- Dora (2/5): Disappointed - The whole stay was ruined at the last moment during check out. Must say this is the worst experience that both my friends and I have experienced from all our previous hotel stays in different places. In general, the hotel itself is pretty good and location is good since our activities were in the nearby area SZ Bay Mixc and 后海 area. The whole impression was ruined by a check out staff at the counter and her name is Amy Peng. We have booked two rooms with four of us, upon room settlement, we asked Amy Peng to split the room bill, she didn't look very happy when we requested that as she was holding two room bills stapled together in a pile. Then we said we would also like to split each room's bill into half so each of us will pay our share by whatever means we want ( such as cash/credit card/wechat pay). We always do this when we travel together so it's easy to settle all charges clearly and quickly for us. Never thought that this is not welcomed by the check out staff. Upon our second polite request, Amy Peng didn't look happy at all and had her black face all that time. My friend asked if theres any problem, she didnt respond and continue to have her black face. My friend got annoyed and asked her why she has that kind of attitude. She responded right away with a defying voice saying there's nothing wrong with her and asked if we had any problem. We were totally taken by her rude behaviour. Am surprised there are people like that working in the service industry...

- chanai (8/5): 深センベイスポーツセンターに用事がある方にはオススメ - 母と二人で利用しました。初めての中国本土で不安でしたが、快適に過ごせました。 ただ、カードトラブルで切れない事が一時発生したりと、若干のトラブルと、香港ドルから中華人民元へ両替をお願いしたら、女性の従業員の方はとても面倒そうに対応されましたが。笑 スポーツセンターでライブのある時には歩いて帰れてとても便利だし安全ですよ。 最寄りは駅のセブンイレブンですが、こちらもカード切れないし、スポーツセンターのケンタッキーもカード切れない日本人が多くて、現金は最低限にしたいと言う人も、交通費プラス二千円くらいはしておくのをおススメします。笑

- Gianpietro (8/5): Geat Hotel for a reasonable price - Geat Hotel for a reasonable price. Nice design with spacious rooms. Restaurant has excellent Food and Breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Only sad thing is that they have a bar but do not use it. Drinks you can only have it by the bottle no matter if you want a beer or a Cognac. In the surroundings are big constructions, but I am sure once those are finished it will be a nice place to be. Good jogging possibilities and 300m from next Metro station.
- Stephenie (8/5): Walking distance from stadium - Booked it because of a concert at Shenzhen stadium. It's 5-10 min walking distance which is a perfect location for a stay if a concert ends late. The nearby area is under development, thus you will need to walk all the way back to the central area for food, shopping and etc. Weird structure for the toilet though, it's separated from the bath area.

Room structure is just crazy. toilet is separated with no ventilation. you have to wash your hand in the next door which you have to walk across the bed to the next door to wash your hand. the door should be very dirty. I stayed 2 night. seems the bed cover is not washed/ changed after the first night. it was a FIVE STAR HOTEL. the staff come into your room even you have lock the door from inside. No Privacy, No hygiene, with silly floor plan. not good location. only good thing is the view is fine. I can receive the phone signal from Hong Kong. Not worth the price. I should book Marriott hotel. One important issue about the Hotels.com App is the location shown on the map is very very wrong. wrong location mislead customers to choose hotel. Should be fixed ASAP.

- Cindy (8/5): - 如果不是因为参加南山的半程马拉松，我们可能不会注意到这家位于深圳湾体育中心的酒店。但是入住后我们发现酒店人员训练的很好，很有礼貌，酒店房间也舒适及清洁。但是如同大部分中国的本地酒店，有些设施在使用时才觉得不是那么到位，例如使用淋浴莲蓬头时，顶上的花洒会漏冷水，以及厕所的隔音不是很好。不过其实，它的地理位置还是方便的，离保利及购物中心，地铁站都是十分钟内路程。还是给木棉花酒店一个赞！！

- JT (8/5): New and clean hotel - Hotel is new and clean. Not much in the surroundings with regards to noise and good for rest without much worries about traffic. Downside is that it is really isolated from food and beverages.
- Victoria (8/5): new hotel with nice deco - This is my complimentary stay (from the rewards program). I picked this hotel as it is located in Nan Shan at area, close to my friend's house. This hotel is not close to metro station but u can simply take taxi (¥15) and it's close to the largest shopping malls in Nan Shan area (¥20 taxi) and OCT (¥50 taxi). The room is nice, large and with great view (of the sea and sports centre). However the hot water is pretty slow and needa wait for a few minutes for hot shower. and there's no restaurants in walking distance, you need to walk for 10mins to the only food stall - KFC. But simply take taxi to the shopping malls nearby and you will find lots of nice ones. In general, it is a good stay.

Only cons are that location is not very good , however , it can be easily solved by asking the concierge for help of calling cabs . Another con is that room service has too little variety of food . Other than that , everything was outstanding .
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommended - It was a very modern and well-kept hotel. I stayed in the super-deluxe bay view room but the price was very competitive through Expedia for my stay. I moved from another hotel, 3-star top with 70's bathroom (horrible!), where I paid the same price. This was the only hotel where I did not sense any cigarette smell in my room or my floor. The display and design of contemporary art was another plus. The public area of my floor was so spacious that I wondered if it was unfinished and undecorated. The best hotel of my 6-city visit in China!
