It is rare to find such a peaceful environment that genuinely caters to a restorative night's sleep. Additionally, the nightly ritual of a warm cup of tea from Conrad was a highlight. It was incredibly comforting to wind down each evening with a hot drink, adding a thoughtful, cozy touch to the overall experience. I look forward to returning!

On that occasion the wonderful staff and facilities made me feel like an Emperor. I promised Henry in Executive Lounge that I would return for Cherry Blossom season. It was an honour and a privilege to return. Easter weekend 2026 was peak Blossom season and that so exceeded my expectations. A fabulous hotel with truly great people working there. There is a culture of smiling and making guests happy. Sam (Kim) welcomed me back on arrival. I had only visited once before but Sam remembered me from my last visit. His kind, hospitable welcome demonstrated beautiful Korean hospitality. Such nice interactions give an amazing impression of a country to the visitor. Top marks Sam and team! Thanks for your kindness. The Cherry Blossom season so exceeded my expectations. Soo Concierge arranged some dinners for me - working hard so far beyond the call of duty. Alla Prima (have reviewed separately) was my favourite meal over 3 weeks. William Concierge had designed a PDF Blossom viewing map. His information was 100% correct. It made my trip so easy and most uplifting. Well done and thanks. As per my previous review Andy still boss at Front Office. Keep up the outstanding work. Small room for improvement at level 37 bar. 37 restaurant excellent Hanwoo beef. Executive Lounge the absolute best on the whole Conrad network. Corner Suite was so comfortable. I love the technology. Didn't use leisure facilities. My mission was to see the Blossoms. Two staff members I met for the first time on this visit were Stella (breakfast level 2) and Jace - Concierge. Stella and Jace went to the utmost care to make me smile and enjoy my stay. Stella remembered I liked Cappucino at breakfast and, unprompted, delivered my coffee every morning. Jace deserves to work in the Korean Diplomatic service. He helped me so much with transport / directions and some suggestions for tourism. Overall a flawless, perfect stay. Whilst the opinion as follows is controversial I truly discovered that the Blossoms in Seoul were the best in the world and lesser known than in other countries. Probably some of the best days of my life at Conrad Seoul April 2026. After deep thinking (as overall it is such a fabulous hotel with so many memorable team members) I recommend Jace for employee of the month. I plan a return March 2027 to relive the wonderful season! - AnthonyR0382 (4/5): I would skip this Conrad as it’s not up to the standards of others in the Far East! - We chose the Conrad Seoul being Hilton Honors diamond members. The hotel is in the business district and it’s beautiful as you enter. The rooms are spacious and have everything one would need, however coming from the Conrad Bangkok to here you notice a real difference in service and what’s on offer at double the cost of Conrad Bangkok. On arriving we were not welcomed as Diamond Members and I had been in contact with the hotel in advance requesting a room on a high floor away from the elevator/ lifts and could they place a rollaway bed in the room. On checking in and getting to the room we were given a room on the lowest floor, in front of the elevator/ lifts and no rollaway bed had been placed in the room. Due to issues with our luggage we didn’t get to the hotel until 12:30am and didn’t get to the room until gone 1am due to the check in process. By the time a bed arrived and was made up it was gone 1:30am. Not the greatest with a 7 yr old. I spoke to the hotel manager on the following (26th) and she apologised and upgraded the room, bearing in mind it was my birthday throughout this process I thought the hotel would have done something extra to acknowledge a diamond member’s birthday, however nothing! However, I’ve visited the Conrad Japan, Bangalore, Pune, Singapore, Shanghai and Bangkok have all done something on my birthday a simple card with a box of chocolates or cake - Conrad Seoul nothing! Our son wasn’t allowed into the Exec lounge the hotel did nothing like the Conrad Bangkok to go any further for a Diamond member . At breakfast, we went to the main restaurant and were informed two different mornings that we could not eat here and we had to eat in the executive lounge - again this is a first for me as a Diamond member. If you wish to use the pool you need a swimming cap! Otherwise, you’ll need to purchase one. In China we were very aware of this and on asking the hotel they never came back to advise so we naturally assumed being a western brand hotel, this wasn’t required, however not the case and we had to purchase one. I do question is it worth having Hilton Diamond status when you arrive at premium Brand hilton hotels like the Conrad Seoul where it’s not acknowledged. The plus point is the hotel is connected to 2 different shopping malls where you can purchase lots of things! Overall, I would question staying at this hotel again at the current room rate as the service with what you get versus other Conrad’s is massively overpriced.

