• JUN (2/5): ロケーションは良かったが、設備も古く、バスタブもなく、フロントと掃除係の連絡は悪かった。 - 国際会議の行なわれたO2Universumに近く、地下鉄B線の駅にも近く、市街地に行くのにも便利でした。 ①5月16日夕方に部屋に戻ってみると、部屋のキーが開かず、「Clean the room」の札が掛けてあったのに、部屋が掃除されていなかった。5月13日のチェックイン時に13・14・15日三連泊後、16日も宿泊を追加し、4連泊支払い済みにしていましたが、16日泊には部屋のキーを更新する必要がある説明もなかった。抗議して、やっと新しいキーと部屋の掃除が行われた。受付の説明は「当日のチェックトが多く、忙しかったから」という、納得できない説明であった。

• Wojciech (9/5): - Śniadania generalnie OK, duży wybór, aczkolwiek asortyment był stały , przez 4 dni nie pojawiła się żadna nowość. Lokalizacja z daleka od bardzo zatłoczonego centrum. Najbliższy przystanek metra tylko jakieś 5- 7 minut piechotą, więc w sumie ciągu 15- 25 minut można dotrzeć w pobliże większości najbardziej atrakcyjnych miejsc w Pradze.

• Lumi (9/5): Wir waren zu besuch und für kurze zeit wurde ich empfohlen fur langere zeit nein - Personel war freundlich wie viktoria in reception die anderen an der Restaurant alle könnten englisch war perfekt . Keine Parkplatz ,Zimmer war klein doppelbet ja aber kein platz zum bewegen

Der balkon war schmutzig,ungepflegt-schade-eigentlich ein schöner platz mit blick in den hinterhof.ein bisschen pflege würde helfen.

• Izabela (8/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt. - Hotel dość komfortowy, czysty. Trochę mało miejsca w łazience, wielkość pokoju ok. Bardzo miły personel, wygodne łóżka, cisza w okolicy. Bardzo mały bufet w stosunku do ilości gości. Tłok przy śniadaniu, bardzo szybko opróżniające się półmiski i koszyki z pieczywem. Ale przy takim małym bufecie i tej ilości gości było to nieuniknione. Jedzenie było uzupełniane ale trochę to trwało. To w zasadzie jedyny minus.

• Felicity Rogers (8/5): Really beautfiful hotel with helpful staff and an excellent in house restaurant. - I chose this hotel because I had an early morning train leaving from Praha-Liben station to Krakow. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. I arrived at 11.00am and after a short wait in the lobby I was told me room was ready. My room was spacious and modern and the public areas are also beautiful. The adjacent Jerusalem restaurant served the best hommus I've ever tasted. I was also suprised to find out that breakfast was included in my room rate. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with some hot food such as eggs (which is unusual in Europe). While it's not in old town, there is a metro stop very close. There is also a large shopping centre five minutes walk away. I had read some reviews online which complained about the rooms and a lack of hot water. That was not my experience. I was very happy with my room and there was plentiful hot water. Nothing to do with the hotel but I ordered an uber to the station because I had a suitcase. Even though I had booked to go to the Praha Liben station on the app the driver seemed to have no idea where it was. After driving around the block a few times I asked him to drop me back at the hotel and I walked to the station. It's about 15 minutes walk. Praha-Liben seems to be a very small station and none seems to know about it.

Le restaurant lié à l’hôtel est très bien aussi et les prix y sont abordables. Ce restaurant est en charge du petit déjeuner qui se passe dans une salle claire et confortable. Přistýlka z kopce, vlny z nějakého podložení, seskládání přistýlky...škoda, vyspat se prostě nedalo.

• leaudro (9/5): - Really nice accommodation, everything is very modern and works well. Breakfast was good, not a ton of options but everything was fresh and delicious. Parking inside of the hotel is a bit expensive, and the entrance is really narrow. You can see painting from many cars on the wall 😂 If you don't plan to use your car at all, might still be worth it. Otherwise, just park outside.

• BrianRidout (4/5): Held hostage by conference hotel - We recently returned from a 16 day trip to Budapest, Vienna and Prague. We stayed in this hotel for the last four days because my wife was attending a conference at the O2 universum in Prague. Of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip this hotel was the most expensive and by far the least impressive. From the moment you enter the rather unimpressive lobby you realize how tired this hotel has become. Our room was very old and in need of some maintenance. The plumbing was old and you had to start the hot water 5 minutes before you wanted to use it to give it time to warm up. The worst thing about the hotel was the absolutely abysmal WiFi. It was slow and constantly froze. Another disappointment was the breakfast that we paid for. Of the four hotels we stayed in during this trip it was the most expensive and had the least selection. We usually pay extra for the convenience of an included breakfast but in the case of this hotel I would recommend going to the nearby Galerie Harfa where there was a food court for breakfast. The one positive about the hotel was the Restaurant Jerusalem located in the hotel. We ate two absolutely delicious dinners in the restaurant. The food was fabulous and very reasonably priced. We selected this hotel because it was close to the conference centre and the only hotel with availability. They take advantage of this and the price reflects it. In hindsight and with what we know now we would have stayed in a hotel further away. The conference centre was located on the #8 streetcar line which would provide easy access from any number of superior hotels. The transit in Prague is excellent with frequent and easy service. We would not recommend this hotel for future conference guests.

• Vinicky (6/5): - Velmi dobrá poloha - dostupnost městské hromadné dopravy, obchodní centrum. Největší odstavné parkoviště v Praze několik zastávek metrem za pár korun. Příprava pokoje - všude prach - po nahlášení na recepci bylo řádně napraveno. Snídaně byly velmi chudé, některé hlavní produkty (třeba párky) nebyly dostupné krátce po otevření. Některé části v pokoji jsou již v rozkladném stavu. WIFI hrozná, zejména ve večerních hodinách.
