• Henrietta (7/5): You get what you paid for - It was a nice lil cozy room, the staff was amazing and they did the daily washing. The location is great too. It wasn’t the cleanest, I’m sure there hasn’t been a mopping or a sweeping done in my room in a while. On the bright side, that’s probably why I found a bottle of vodka in the freezer 😂
• Hüseyin Cagri (10/5): - The hotel is located in a safe and central area, which made getting around very easy. The room was very clean and the heating worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable. There was a small issue with the shower being slightly blocked due to hair in the drain, which meant it could not be used properly. However, this was only a minor detail in an otherwise clean and well-maintained room. The receptionist was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location.

• Magnolia (5/5): Bof bof.... - Emplacement nickel. Parking payant à proximité. Je vous conseille ParkBee, ça semble être le moins cher . Dans les rues, ça coûte un pont ! Etat de la literie ok . Pour une nuit entre copines, pas trop à cheval sur l hygiène , qd on cherche à sortir sur Bxles et près du centre. Ok Mais, oubliez cet hôtel pour une we en couple ou en famille. C'est vétuste, la moquette par terre est très sale. Bouilloire mais pas de café. Frigo qui ne fonctionne pas . Pommeau douche qui fait 3 jets ! Pas d' ascenseur .

• Darina (3/5): Collapsed mattress, thin blanket, mouldy bathroom - The view was quite alright. The room was not well equipped, one side of the bed had collapsed mattress and I got only a thin blanket. It was 12C outside and raining. That being said it was not cold in the room and to be fair there was an electric heater at my disposal. But the blanket thickness was nevertheless ridiculous. The tea cups were dirty, not a single tea bag to be found. There was mould in the bathroom on several spots. There were dirty spots in the rooms.

• Broering (5/5): - Staff was very sweet and kind. The beds were fairly comfortable. We chose this hotel because according to Booking they offered parking which we unfortunally found out that was not true. Parking was in the public street or private garages further away from the place with separate payment. The elevator was not working which was complicated to my dad who had to go up to the third floor with a hurt knee. The floor and carpet were very dirty.

• Alex G.P (8/5): - Zona tranquila! 10 minutos andando de la Grand place y estación central Cuando vas de vacaciones siempre buscas la excelencia : hotel recien construido , habitaciones amplias y ascensores rápidos. No existe salvo que pagues 200€ noche. Este hotel para gente joven con maletas de mano y listos para ir a dormir y ducharse es suficiente. El hotel es antiguo pero funcional y bien situado en zona tranquila.

Many fast food restaurants and minimarkets around. Friendly staff, clean room and very good shower. My bathroom was quite large. Overall much better conditions that similarly priced hotels I have stayed at. The building itself is old and somewhat cramped. Wi-Fi was pretty oscillating. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. For me, the bad Wi-Fi is the only major issue.

• yosefkhani (1/5): - However, the reception staff and employees were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very old and poorly maintained. It felt dirty and lacked basic facilities. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower was broken. The drainage system in the bathroom did not work properly, so the water either didn’t drain or drained very slowly. There were almost no amenities provided. The breakfast was very poor and disappointing. The TV was useless, as it only had two channels and there was no option to choose. The window in the room was broken, and the elevator was not working. Access via the stairs was very inconvenient and unpleasant. There were no basic hygiene items available. The bed blankets were very old and worn out, and the radiator was extremely dirty. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Die Matratze war durchgelegen, aber sonst war es sehr sauber. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher funktionierten. Mir reicht ein einfaches preiswertes Zimmer War alles ok. • Yannis (8/5): Très bon séjour ! - Hôtel très sympathique : les chambres sont propres et agréables, le lit est confortable. Le personnel est à l’écoute. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et bien présenté ! On m'annonce au téléphone que je peux arriver plus tôt mais lorsque je m’y présente, le réceptionniste demande un supplément. Je suis donc revenu quelques heures après !
• Ana Isabel (4/5): Terriblemente viejo - Lo único que puede ser positivo es la ubicación. Es un hotel que se creó en la era jurásica y desde entonces no ha sido reformado. El ascensor no funciona. Las escaleras son tan estrechas que no te caben los pies. Las habitaciones peor todavía, son antiguallas, con una antihigiénica moqueta cubriendo el suelo llena de manchas por absolutamente todos los lados. Hay enchufes con los hilos a la vista, agujeros en las paredes de cosas que se fueron sacaron, muebles viejos... Las camas son de muelles bastantes cascados, si pesas mucho ya casi te apoyas en el suelo.( Al menos las sábanas parecían limpias.) En el baño la luz del lavamanos no funcionaba. La cortina de la bañera bastante sucia, hay que hacer equilibrio para evitar tocarla que a saber que se te pega. Lo demás aunque estaba limpio es tan viejo, tiene las juntas tan negras, el suelo escachado, el interior del lavamanos también roto que dá la impresión de que todo está hecho una porquería... No vale lo que pagas porque aunque no es caro tampoco vale su precio.

• Lizly (9/5): Lo recomiendo, buena ubicacion - Me gustó que estaba bien ubicado yo llegué en tren a bruselas y camine al hotel y camine también al centro, nunca pagué por mi transporte. La habitación era amplia con un baño con tina amplia, lo cual se agradece. El edificio era antiguo pero bien mantenido y con un ascensor que funcionaba, lo cual se agradece. Había un hervidor pero hubiera sido fantástico que hubiera tenido también 2 tacitas y un poco de cafe.

• Rachele (7/5): - Buona posizione (fuori dal caos ma comunque vicino alla piazza principale), personale gentile, prezzo forse forse un po alto considerando la struttura ma comunque più basso di altri hotel. C'è la possibilità di fare la colazione (io non l'ho fatta quindi non posso giudicare). Ottimo il forno a micronde nella hall e un distributore di caffè (che però non funzionava). In camera un bollitore e 2 tazze. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Purtroppo il frigobar della camera era in realtà un congelatore (ovviamente non si poteva capire prima). Ho messo dentro la spesa, la mattina dopo era tutto congelato e ho buttato molte cose. Peccato. La struttura è molto "basica", non è recente e necessita di qualche riparazione. Ma dalle foto si capiva, quindi nessuna sorpresa.