- shiba228 (10/5): A Wonderful Stay at Conrad Seoul - This was my third stay at Conrad Seoul. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and above all, the staff is incredibly kind. On the first day, I arrived early in the morning after returning from my previous trip, and they kindly prepared my room as soon as possible, which was very helpful. I stayed in a corner room, which had a great view. The queen bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a very large bathtub, and the double sinks made getting ready in the morning very convenient. I also used the gym for one day. The treadmill had many functions, and the gym provided towels and clothes. Shoes were available for rent for a fee. The hotel is conveniently located near Yeouido Station. Although it’s a bit of a walk, the hotel is directly connected to Yeouido Station via the IFC Mall, so you don’t have to worry about the weather. The hotel’s connection to the mall, along with a 24-hour convenience store nearby, makes the location very convenient for daily needs. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which allows me to head out for sightseeing early. The eggs were made to order and were especially delicious. Of course, there was also a wide variety of buffet items, including sweet breads and pastries. The breakfast staff was all very kind and sometimes even spoke Japanese, which made me happy. I would like to extend my special thanks to Ms.Jihyun Lee and all the staff for their outstanding hospitality during my stay. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of at this hotel. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

We like to stay overnight at the Conrad to relax before taking the KTX back home to Pohang. We had a wonderful time at the Conrad during our stay. When we woke up, we headed up to breakfast in the executive lounge dining room. While we were there, a lovely member of the executive lounge team came to our table. she greeted us warmly. She was very kind and sincere. Her poise and sweet nature made our dining experience feel special. After speaking with us, she returned with some fresh, healthy beverages for each of us. We were delighted by her thoughtfulness. She said that she remembered us from our previous stay and just wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. This personal attention really made our morning feel special. I am looking forward to our next stay during the lunar new year. We decided to get away from Pohang for a week a luxury at the Conrad. The room was modern, comfortable, and nicely designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. What surprised me a bit was how the hotel handles the facilities. Some things, like the sauna or golf range, come with extra charges, and the swimming pool is limited to a set time per guest each day. For the price of the room, I would have expected a more generous and flexible approach. The gym is fine for a hotel, and the breakfast is good, though there’s no à la carte option. All in all, a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and very friendly service. With a bit more flexibility around the wellness and leisure areas, it could really match the expectations you’d have for a hotel at this level.

I was greeted with a smile , shown around and helped with a power adapter when I didn’t expect assistance from the executive lounge . This is my favorite lounge of the many I visited on this business trip.

The executive lounge offers different food options every day, including a bibimbap station, and they also have traditional Korean teas such as jujube, yuzu, and ginger available upon request. Taylor noticed that we especially enjoyed these teas and went above and beyond by offering to create cocktails inspired by them — and they were delicious! - neilr0414 (8/5): Almost Perfect Stay Thanks to Outstanding Service - Customer service was the biggest “wow” factor, truly the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. I booked one night using Hilton points and was generously upgraded to a Premier room, which I really appreciated. The staff also communicated very well in English, which made everything seamless. The entire property exudes luxury, from the common areas to the smallest details. The room was excellent, offering a beautiful river view, an extremely comfortable bed, and a great shower. The complimentary chocolates and bottled water were thoughtful touches that added to the experience. It was almost a perfect stay. The only downside was breakfast. I was looking forward to the buffet but was informed that my booking only included a breakfast credit at one of the lobby restaurants. While the breakfast itself wasn’t bad, it was still disappointing, especially since I recently stayed at a Hilton in Manhattan using points and received complimentary buffet breakfast there. For me, a breakfast buffet is a significant part of the overall hotel experience, especially in Asia, which is why I rated this property four stars. Despite this, it was still a very good stay overall, and the exceptional service truly stood out.
- ArtevD (10/5): Our now favorite place to stay in Seoul - While the Conrad Seoul is in a newer part of Seoul (Yeouido Business District), it doesn't lack great shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities within walking distance. And if you've booked a room that has access to the Executive Lounge, you're in for a delicious treat and view. Breakfast and especially lunch in Zest was a wonderful gastronomical experience. The Conrad Seoul was quite memorable, and we thank Samuel Peter, the General Manager, for being gracious and helping us make the most of our five-day stay. We appreciate Brandon and Stella for their warm welcome when we checked in. The Executive Lounge team (Berry, Henry, Olivia, and Bella) made us feel at home. Olivia was especially sweet to wish us a memorable stay with the window art. (See picture) Jad and Stella were always attentive when we had delicious breakfasts in Zest. We learned from another guest that for the past 10 years he has always chosen to stay at the Conrad Seoul, and if we are ever back, we will definitely choose to stay here.

