- YINGCHIH (10/5): 是個放鬆的好地方 - 停車方便。 房間整潔乾淨，不提供一次性備品，需自備個人盥洗用具，房內有浴巾、小毛巾、拖鞋和沐浴用品。 房內有點心、瓶裝水、職人咖啡包及茶包。 園區內雨林生態豐富，大葉楠、酸藤和國寶級板根等等。 checkin 即可享用泡湯，不需等待15:00進房再使用。
- HOI HO (10/5): Most Enjoyable by Family Guests. - It suited to stay for family particularly with children as a lot of facilities for them. The overall breakfast was acceptable with variety of food of Asia stypes. But it was rather hard for elderly guests where there is some slopes to walk & without the lifts on supporting such as going to the hot spring pool or guest rooms. All to all, we were satisfaction of this staying 4 nights at this hotel.

- Yunghuei (8/5): 大體不錯，但有些細節還可以更好 - 所有的服務人員態度都極好、整體設施也不錯。但整體入住時充滿各種噪音、尤其是吹葉機、摩托車等各種馬達聲，令人無法享受在飯店中的山野寧靜。往來車輛的排放空污也取代了住宿區原本應有的清新空氣。房間夠寬敞、景觀也好，但是例如缺乏漱洗台上的毛巾架或晾乾泳衣的晾衣繩等是可加強處。房間有煮水器、大廳也都備飲水機等是加分。大眾池夠大也設備很多，禁穿拖鞋，但婆婆反應磁磚或石頭等相當扎腳。裸湯區如果可以提醒會員們安靜些會令人更舒適

- HSIANG YING (10/5): 超棒的溫泉與森林步道。 - 整體非常滿意。 有登山步道、親子遊戲區、溫泉。 可滿足不同年齡層的需求。 全家都很喜歡大眾溫泉池。是最大的一個特色。很喜歡。 缺點在於當天的和式床墊，有灰塵與毛屑。 很喜歡本次的住宿。

- Verified traveler (2/5): 非常不推薦的溫泉森林飯店 - 第一次住溫泉森林飯店那麼不清幽的，旅遊團進駐非常吵鬧，房間隔音超級差，可以清楚的聽到走廊說話聲、步伐聲，一大清早還在廁所聞到嚴重的煙味，連到森林步道都還可以遇到在抽菸的飯店人員……

- Yi Ping (8/5): 難得的不完美 - 在浴室的部分小孩被割傷幾次。洗澡間玻璃門的膠條已經老化跟玻璃脫離了。小孩在開合淋浴間的時候。腳背劃到好幾次 使用的時候要特別小心。 這應該是很容易被發現的問題, 不理解怎麼沒有在住房前處理好
- 雲珍 (2/5): - 這是第一次入住大板根，很失望，沒有預期的好。 提供的房間有發黴味，並且是在建築物轉角，上下樓梯的梯間黴味更嚴重，房間的沒窗景只能看到牆壁及樓下屋頂… 至於餐價格與食材不對等，兩小片羊排，要價近台幣1000元。羊排口感不好，肉質不鮮甜，似乎是多年的存貨。在吧台菜色普通，青菜乾澀且炒到黃掉…總體而言，對大板根有點失望，不會考慮再入住…

- Ming (8/5): Outdated room but offer many outdoor fun. - As a hotel guest, the outdoor hot spring pools and access to the forest park for free. Our room was outdated, poorly lit had, and the air conditioner was not working properly. It overlooked the hotel pool which was filled with fallen leaves and moss. The breakfast is located at another building (we had to walk over in the cold and rain) and the breakfast was mediocre. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant located at B1, the service was good and the food was pretty good. Overall I give this resort B-.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 環境舒適，合適闔家出遊 - 住宿空間寬敞，整潔明亮。餐點美味，園區內也設有便利商店，森林步道區和目前恐龍的主題組合起來很有趣，也有些親子活動的設計，飯店人員親切、服務周到。 有兩項建議，酒店區的房間內都設有湯池，空間也都很夠，但湯池內可以坐的那一階，在池子注入溫泉水後變得很滑，有些危險；另外，入住酒店區，早餐一樣安排在太子會館，雖然距離不遠，對老人家來說有些吃力。 整體來說是非常舒適的體驗，也會希望有機會再次造訪。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 入住寵物客房，很貼心地替我們安排了靠近停車場的房間，寵物客房內有附寵物用浴巾、罐頭和潔牙骨、拾便袋，雖然室內寵物不能落地，但整個度假飯店內寵物都是暢行無阻的，這是許多號稱寵物友善但還限制寵物行走範圍的飯店做不到的，入住到退房都很順暢，服務設備都很不錯，唯一缺點就是寵物客房其實頗大，很想再多加床一群人住一起卻沒辦法，只能額外再訂房，這點顯得價格就偏高了。

- YENLING (2/5): 全台灣最雷飯店沒有之一 - 超收非住房客進入,從山下塞到飯店,飯店區域塞滿了人, 連爬山都要排隊, 湯池更是一車一車的放人進去, 完全不控管人數. 環境骯髒吵雜, 所有設施都幾乎是要擠破頭使用. 我預定兩間房間,其中一間先是門鎖故障換房,後續又因為洗手台漏水需要清潔. 娛樂中心裡面使用人數至少兩百人只配置一位還在一邊唸書的打工人員,根本連基本排隊秩序都不可能維持. 真的是全台灣最雷飯店.

- SCBROM (8/5): Low altitude rainforest - Hidden above Sanxia, this was a surprise gem that had beautiful views of the region and surprisingly strenuous trails. The first trail has mostly stone and/or concrete slabs to walk on with some railings. The second trail has dirt paths flattened by climbers and rocks to keep you from sliding as well as ropes to climb up and down. The third trail was partially blocked off so we couldn't climb it but it looked similar in terms of flattened dirt paths with rocks and ropes for climbing. The hot springs are relaxing pools with different temperatures and one has different types of massage jets.
