gibi yan odanın aşırı gürültüsünden uyandık 113 nolu odada bulunan 4-5 kişinin gürültülü muhabbeti yaklaşık 1 saat sürdü sonunda birileri susturdu diğer 107 nolu odamızın soğuk kliması çalışmıyordu sıcak üflüyordu

• Nick2448 (6/5): 3 day stay in Tekirdag - The hotel was mainly clean and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The day staff and management are good. The pool spa area is good. Buffet breakfast is good with something for everyone. The city is not a tourist area. The Thursday local market is fantastic. Takes over the city centre to near the sea front. We had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant Panora, we waited for over 20 minutes for 4 simple drinks. We could see the restaurant staff sitting in the other hotel restaurant, drinking water, and snacking, chatting. I had to go to the other restaurant and ask for our drinks on 2 occasions. One of the waiters got up and bought our drinks. When the food arrived, it was just warm. My pizza was burnt and hard. I asked to see the manager. Again, asking twice, he arrived. I told him about our experience and how it was not acceptable to have staff who acted like 1st day staff, in a 5 star hotel, to have sight of the staff sitting down, no staff in on the restaurant floor is not what we expect. The standard of food for a 5 star hotel was shocking and poor quality. They brought 2 cheese cakes we ordered to our table, which were of cheap poor quality. I complained to the manager again and said I would talk to the day managers. This I did. The day manager took notes and went to see a senior manager and met up with me again and said they had taken on board my concerns and were very apologetic. He offered us a free meal in the restaurant as a way of an apology. I turned down this offer due to the standard of food not being good. We did accept a breakfast each to be fair. The bedroom walls are very thin and you can hear the other rooms TVs and hear their voices at times. The indoor pool in the SPA area has black mould spots on the edge and middle of the pool ceiling. The bed quilt we had was old. It was breaking up. Won't be going back. Not value for money at all

We needed to sleep with the window open and given that the hotel is in front of the highway on a steep incline, you hear tractor trucks breaking using their engines all night.

Sonra duş a girdim havluya kurulanırken havlunun sökülmüş olduğunu ve yıkanmaktan havlunun dokusunun kalmadığını farkettim, yatağa yattım yastık kenarı sökülmüş ipleri sarkıyordu, resepsiyonu aranak istediğimde çalışmadığını farkettim, kablosu bantlıymış kendim tamir ettim ve aradım durumu bildirdim. Odaya köfte ve ayran sipariş ettim ayran olmadığını belirttiler. Ben bu kadar parayı 5 yıldızlı otel olduğu için vermiştim oysaki, yaşadıklarına göre 3 yıldız olması gerekir bence. Sizde sisteminizde bu oteli satarken 5 yıldız diye pazarladığınız için hotels com da sorumludur. Hepiniz beni kandırıp kazıkladınız.

The staff were professional and attentive. Good value for money. I found it strange that the receptionists didn't know the price for the breakfast buffet, and the breakfast waiter didn't either.

It lacks too much and is pure waste of money. - Breakfast is nice and stuff in the restaurant is friendly and helpful This is not a 5-star hotel. This is a joke and waste of money!!! There are international standards about hotels and this place misses too much of them. Everybody on the reception as well as the management must speak at least English, lobby bar shouldn't be unattended from most of the time, taking good care of the clients should be top priority. But maybe not here... The electricity stopped twice in our room but the worst part is the hygiene. Bathroom looked miserably and worn out - nothing to do with 5-star hotel standards. But the worst thing was their SPA - which was the main reason for our stay there. When we entered we saw lots of mold on the walls but tried not to overreact. Then we saw a lady entering the pool and the jacuzzi in her underwear even though we were told to buy and put swimming hats. But the most disgusting thing was to find a pig piece of used chewing gum touching the water besides the jacuzzi. We tried to complain at the reception of the SPA and to the shift manager. They promised to check and take care. In few minutes they declared everything OK. I really didn't knew they were wizards that are able to clean whole SPA of filter both pool and jacuzzi that quick :( We insisted for this case to be escalated to the higher management and were promised it will happen. When I tried to reach the shift manager again he was playing hide and seek by avoid meeting us in any possible way. That is why we decided to ask meeting the hotel General Manager before our check-out. The lady had no idea of what we are talking about. She looked (or more pretended) shocked of what we said. Just said excuse me I will check at the SPA...came back few minutes later and told us she sees not problem at all. Almost 60 hours later it would be a huge shock if the lady with the underwear was still in the pool or the used chewing gum was not removed. At the end she just told us that all she can do for us is promising us a big discount for our next stay at the hotel.