Excellent, beautiful rooms, comfortable rooms, and facilities and public spaces were still gorgeous. There were several employees I really wanted to mention. One was Joy, who checked me in. She was so warm and kind. She was also very accommodating to my needs and requests. I can tell she was doing an excellent job of maintaining company requirements while trying to be as generous as possible with me. Jenny (손지영) picked up the phone every time I dialed 0, and every time, she was so helpful and nonjudgmental. I ended up dialing 0 many times during my three nights, and without fail, she was always so kind in the way she helped me. Finally, Tino the bellman helped carry my incredibly heavy suitcase to the bus stop, where I had to rush to catch an airport bus that was arriving in 2 minutes. Any bellhop would be annoyed at this task, but even at the bus stop, he asked how my stay was and if I needed anything else. Incredible patience and attention to service. I must say though that the hotel's breakfast was consistently disappointing. For a hotel of this calibre, I would expect more wow factor, as do other hotels in the city. Also, some of the room service items were not very good (especially they LA galbi. It was unfortunately bland). Other than this, it was a great, memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Restrictions on number of times a day you can use pool. Occasional rigidity about dress code. Breakfast choice large and most things were good but I felt the quality of certain things were poor (bread was bad) and teabags stored together so English breakfast tea tasted of peppermint etc. I have generally had better experiences in cheaper high end hotels.

Although we booked a basic room, we were very lucky to receive an upgrade to a high-floor room with a beautiful river view. We had communicated with the hotel in advance, and as Diamond members, we were able to enjoy the benefits of early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable. From the staff at check-in to the team working in the executive lounge, everyone welcomed our family warmly and kindly, which immediately put us in a great mood and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The service was consistently friendly and professional. Another big advantage of this hotel is its direct connection to a shopping mall. It was incredibly convenient to take care of dining and shopping without having to go far, which was especially helpful when traveling with family. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we truly enjoyed our time at Conrad Seoul.

The lobby, second floor restaurant, Zest, and the restaurant and executive lounge on the top floor are all beautifully maintained and gorgeous. My room was spectacular. But what makes this hotel special is the warmth and generosity of the staff. The staff was ever present and not in an imposing way, just genuinely kind. There are several staff members that deserve mentioning here (in no particular order): Nick in Zest was such a fabulous host at my morning breakfasts, Hailey and Tera were so kind to me at the front desk and Matthew Kim at the front desk is absolutely the best! All of them made my stay unforgettable and are wonderful ambassadors for the Hilton family of hotels. I can’t wait to bring my wife here to share the experience!

I always look forward to the chocolates that greet me in my room. The staff is attentive and always willing to offer expert tips for local dining options. The lounge is well appointed with stunning panoramic views of the Han River and downtown Seoul. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable.

- chuntek2020 (2/5): Significant Noise Disruption During Executive Floor Stay - My stay at Conrad Seoul was severely impacted by an unacceptable noise issue. I was assigned to a room on the 36th floor, located directly beneath the bar and kitchen on the 37th floor. Throughout the first two nights, from approximately midnight until 4 AM, there were continuous loud disturbances — heavy footsteps, furniture dragging, and kitchen operations. The noise was so intrusive that my wife and children were repeatedly woken up and were unable to rest. Despite contacting the front desk multiple times during the night, no meaningful action was taken. The hotel was made fully aware of the situation yet allowed the problem to continue. A room change was only offered on the third night, which was far too late and demonstrated a lack of urgency and consideration for guest well-being. This was not a minor inconvenience; it was a fundamental failure to provide a basic standard of quiet and comfort. I strongly advise future guests to avoid the entire 36th floor, as the structural noise from the 37th-floor bar and kitchen renders these rooms unsuitable for overnight rest.

From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle to the moment I departed, every single staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly kind. This is exactly the level of service you expect from a true five-star hotel. A very special thank you to the Executive Lounge team for making both my check-in and departure seamless and memorable. I want to especially recognize Sean Jang, Nickie Lee, and General Manager Samuel Peter for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. I’m sure I’m forgetting others because everyone I interacted with delivered outstanding service. Highly, highly recommend staying at the Conrad Seoul. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I can’t wait to return.
- jcpeach (10/5): Wonderful stay at the Conrad - We felt so welcomed and taken care of from the moment we stepped out of our cab. Check in was easy as we went to the executive lounge since we have diamond status. They took our luggage straight to our room for us, so we relaxed and enjoyed a coffee. Sam in the executive lounge provided exceptional care every day of our stay. He truly did everything within his power to meet our needs and give us assistance. The room was clean and well appointed offering great views of the Han River. Timo in concierge is wonderful as well. He was always close by and ready to give a hand loading/unloading your luggage and keeping the traffic moving smoothly. This is a well run hotel. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

- jeffh934 (10/5): Our one night stay at Conrad Seoul was nice. - As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I was upgraded from a standard room to a high floor corner room. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were beautiful. At the front desk, Summer handled our check-in with such kindness. She even asked if I recieved a Conrad bear during my last stay, and when I said I did not, she presented me with two =) I also received an early check-in and a late check-out. The executive lounge was nice with many different offerings throughout the day. Hilton Honors Diamond members receive free breakfast in the lounge, not in the main restaurant. Check out the picture for details on the food and beverage offerings. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Everyone needs to wear a swimming cap. Free self parking is available as well in IFC mall. And since the Conrad is also connected directly to IFC mall, it's quite convenient to explore all the shops there. American Express Hilton Surpass holders can use the quarterly credit here and at the lobby cafe.

