- Megan (9/5): - This hotel is great value for money and located in such a central location, a very short walk from the closest subway station and a brief walk from Busan station. It is located off the main street so nice and quiet. The rooms are really decently sized and really clean, with most amenities you could need.

- Günther (7/5): - Das Person an der Rezeption war sehr nett! Ich hatte meine Tasche vergessen. Der nette Angestellte hat den Taxifahrer kontaktiert und wir sind zurückgefahren! Vielen Dank!!!! Es war keine Verständigung auf Englisch möglich. Ein vegetarisches Frühstück bedeutete, man ließ beim amerikanischen Frühstück das Fleisch weg. Es blieben 1 Toast, 1 Ei und Salatblätter übrig. Das war schon sehr traurig!!!!

- Shoko (9/5): - ４度目の宿泊です。 駅からのアクセスの良さはもちろん、近くに色々なコンビニがあったり、お部屋やお風呂がゆったり広かったり、フローリングで靴を脱いで寛げて楽チンだったり…と、たくさんのお気に入りポイントがあります。毎回朝まで熟睡できるので、ベットも凄くいいような気がします。(他のホテルでは寝苦しい時もあるので…) ホテルでしっかり休みたいタイプの人に特にオススメです。 渡韓の際にはまたお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。 今回はないです！

We also rented a car later and used the free parking slot. Personally, I also love the breakfast choices served by the on-site Vietnamese restaurant.

- Shoko (8/5): 次も泊まりたいホテルです😀 - 3回目の宿泊です。釜山での常宿になりつつあります。駅からも近く、釜山駅までも徒歩圏内で立地がとてもいいです。お部屋は靴を脱いで過ごせるフローリングタイプなので、足を伸ばせて快適。浴槽もあり、ベットも寝心地がよく、旅の疲れをリフレッシュできます。同じ価格帯のホテルでの居心地の良さはトップクラスだと思います。 そして今回はなんとお部屋をグレードアップしていただきました！有難うございます。 また渡韓した際にはぜひお世話になりたいと思います。 以前も口コミしましたが、清掃が少し行き届いていないところがあります。少し埃っぽかったり、浴槽やベットに髪が残っていたり、、私が神経質なのかもしれませんが、ここが満たされれば最高のお宿だと思うので…あえて書かせて頂きました。

Convenience to busan station While bathroom was lovely and well stocked the shower sprayed water all over the floor no matter the spray setting. There is a drain in the floor but it made using the bathroom tricky after a shower.

Love the spacious room. - There is a 24 hours laundromat nearby but to take note that you would need to have an account to do washing and drying. We were blessed by a local who offered her account to use for our washing and drying. We top up her account with our Korean won. Breakfast wise, it’s ok ,just eat since it is part of the hotel accommodation cost.

- Kira Marie (10/5): Während Busan Trips übernachte ich hier immer. - Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Bahnhof (selbst zu Fuß nur 15min, mit Bus/UBahn noch schneller) und zentral gelegen, trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig. Es ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit japanisch angehauchter Ausstattung. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin sowohl vor der Check-in-Zeit angekommen als auch erst mehrere Stunden nach Check-out-Zeit wieder nach Seoul zurückgefahren. In beiden Fällen konnte ich kostenlos und absolut problemlos meinen Koffer im Hotel aufbewahren. Die Zimmer haben keine „Aussicht“, da das Hotel weder am Strand noch in einer besonders hübschen Gegend liegt.

The “hot tub” was an oversized ordinary bathtub with shower. “City view” of surrounding buildings through a small window. Amenities supplied, particularly the toiletries were excellent The hotel is 1 subway stop from Busan station, located in Choryang ( walking distance to subway) Breakfast was included in the booking at a Vietnamese restaurant within the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was not very good- pho brisket is tasteless and the American breakfast was cold except for the egg The hotel itself could use a bit of renovation as it is a bit old and looked worn out

- Robert Anthony (6/5): Bring your own coffee, and don't pay for the breakfast if you don't like Vietnamese food. - The room was large, and the large wooden bathtub was very nice. The coffee in the room was only a coffee tea bag, that made very bad (weak) coffee. Though we ourselves do not use sugar or milk/creme in our coffee, these were not even available in our room. Additionally, there was no spoon or any stick with which to stir coffee. Breakfast: we did not know that the breakfast would be Vietnamese; one western option was available, but we didn't try it as it looked greasy. In short, we had only two other options for breakfast: fried rice or pho. The coffee with breakfast was delicious. Staff: when we realized that the breakfast was Vietnamese, we asked the staff at the front desk for recommendations of other nearby restaurants, and he said he was sorry that he couldn't provide that. However, later I found the list of local restaurants on a sheet of paper on a bookshelf in the hotel lobby. Maybe this employee did not know about that list? On both mornings we took a walk down the stairs, and were very surprised that the stairs were blocked by linens and towels both days at the fifth floor. Really we were SHOCKED, because not keeping the stairs clear is a safety violation. Finally, for the price, we were disappointed that small repairs had not been made to the elevator. At the ninth floor, the frame of the elevator door in that hallway was bent, and inside the elevator the frame of the door was bent. The elevator did work fine, but the lack of repairs contributed to a shabby look.

