Man kann die Buchung nicht stornieren und man muss online schon Zahlen und wenn man sich davor entscheidet dort nicht einzuchecken muss man eine Gebühr in höhe der Buchung bezahlen.

Clean sheets but it was likely embedded in the pillows and mattress. The balcony door lock was broken. So I had to sleep with it unlocked. Anyone could have easily climbed in. - Oliver (8/5): Good value for money stay in a great location with helpful staff. - The location of the hotel was amazing- just seconds from Kuta Beach and a short walk from the bars. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and the staff were lovely. They let us store our luggage prior to check in and after checkout and Desak at the front desk went above and beyond helping us book our bus to our next destination. Thank you! The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, especially the shower.

We had moved out after the 5 nights.The assitant manager will give back 5 night left but never paid back. We booked with breakfast also. WE are not young generation. I am 73 this year and my husband 80 this year. At the 5th,night, there was live music at the breakfast top floor. We stayed at the 4th. floor. I called the reception and got an answer until 9pm only. the fact, moved to 10pm. We couldn't sleep on our 5th.nights. The next day we visit the front dest moving out because we couldn't sleep last night. The assistant manager was there. She said well refund us the 5 night left but never paid back. We found a otel that is quite, peace and harmony. Please, could you send the remaining 5 nights at The breakfast room is fine. Simple breakfast with variety from the hotel kichen. The workers are polite and friendly. If there wasn't any life music till 10pm, we ll be there. First, the management or the office staff didn't inform us about a live music tonight. Then I walked down to the front office down stairs. Answer It ll end at 9pm for tonight only. We are accept it as our bed time at 8 pm. The fact, the life music until 10pm. My husband slept at 8pm. On the next day, early morning we went to the office that we ll leave this morning because of we couldnt sleep last night. The music was very loud till 10pm. We decided to move out as a result with the loud music. The assitant manager from Jakarta was there. She said the hotel will refund you 5 nights. We paid in USD with hoping the hotel will pay us back into our card before we leave the hotel. The fact, it's take a time to process the refund. We ever heard from the front desk after we moved out until our depart home to Seattle, WA on March 5th, 2026. That's it. A Big hotel with a Big name but the management was poor..The refund coukd send by check in USD or credit back into our card that we used to pay the hotel in full when we booked 10 nights hotel with Delux room plus 10 breakfast for 2. We paid off early also. Why? It's our havit all paid off. We appreciate if you could send us the refund by check in USD, please or credit back into our debit card with Charles Schwab Bank. We are retired couples. We appreciated your business. Your facility didn't fit for us. plus poor communication between the hotel office to the customer. Wrequired sleep on time as habit due our health and our aging. Our home address located at 611 C Street Blaine, WA 98230. We ll look forward for the check in USD as we paid in USD when we booked your hotel plus breakfast. Please, refund us in USD as we paid in USD when we booked your hotel included brealfast for two. - Vicky (6/5): A bit disappointed in comparison to previous stays. I possibly won't stay again. - Location was where I needed to be in Kuta - close to friends. Noise from loud karaoke better than it used to be. Pool very clean, staff very helpful, towels always clean and available for the pool. I've stayed here many times over the years, and this time I noticed that cleanliness levels have decreased. Hallways not cleaned regularly, meal dishes left outside rooms for days. Lack of detail when rooms cleaned - top up of coffee, sugar, creamer, tissues, water, not always done - I had to ask. I gave up on phoning down for room service as staff didn't understand English very well. Pool area still doesn't have enough shade.

- Aihua (8/5): New and modern designed hotel - It is next to the sunset street, close to the convenient store and travel services like renting a motorcycle, travel agent, etc. It is a modern design hotel, simple but in style. Room is comparable smaller than other hotel rooms in Bali, but new. There is a swimming pool at the roof but we checked in late and left early, not got chance to see it. I left my white T-shirt in the bed, when I found out I left it in the room and called the hotel in the afternoon, they did not find a lost case report.