We had booked through the Hilton US phone line, and despite the fact that our request for a connecting room wasn't successfully entered into their system and was not able to be honored, Andy Kim at the front desk went above and beyond our expectations to make up for it, even though it was no fault of the local staff that the request hadn't been entered into the system. The entire time, all of the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the hotel room and amenities also went well beyond our expectations. It is one hotel experience I am certain our family will remember, and it is certain that next time and any time we are in Seoul we will spend a few more nights here.
- 175juliusl (10/5): Sam is a Rock Star!!! - Our kind, gracious and extremely professional host and server, Sam, from the Executive Lounge at the Conrad Seoul, provided above and beyond extraordinary customer service to my family and I during our holiday vacation to South Korea. This experience is/was extremely personal because we arrived at the hotel at 6am from our flight from the states and our room was not ready. Hungry, tired, exhausted (after a 13-hour flight), Sam immediately catered to our personal needs by feeding us, taking care of us and helping us check-in. Additionally and most importantly, his attention to detail, warm and genuine concern, and friendly professionalism made our stay extremely pleasant, convenient and memorable. Thank you very much Sam! We love you very much and wish you the very best in your future endeavors. As a bonus, the General Manager of the hotel, Mr. Samuel Peter, stopped by and even with his busy schedule, running a multi-million dollar hotel, was kind and gracious enough to sit with my family and I talk to us about the hotel, its services, family and life. This is true servant leadership, leading from the front and taking care of your customers. Mr. Peter, we greatly appreciate you and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

- ChrisOlando (10/5): Conrad Seoul Hotel is lit, thanks Serena and Berry! - Serena and Berry made my experience at the Conrad Seoul Hotel executive lounge exceptional. Hotel has fantastic view of the Han river and the city skyline from the spacious room. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. Executive lounge had wide variety of snacks, salads, desserts and plenty of drinks for unwinding after a long day. Special thanks to Serena and Berry for making my 3 week stay in South Korea an enjoyable experience, I will definitely be back!
- Drogbabb (4/5): Stay for its hardware - Over the years, I have had the privilege of staying at many top tier hotels globally and I was eager to experience what this hotel had to offer. The hotel hardware is spectacular. The gym is one of the largest and best equipped I have seen in a hotel. The room I stayed is a river view Premier and it was beautifully appointed and overall upkeep is commendable despite of its age. The service however was lacked of warmth and proactiveness. Having booked an arrival limo, I expected a in room check in would be done, a standard practice at comparable hotels. Instead, I was directed to the front desk for a standard check in process. At check out, I had to load all my luggage into the taix myself despite a staff member being present at the front door. No offer of assistance was made. The hotel has the right hardware but needs to seriously work on its software to uphold its 5 star level

She always greets me with a warm smile and handles every request with such calmness and kindness, never showing even a hint of fatigue. Her genuine care makes each stay so much more comfortable and pleasant. My gratitude also goes to the entire Concierge and Front Desk teams. - 779philipy (10/5): Best of the Best - The month of October we stayed with Conrad Guangzhou and Conrad Macau and thought that this must be the best not realizing that the best is yet to be . We arrived in Seoul early morning of 10/11 and was greeted by Mimi and Henry at the Executive Lounge where we did our check-in . The two of them were extremely friendly, patient and well versed in their work . The procedure was done swiftly and smartly without any hassles. Subsequently over the five days of our stay we met Berry , Serena, Angelina, Synthia , and Sam . All were very professional in discharging their duties in ensuring the guest are well looked after and showed warm and sincereity in their efforts. Berry , the Quality Manager is truly a “ Manager of Quality “ Though quite advance in her pregnancy, she showed no signs of slowing down , still very elegant and graceful as she moved around the various departments to ensure that all’s well and up to “Quality “ . She even went beyond her call of duty in emailing us a comprehensive list of the sights to see and food places in Suwon . A loud shout out to all the staffs of Conrad Seoul. Mr and Mrs Philip Yap

- alans747 (10/5): Redefining first-class service. - This is a hotel that stands above the rest. The facilities are superb and the staff even better. Mr Jin the manager at the breakfast restaurant Zest, was pleasant and helpful. He also doubles as the manager at the Atrio Italian Restaurant on the 2nd floor. All the restaurant staff are outstanding. I wish I could go back for a longer stay.
