- Pajtesa (8/5): Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer modernen, familienfreundlichen Unterkunft mit - Das Zimmer war modern und sehr schön eingerichtet wir hatten den Penthouse Zimmer .Der Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und schnell. Küche, Betten und Badezimmer waren und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr zentral und das Personal jederzeit gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft sehr geeignet. Ich weiß nicht, woher der ganze Staub kam, aber während der vier Tage waren unsere Füße ständig voller Staub. Besonders unangenehm war es abends vor dem Schlafengehen. Deshalb haben wir sogar ein Tuch neben das Bett gelegt, um unsere Füße vorher sauber zu machen. Da wir vier Tage dort waren, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn zwischendurch wenigstens ein- bis zweimal gereinigt worden wäre.

The furnniture was very bad. This apartments is not the style of Rafael. I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED! VERY CLEAN, THE METROSTATION WAS NEAR.

- Verona (4/5): Overall the appearance of interior studio was disappointing - The location is great (easy access by foot to the public transportations U6 station and the tram was also very close by the apartments The room lacked “upkeep” maintenance overall - scuff marks and stains on a dark colored wall as well as the bed frame was very worn down from using harsh cleaning products over the years and the wall mounted head rest was also scuffed in two spots was not very inviting and for sure a sore sight to the eye. Also the coffee maker did not work properly and the water tank leaked when filled with water before running the pod thru a full cycle.

La machine à café ne fonctionne qu'avec des capsules difficiles à trouver. L'insonorisation entre appartement est très mauvaise donc, même si l'appartement est globalement calme, si vous tombez avec des voisins bruyants c'est problématique.
- Sassan (9/5): - Everything! The elevator was out during our entire stay. You can imagine carrying a number of heavy luggage four flights of stairs not to mention groceries is a pain. They did compensate us with 20% discount for the inconvenience which helped ease the pain.

- Stefanie (8/5): Tolle Lage in einem sehr komfortablen Appartment - Sehr angenehme Lage und super Größe bzw. Aufteilung des Appartements. Schöner Bezirk und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Ausstattung wie beschrieben: Nespressomaschine, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und auch ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl wurde uns bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Die Couch im Wohn-Essbereich ist schon etwas abgesessen und im Badezimmer ist leider etwas Schimmel an der Decke. Diese Dinge verschlechtern aber nichts an der guten Ausstattung der Wohnung.

Extremely comfortable apartments! - Really great comfortable apartments with beautiful furniture, coffee machine, lovely shower and very comfortable beds. Exceptional apartments in a super location. I will definitely like to return. If anything was required there was a quick reply to any questions. The door lock system works extremely well.

- Ganna (10/5): - Аппаратаменты превзошли все ожидания! -Соотношение цена-качество было отличное -Очень приятный, чистый, уютный разной, мы гуляли до поздней ночи и было безопасно(за углом отделение полиции 😇) -В 3 минутах от дома остановка метротрамвая(мы добрались на поезде из аэропорта, с одной пересадкой)и 5 минутах от остановки трамвая.Ехать до Центра города минут 10-15.Транспорт ездит регулярно и допоздна. -Само здание чистое,отремонтированное,есть лифт(мне кажется, что весь подъезд принадлежит Rafael Kaiser) -Сами Аппаратаменты превзошли все ожидания!Настолько всё было продумано! Мы были в середине декабря, в гардеробе был хороший,прочный зонт,удобная ложка для обуви,очень красивая большая ёлочка😇🥰,подробное расписание рождественских ярмарок(все локации и время работы) -В квартире было очень тепло(мы открывали ночью окна и наслаждались воздухом🥰)+паркетный пол. -В душе хороший напор и не было никаких проблем с горячей водой -Очень удобная ,большая кровать -Из техники было всё необходимое:плита,микроволновка,кофемашина, электрочайник,холодильник, фен.Плюс ко всему можно было подняться на 4 этаж и там прачечная комната где можно постирать и высушить вещи в сушилке и там же можно взять чай и капсулы для кофемашины. -И отдельный огромный бонус это общение с персоналом, я обращалась несколько раз,они отвечали быстро и пытались помочь, были очень вежливые!Оставили очень приятное впечатление от общения! Теперь хочу повторить поездку в Вену и буду оставливаться тут же!)

Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą która była pomocna nawet po zakończeniu pobytu co bardzo doceniam. przydałyby się uchwyty na ręczniki i więcej półek na przywiezione kosmetyki

- Xiaoqian (10/5): - 无接触入住，流程丝滑。 公寓设施齐全，状况良好。所有设施都有视频清晰使用指导。 工作人员反馈迅速，且人性化。 虽然是无接触入住，但处处能感受到主人的温度，正值新年，房间还送了巧克力和香槟。 我们走的那天因为特殊原因申请延迟退房也得到了支持。 房间在顶楼，有阳台，阳台能看到旁边的教堂。天气暖和的时候，坐在阳台应该也很舒服。

- Barbs (9/5): - Very good location as it is very near the metro. It just takes 5 stops to Westbanhof which is an interchange. There is a also a very good bakery in the metro. The 3rd bed is not as sturdy. We ended up putting up the mattress on the floor but it was no big deal for us.

- Aleksandra (10/5): Rewelacja! - Obiekt jest nowoczesny, w pełni wyposażony. Zabrakło nam kapsułek do ekspresu do kawy i obiekt poinformował nas, że znajduje się pokój gdzie są kapsułki, ręczniki i inne dodatki do naszej dyspozycji, tak aby niczego dla Nas nie zabrakło. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Obiekt pomógł nam zarezerwować miejsce parkingowe, więc obyło się bez krążenia po centrum. Piękny widok z czwartego piętra, prywatny taras, duży plus za osobną strefę dla palących. Cały budynek jest odnowiony i czysty. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobyty i z pewnością jeśli wrócimy do Wiednia to na pewno to tego lokalu:)

- Anna (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole, location eccezionale. - Appartamento situato al 4^ piano con ascensore di uno stabile ben ristrutturato. Fermata della metropolitana sotto casa. Quartiere tranquillo con supermercati nelle vicinanze. Appartamento luminoso ed arredato con gusto. Cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici ( forno tradizionale, microonde, bollitore, lavastoviglie e macchinetta per il caffè con cialde a disposizione) e stoviglie di ogni tipo. Nei bagni disponibili biancheria, phon e prodotti di ottima marca. Letto comodo. Cabina armadio con asse e ferro da stiro, stendino e cassaforte. Tutto ben organizzato. Noi abbiamo trovato anche l’albero di Natale e una piacevole sorpresa (bottiglia e cioccolata il giorno di Natale). Particolari che ti fanno sentire a casa e contribuiscono a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Ringraziamo di cuore tutto lo staff. Grazie, grazie 🙏 Tutto perfetto.

- Nicky (7/5): Für Kurzurlaub ok. - Die Lage ist top. Die Beschreibung des Appartements sollte konkreter sein. Aus dem Text geht nicht hervor das gar keinen Wohnraum, sondern nur einen Schlafbereich und eine Küche gibt.

- Marta (9/5): Ottima struttura poco fuori il centro di Vienna, ben collegata con i mezzi e dotata di tutti i comfort - Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 3 notti presso la struttura, in particolare, abbiamo optato per la soluzione Superior Suite con 2 bagni, essendo in quattro. La struttura si presenta come nelle foto, si trova in una zona tranquilla, poco fuori dal centro ma ben collegata. Ci sono metro e tram a 150m che portano direttamente in centro. Abbiamo molto gradito la varietà di cialde di caffè e tè/tisane a disposizione. In generale, sono presenti phone, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro ecc. quindi tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Unica nota da considerare è che non ci sono bar nelle vicinanze per la colazione, bisogna camminare 500/600 metri se non si vuole fare in centro ma questo non è stato un problema . Forse la seconda camera un po’ piccola per un letto matrimoniale, dato che non c’è lo spazio per due comodini che sono sempre utili.
