- 286laineya (10/5): Wonderful Hampton Inn! Staff are the best - they go the extra mile!! - This is the second time I have stayed at the Brampton Hampton Inn and Suites since January 2026. Both times it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is totally renovated and updated and very aesthetically pleasing. The front desk procedures make it is easy to check in and out. What really makes this Hampton Inn special are the people. From the front desk staff, to managers Steven and Milanda, to housekeeping, each and every one we encountered were pleasant and professional. The breakfast supervisor Lyndia is exceptionally kind and friendly. She helped us navigate some gluten free options for my celiac family member, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast area was pleasant and very well stocked and maintained. Lyndia and Bella are absolute treasures and their and Milanda's kindness made difficult medical visits much more comfortable and less stressful for me. That kind of customer care and attention will make me come back to this Hampton Inn again and again. They have a lovely pool area and nice fitness centre as well. The rooms themselves are clean, neat and well designed and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Thank you to the staff of the Brampton Inn and Suites for you continued outstanding service and care. You are what a hotel and the service industry should be. I have already booked 3 more stays at this hotel and have recommended it to my family and friends.

- N7161QTsimoneb (2/5): Unsatisfactory Experience - I am writing to formally express my deepت with the handling of our group reservation by your sales manager.
We had received confirmed booking emails guaranteeing our accommodations at your hotel, which gave us confidence and peace of mind while planning our stay. However, upon arrival, we were unexpectedly informed that our group had been relocated to a completely different property due to “overflow.” This situation was not communicated to us in advance, nor were we given any opportunity to make an informed decision.
What made this experience significantly worse was the quality of the alternative accommodation. The motel we were sent to was far below acceptable standards—unsafe, poorly maintained, and entirely unsuitable for our group. This is not what we agreed to, nor what was promised in the confirmation we received.
This situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for guests. Overbooking or operational challenges should never come at the expense of guests who have confirmed reservations. The way this was handled caused stress, inconvenience, and a complete breakdown of trust.
I expect a clear explanation of how this occurred, as well as appropriate compensation for the disruption and unacceptable conditions we were subjected to. Additionally, I strongly recommend reviewing your booking and communication procedures to ensure no other guests experience this level of mismanagement.

Woda wygląda na czystą, na pewno bardzo przejrzysta i nie czuć tony chloru. Śniadanie - można się najeść w opór jak się chce. Kawa, herbata, gorąca woda cała dobę. Lokalizacja Dobra, jak każda jak się ma samochód ;)
Spoko hotel. Śniadanie syte ale mało urozmaicone. Ale przy tej cenie to i tak że było. W Toronto za 4 osoby za śniadania trzeba zapłacić porównywalną cenę jak tutaj za pokój dla 4 osób że śniadaniem ;)
Zero warzyw ale chyba standard bo jeszcze nie widzialek w Kanadzie warzyw ;)

Note: common area kitchen, dining and living room is shared with all house guests. Fortunately, we had the main floor to ourselves during our stay. Common area was cleaned daily.

This created unnecessary stress and affected our business plans. I would not recommend relying on this hotel for corporate or group bookings until there are serious improvements in management and customer service.
- 414ramyd (10/5): Wonderfully unassuming - I've been coming to this particular location for a number of years. The team here always takes good care of me, especially Lyndia at the free breakfast. She is always there with her partner cooking up a storm.
I bounced from hotel to hotel until I stumbled on this little hidden gem and have been coming here since. Lyndia made me feel at home with the breakfast and that's all a person wants when they're traveling for business.

Room was good, but we found the noise from doors in the hallway to be VERY loud, additionally, our bathroom door would not stay open at all, at one point it knocked our 15 month over onto the tile floor.

The front desk asked us to leave our items and go to another room as apposed to making them leave. Unacceptable and they tried to not give us a refund, they wanted to give us a free breakfast. The breakfast was another highlight, well-served, hot, and absolutely delicious and I especially want to mention Manisha, who was incredibly friendly and helpful.
