- Abdullah (3/5): - The water 🚿 is really have bad smell which prevents me from using it to wash my face or brush my teeth or even take a shower. At the check out, we agreed I will check out at 12. And at 10 they called me to wake me up which doesn’t make sense, then 10 minutes before 12 they called me twice and they were pushing me to vacate the room now !! Come on guys really?!? I don’t recommend this hotel unless they train their front desk, how to do better customer service.

- Robert (8/5): Great value and would stay again. - The room was clean, it had a comfortable bed, hot shower, good air conditioning and 2 comfortable chairs to relax in. The salt water was clean and warm, had both sun and shade depending on time of day. Located 8 minute walk to 2 malls and restaurants but in a quiet street. Breakfast was in the Novotel next door and had a good mix of western and Asian options. It was a little dated and the photos are old but quality built in the first place. Everything worked. The mattress looked new.

- Brett (10/5): Overall, we were very pleased with the property. - Excellent value for the dollar or Baht. We had a ninth floor corner room that gave us really good views of the city. The hotel is smack in the middle of the Sukhumvit area of bankok. The restaurant is located in the hotel Novotel which is next door, both properties are owned by the same owner. Overall we were very very pleased.

- Richard Adam (10/5): Couldn't be better - I will make this the hotel of my choice whenever I will next stay in Bangkok. Staff at reception are amazing, and helpful, and unbelievable assistance with luggage from guy at entrance . My room was huge, everything spotless, air conditioning excellent, comfortable bed. Endless hot water in shower. The pool is a bonus and a delight to use to refresh. Location near bts Asoke station is perfect. The hotel doesn't provide food, but there are so many options 5 minutes away, that's it's not a problem. Recommend Terminal 21,4th floor food precinct for the cheapest, best variety of food imaginable.

Upon entering the room there was a heavy moldy scent in the air. The staff quickly moved me to another room which was slightly better but there seem to be an issue there. Like others have said, the hotel is ran down, everything ia very old and smells bad. Bathroom was not so nice, the mirror had stains on it which indicates the presence if water inside the wall. The pool did not look well maintained, definitely not like in the pictures.

Try to keep card in room because room getting very hot due with Weather in Thailand so hot. Aircon very old one of us room not working but fix it very quick.

- kimberly (1/5): Horrible! Do not stay here unless you want to sweat to death! - The only decent thing about this property is Location This property is rundown. My air conditioner did not work in my room and the heat was 109. I told them the first day they said they fixed it. It did work that night the next day. It did not work again. I went three days sleeping in sweat they did not offer to change my room even though I asked until I told him I was checking out and then they gave me the room next-door, which had so much mold it was unbelievable.

Electrics all cut off at midnight on our first night, no aircon either. Engineer came to fix it, 2 1/2 hours later at 2.30am we’re moving rooms as the room was too hot to sleep. Also the walls in the first room was peeling paint.

- Alexandra (9/5): Good Option for smokers. Close to T21, clean - Nice hotel with a Balcony. Close to terminal 21. Nice staff. We wanted a hotel with Smoking options and we found it. Bathroom Was big, new and clean. Bed was surprisingly soft. We needed a ride to the airport and had the nicest driver already waiting for us in front of the hotel. Thank you for a very nice stay. The shiny glorious days are a little while ago. Still a nice house. The Front Desk was friendly but not overly welcoming. We stayed in other hotels in Bangkok and felt like VIPs.. we missed that a little. the door man was very nice though.
