- ANITA (9/5): Excellent location, accommodation and staff with adequate b/fast. - It's a functional hotel for the airport. Better than I expected and the staff were really nice. The bar/restaurant area needs to be refurbished. No way would I spend more time than necessary eating or drinking in such a miserable area. Scheduling the hotel shuttle - nightmare!!! I was told I would have to call when I arrived at Terminal C pick up area. I arrived in Orlando from West Palm Beach on Brightline train. I'm deaf and had to ask other travellers (waiting for their hotel transport) to speak on my behalf to your hotel receptionists. The driver when, thankfully, he turned up at that terminal was very pleasant and apologetic as I made my verbal complaint to him. I had been standing at the correct spot by the allocated number and had not moved away. Several calls had been made (with other people listening to what was being stated by hotel staff) but I waited 1.5 hours with nowhere to sit, standing on cold concrete with the winter sun going down. I feared I would still be there in the dark. Next day, for the return journey from the hotel, the same driver was excellent - helpful and kind. It was early morning (for my flight to Central America). The hotel and shuttle are very conveniently located. I suggest the shuttle runs to ALL Terminals on a loop to coincide with clients requests at their time of booking the hotel accommodation. Anything less is ludicrous. Airline pilots use the service - how do they book the shuttle???

It’s was around the holidays time so I understand. Just get extra towels for full house occasions

They don’t respond to your questions. I tried to cancel through booking.com and they didn’t respond. I had to reach out to their hotel on their website via email where their staff are unwilling to help.

The never removed the $50 hold on my room and I have called twice about it. Now I have a dispute in with my credit card about it. Will never use them again

We talked to the staff everyday but nothing changed. We talked to other guests who had the same problem. They told us that couldn't discount our room because we booked through Booking. com. Never had this happen to us any where else we have stayed.

- Martinha (3/5): Decepção - Próximo ao aeroporto. Fizemos check in as 10 pm, pois nosso vôo chegou tarde. Solicitei à recepcionista um later check out no dia seguinte, pois nosso vôo sairia de Orlando às 10 pm do dia seguinte. Ela nos disse que poderia nos conceder até 2 pm. Apesar de ser mto antes do nosso vôo, já me senti agradecida. No dia seguinte, uma outra recepcionista nos disse que o check out seria à 1 pm e foi irredutível. Isso nos causou uma gde correria e stress para fechamento de malas, horários com remédios etc. A recepcionista primeira, nos sugeriu falar com o gerente, para ver se poderia nos conceder mais algum tempo. Ela disse que ele estaria no hotel às 7 am da manhã do dia seguinte. No dia seguinte a 2a recepcionista nos disse que o gerente só chegaria após às 9 am. Sendo que vi um moço dando ordens e resolvendo questões, que a meu ver, era o próprio gerente. Atendimento é primordial para a reputação de um hotel, e não tivemos um bom atendimento.

Otroligt dåligt att inte receptionen/hotellet hade nån adapter till EU kontakt att låna ut, fanns inga alls på ett flygplatshotel där ju många olika nationaliteter kommer. O mobiler behöver laddas....mm Träkig frukost på papperstallrikar o plastbestik.
- Fenrey (7/5): Pueden mejorar - Todo excepto que el asador para el BBQ no servía aún 😞 Que hay unas personas que tratan al cliente como una…… y varias personas no tienen una muy buena actitud de trabajo. Como una Sra q no era de recepción, creo que era de otra área, le pedí una botella de agua por q al ingreso no me dieron y me mandó a leer un papel. Debió decir no se puede y ya. Y eso q soy miembro ah?
- Annette (10/5): - The room was clean and spacious. It was a mini apartment. The premises is surrounded by plenty of good options on walking distance. There was not anything I didn't like.

- Connors (2/5): - Added fee of $8.00 for parking my car at Homewood Suites on 09/29. My total cost from booking was $136.00. It was not disclosed to me when I made reservation. Very disappointed with the hidden charge.
- Melea (4/5): - front desk staff not helpful, check-in with husband and mobility issues, arrived early so knew wait possible. No communication when room a available, non-chalanche Called for item missing in room, took 2 calls and my husband to go get. Construction made breakfast items limited, bathrooms out of order in lobby so place to go while wait. Confirmed shuttle time to Airport with front desk 2 x but day of shuttle driver had wrong time. We were still able to make as driver accommodated

- Sara (10/5): - The front desk host was the BEST experience Ive had at any hotel. We had an issue with our cc being compromised and then replaced, causing Orbitz to cancel the reservation. She quickly found us a room at a comparative rate while making us feel relaxed instead of the oanic caused when we realized the room had been canceled. Our room had a dead battery in the thermostat and the room was hot, and she quickly got us into another room that was cool snd petsonally walked me to the room. She wrnt above and beyond! So impressed!

- keith (10/5): Superb value. Will definitely stay again. - Great staff, super friendly. Rooms excellent and clean. Decent wee breakfast. Not enough parking but they are allowed to use the neighbouring restaurant’s parking spots.

I was moved to another room immediately, Emely made the process stressfree. Lashonda was a great help during check-in and checkout, she was very helpful providing additional information without me asking.
- O'Neill (10/5): Excellent and a great way to leave family to fly bank home! - This is my first place to have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes with full size frig and countertop stove. Was not expecting that. Room was large and bed was comfortable. There was nothing lacking in this room. There was nothing I did not like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

- Grettel (2/5): Very uncomfortable with my stay to many issues - I’m very disappointed with my stay this time, I won’t come back, first of all first night in my check in the lady in the front desk told me the security deposit will be $50 when check my back account she charged me $100 so she literally lied to me and I did not want the way she treated me, there were a family came after me, she assisted that family before me. Second of all the room she gave with the Ac about of order so I had to request for someone or maintenance come to fix it, they answered someone will come to the room 206 I waited for 2 hours after that I called them again about 11:40 pm then they decided to moved me to another room, I’m not comfortable at all with those situacion. So to many inconvenience. I will Never come back.

- Joy (8/5): Kurzer schöner Stop mit tollen Zimmern - Als kurzer Stop, wenn man spät landet, perfekt. Beim Frühstück wurde 45 min vor Schluss auch auf Anfrage unterschiedlicher Gäste nicht aufgefüllt.

- Marco (8/5): Boa alternativa para quem quer utilizar o aeroporto, mas na chegada tem que ligar para chamar o shut - Tem shuttle de madrugada para levar ao aeroporto Tem que ligar do aeroporto para requerer o shuttle. O hotel nao atende whatsap, e agora com o fim do Skype fica dificil encontrar uma maneira de fazer uma ligacao. O jeito foi recorrer ao viber out. Atente que para discar o + deve-se pressionar o zero por mais tempo. De qualquer maneira fica dificil para clientes brasileiros que sempre utilizam o whatsap
- Winkie (7/5): - The kitchen is great. It’s near the airport with free shuttle. Thrash pick up only every 2 days. Requested one but nobody came. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.
- April (10/5): Orlando 2nt Stay - Only bad thing I can say was I don’t like the textured top blanket on the bed. Other than that everything was perfection for my 2nt stay!
