• Guest (1/5): $120 plus 45 in taxes/fees is obsurd - Windows did not close all the way so they were unable to be locked and there is access to climb up and enter windows-NOT safe

• Crystal (1/5): Didn’t stay no longer than to look at the room and ask for refund - Absolutely nothing. Everything!! This was the worst place I have ever seen. Nasty! Didn’t feel safe staying there. Asked for a refund and they refused. Ended up going and getting a hotel elsewhere because we didn’t want to end up robbed or catching something. Not one to give bad reviews but this place needs to be shut down.

• Tiffany (2/5): It was okay - The people was nice and the pool was clean. The room had roaches and old out of date stuff, I had to buy towels and stuff to make the room suitable to stay but overall if they fix up the rooms it will be a great place to stay.

They then say that booking.con keeps half the money you pay that they have to charge you more……….front desk person throw my ID across the counter when I refuse to pay extra then they want ANOTHER $100 refundable deposit on top of everything else. Rooms smelled like smoke and beer. Cigarette burns on almost every flat surface in the room.

Smells like mold and old pee - Trash, the room would make your skin crawl, sticky wet carpet, the mattresses were so stank we slept ontop of the covers, the front dest double rented our room, at 11pm we had 3 people bust in the room on us. After arguing we finally got the front desk to fix the issue at 12am. Then the police woke us up at 3am with nonsense, a hooker staying at the hotel had blocked in a uber driver. A fight broke out at our door the next morning. And a couple had sex infront of my kids in the pool a The next morning. We paid 871.00 for a room everyone else paid 125.00 for . We did find a couple that showed us they booked with bookings.com and got the same weekend as us for 59.00 a night. Our family vacation was ruined, and let's not talk about the run around I recievewhen I tried to cancel, multiple times Everything. The bookings.com was absolutely no help, they rented us a drugged out hotel horrors, and let's not mention how nasty it is there!!!

• Darrell (2/5): I overpaid - I wiped down the room and it was clean Before I booked they tried to charge me $1300 for 3 nights. I got in the room, no remote to the tv, the inside door handle was broke, and never received my $100 deposit. I'll never stay there again.

There was a sign that said go to wayfarer which I had to call the number twice to find it . She then told me that she couldn’t rent to locals but was very very rude , acting like I had done something to her by booking a room and paying money with them smh . Do not recommend this hotel at all ! 👎👎👎👎

The people there that on the place have a real bad attitude and very antisocial. I would never tell anyone to go to this place and with being on booking.com if I was out I would take it off cuz it's making y'all look bad too

It looked very rundown.. we told the front desk and they did move is to another room that at least had clean linen.. but room service never came with fresh towels the next day not asked about cleaning.. just very unprofessional.

I brought the cleanliness issue up to the man at the front desk and showed him the stains on all the beds, there was no towels and rags, hair in the sink and tub, beds showed clear indications that someone else was in the room prior, there was crumbs when we pulled the blanket back, someone else’s sandy shoes was left, a roach (not water bug) but roach on the floor… he was showed all of this and he got offensive and said “well do you want to check out”. Why would I want to check out after I drove several hours with my family AND paid!!!? He eventually sent two cleaners to redo the room and even they were surprised at the poor condition Ms of the room. Pool was dirty as well (full of debris, bugs sand and who knows what else)

Nothing like the pictures did not get what I booked and paid for, dirty mattresses and bedsheets boards over damaged walls other guest fighting outside the property and the neighbor stayed up all night, partying and being extremely loud.

The room the beds were hard as a rock very unclean do yourself a favor, pay more money, and stay somewhere else, and the AC did not work

Plus I booked a double bed and it was only 1 bed available so I couldn't get that either whole stay was garbage. Had to ask for towels and rags didn't have anything. Fridge was leaking wasn't working and had to run water 10 mins to get hot water I will never stay here again.

• David (1/5): Sleep with a gun next to you - The room had very clearly been previously broken in to and there was no attempt to fix it. The dead bolt lock and safety chain were missing off the door and the window locks had all been broken off.

• Anna (7/5): All in all great location, reasonably priced, and no issues. - Close to everything, kitchenette had all appliances but no cooking equipment. Tall ceilings made the space look bigger. Clean for the most part but, would bring extra pillows. We had the two corner rooms, which was a great view but, I did travel with small children and the owner did come up at weird times to tell me my kids feet were too loud. We weren’t in our room often but weird times as in like 2:00 in the afternoon and around 10:00pm. If you have littler kids would try getting a room not over top of the owner.

• Preston (1/5): It was HORRIBLE. I’ve been to bad motels before but this one takes the cake. - Literally nothing. It was absolutely disgusting and falsely advertised. It was filthy, stained sheets, dirt on “clean” sheets, no towels or toilet paper, and half the lights didn’t work.

Let’s just say my experience was definitely interesting and not in a good way The staff (other than the jamaican) rooms smelled and had mold pool was nasty bathrooms smell absolutely horrible most things such as fridge and oven had broken parts