My room was on the same floor as the restaurant but the noise and smell did not get into the room because of the double entrance. It’s only a few blocks away from Busan Station and even closer to a subway station so it’s well connected and the area is quiet but has options near by. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

The shower was luxurious and very relaxing. we also loved the bidet. The beds were uncomfortable and felt like an Aerobed. The window in the room faced another building with very little natural light coming in to the room. It felt like we were in a basement bedroom.

- Carolina (10/5): A perfect and well-connected stay in Busan - This is an amazing hotel, 10-15m walk from the Busan train station (which is close to the ferry terminal). The staff was very kind and even upgraded the room as we checked in. The room was very large and had a wooden hot bath and a beautiful bathroom setup. This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip and I would definitively book it again when returning to Busan. It is close to public transport (metro and train station) and you can find a small shop one street away for drinks/snacks/food. We additionally booked the breakfast which was a standard plate with egg, sausages, salad, bread, coffee, orange juice etc. that was prepared when you arrived to the breakfast room. I liked the food but some may like to have more choice. Overall a great hotel! Everything was perfect.

- SUNHEE (1/5): - 그랜드오픈이라고 써있는 간판을 떼어야할것같다. 사진보다 시설은 깔끔하지않았다. 거기다 숙소에 대표인 스파호텔이 영하에 날씨에 온수가 나오질않아 새벽 2시까지 온수 나오도록 기다렸다. 근데 미지근한 물만~~ 연박이여 다음날 프론트에 얘기했더니 룸 업그레이드는 시켜주었지만 이번엔 시트가 불쾌한 얼룩이 두군데 크게있고 침대쪽 턱이 있었는데 안전 표시가 제데로 않되여있어 친구가 턱에 걸려 넘어져 크게 다칠뻔했다. 또한 세면대에 수건걸이 조차없고, 전기 코드가 부족해 충전도 제데로 할수없었다. 그외 여러가지로 고객에 입장이 그다지 고려되여있지않은 숙소였다. 외국인 친구들에게 몹시 부끄러웠던 곳이였다

- Anthea (9/5): - It was a few minute walk away from the subway station so fairly convenient. The room I had was huge though it was a bit weird since the loo was separated from the bath area. Staff were happy to help even though they struggled with English.
- Park (8/5): - 부산항으로 아침 일찍 가야 했는데, 걸어서 15분이면 가서 너무 편했어요! 객실도 깔끔하고 조용해서 하루 묵기 딱 좋았고, 이동 동선이 좋아서 여행 일정 시작하기에 부담이 없었습니다. 다음에 부산에서 이른 일정이 있을 때 또 이용하고 싶어요.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit Sehr Zentral gelegen um mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln zu fahren. Brauchten einen Zimmertausch, da sich die Fußbodenheizung nicht regeln ließ.Es war in der ersten Nacht so warm, dass die Klimaanlage keine Abkühlung bracht und an Schalf nicht zu denken war. Bekamen aber am nächsten morgen sofort ein neues Zimmer,als wir bescheid sagten

- Rainer (8/5): Zentrale Ausgangslage und sehr günstif - Badezimmer von außerordentlicher Größe mit dem Whirlpool. Das Frühstück ist für kontinentale Verhältnisse etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, allerdings schmack- und nahrhaft.

- Sisse Marie Gröger (10/5): Great place and close to Busan station - The room we stayed in was very nice and had all we needed for at pleasant stay. Also the bathtub was amazing. It’s located in a somewhat quiet street, but with conveniencestores close by and also some decent restaurants. Also just 10-15 min walk from Busan station. The staff was great and helped with everything we needed. The breakfast wasn’t to our liking as Scandinavians, it was either soup, fried rice or deep fried food and we don’t really eat that in the morning.

- Eva-Kristin (8/5): Good hotel for a short stay in Busan - The hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from Busan station and 3 minutes from the nearest bus stop that has many lines stopping there. The room was very pretty and the bathroom big and spacious. Since we were leaving via ferry the close distance (also about 15-20 minutes) to the port were very convenient. Even though there is a warning sign I kept having to pay extra attention not to trip on the step up to the raised platform the bed is standing on when going to the toilet during the night.

- Wing Kei (10/5): - 房間非常寬敞和整潔(職員還替我們升級至大一點的房間)，浴室是乾濕分離，浴缸超大，浸浴非常舒服，惟浴室裏標示不能於浴缸使用入浴濟，所以只能用清水浸浴。地理位置亦挺方便的，1分鐘就到草梁地鐵站，離釜山KTX站所在的釜山地鐵站只相差一個站，退房後回首爾非常快捷。惟一點不足的是房間沒有太多的電源插座。
