Ze hadden ons niets daarover gemeld We stonden s avonds met 12 mensen voor het hotel zonder onderkomen Bij ons was er natuurlijk paniek We kunnen helemaal geen beoordeling geven omdat we geen verblijf daar hebben gehad. Bed was comfy Our door wouldn't close properly (when leaving the room). And was sticking when opening (from outside), problem with the handle. Our safe was also locked (they didnt know password) and we were given the emergency key to use. Resturant main menu didn't have a lot of vegetarian options. Was there during rainy season and it rained a lot, but staff were always cheery

- Sophia (4/5): No lo recomiendo - La verdad lo único que rescató fue la amabilidad del personal de recepción :) Tuvimos varios problemas y nos ayudaron a cambiarnos de hotel de muy buena forma, entendieron enseguida. Nada me gustó. Llegamos por nuestra luna de miel, y la habitación estaba sucia, el baño tenía una gotera, el WC tenía moho o suciedad pegada que lo hacía ver muy poco aseado. Llegamos de noche, por lo que al día siguiente vimos la piscina verde, no estaba funcionado y no estaba publicado. El desayuno tampoco era bueno, tenía muy pocas opciones. Elegí este hotel porque tenía buenas referencias de otros en Brasil, pero este no lo recomiendo para nada. Tampoco está cerca del centro, ni de buen comercio.

On the morning of 3 Dec, we returned from breakfast to find our hotel room had been entered and valuables stolen, including our rose-gold wedding rings, engagement ring, and cash. The total loss is approximately USD 2,170 (EUR 1,854 / MUR 100,000). This theft occurred inside a supposedly secure hotel room, raising serious concerns about security, staff access to key cards, unsecured balconies, and CCTV coverage. A police report was officially filed with Polsek Kuta on 3 December 2025. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the hotel has provided no compensation, no accountability, and no meaningful response for more than 7 days. We were left abroad with minimal funds. This incident caused severe emotional and financial distress to our family, including our child. Our honeymoon was completely ruined. We strongly warn future guests to consider the security risks and the hotel’s lack of responsibility toward guests.

Breakfast was great .. We all had pool view with balcony rooms and they were MASSIVE.. We definitely were balling on a budget and most definitely will return.. The cleaning needs to be improved. The overall rooms and hotel are getting rundown. The bathrooms shabby and the dark wooden wardrobes dirty. We had a bath tub but it had been painted over several times and was extremely slippy. The bathroom door was starting to rot due to the dampness and there was lots of ants especially in the bathroom around the toilet and at the bath tub. Our kettle was poor too, took ages to boil and then leaked everywhere when poured..Great care needed.

- Simon (7/5): Old Hotel, nice Breakfast and big Pool, tired rooms - The staff and very good and helpful and accommodating, both reception and restaurant staff The Breakfast is quite consistent, if more Asian in style, big buffet and plenty to eat, a big plus of this hotel size of the room, mine was a King room, big balcony and pleasant view tv had many channels of news and movies wifi is fast pool looks nice fridge in room worked well black-out curtains are great rooms quite soundproofed, except if people are being loud in the pool area, or many kids the walls in room, need a clean the bathtubs need to be taken out, bathroom needs renovations toilet seat not the right size basically, the rooms are tired, the shower curtain was moldy the cleaners are trying but the rooms are a patch up job, so they can only do so much.

Śniadanie mimo sporego wyboru było średnio smaczne. Na recepcji powiedziano nam, że serwowane jest do 10:30 a okazało się, że o godzinie 10:00 nic już praktycznie nie zastaliśmy i wszystko było sprzątane.

A terrible smell in one of the bathroom, in another one, iron wires to mantein pipes in place. The rooms are not very clean, even if there was a disinfestation during our stay.

Asian (fried rice, noodles, indonesian porridge, chicken soto), western (bread... more bread..) and some dessert. Didn't try the dessert though. Bread was nice but could have been better if they provided real butter. People say pool needed maintenance but I saw and it was quite okay. Bathroom was nice also. Housekeeping was good. They could have provided real butter. Also the bed need maintenance as it seemed to have broken on the middle.

Not crowded Maintenance and renovation needed but we can't expect when it's value for money and paying so less for stay as compared to hotel where we spend 4 times more like hard rock and other hotels are over corded.

- HOPE (5/5): Non agréable - La piscine Hotel vieillot Les meubles sont vieux,les chambres sentent mauvais on a du changer 3 chambres sans succès, la première sans fenêtre sent le renfermé et la moisissure, la deuxième sent la peinture on y a très mal dormis,la troisième sent les égouts robinetterie non entretenue il y a eu même un cafard qui se baladait,la salle de bain est sale.
