J659ZQsusanm (10/5): An enjoyable stay; worth repeating! - My out-of-state daughters and I met for a mother-daughter week and stayed here for four nights. Our experience was very positive. My flight was delayed so my girls went ahead and were allowed to check in, and once I arrived the lady at the desk was SO helpful in getting the billing switched to me! Our room was clean and spacious. I liked all the shelf space (three females). There are lots of welcoming and peaceful areas to sit around the hotel (and yes, we got to see the bunnies). One of the elevators wasn't working but that did not impact us too much. The location is great; easy to get to and we were able to walk to the very nice mall. We were there with a bunch of high school hockey players and enjoyed the extra energy (two of us are teachers). I was impressed that we rarely heard them; must have fabulous sound-proofing. Lots of variety at breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to DFW!

Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with our room—what we had booked wasn’t available, and it was a bit frustrating. We were feeling a little stressed, but she immediately took charge of the situation. She was calm, professional, and genuinely empathetic to our concerns. Not only did she quickly find a solution and upgrade our room, but she also went above and beyond by surprising us with a thoughtful gift basket. The basket was full of local treats, wine, and a note from the hotel thanking us for our understanding. It was such a sweet gesture that completely smoothed over the earlier hiccup and made us feel truly valued. Kathie’s personal touch really made a difference in turning our experience around. The rest of our stay was perfect—comfortable room, excellent amenities, and fantastic service. We’ll definitely be returning and are grateful for Kathie’s kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the wonderful staff!

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and made us feel right at home. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness were above and beyond. She was quick to offer helpful recommendations for local dining and activities, and she made the check-in process a breeze. But what really set Kate apart was her infectious positive energy. She was always so cheerful, making our stay in Frisco even more memorable. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and she truly went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. To top it off, Kateryna has such a wonderful personality that I found myself joking with my friends that I’d love to find someone like her… in fact, if I could, I’d happily marry her one day, looks like she is single! But Katie handled it like a total pro. She listened carefully, reassured me, and within minutes had everything sorted out — all while keeping that calm, friendly energy that made it impossible not to smile back. Solano, the “hostess” was very welcoming, greeting guests and keeping everything clean and full! Eggs (every style), roasted and fresh vegetables, hot and cold cereal, waffles, bread, pastries, fruit and meat! Absolutely no regrets staying here!!!

My young adult kids enjoyed the shopping . Parking very nice and easy and close to the Ford center !!!
Mae (10/5): Great stay all the way around - I will definitely stay here again! Rented the room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch. Room was clean and had a dishwasher, kitchen sink, microwave, basic dishes, and full fridge. Most importantly, the AC was working properly to both reduce the humidity and cool the room. I've stayed in some hotels near Frisco where the humidity reached 80% in the room due to improperly sized ACs, which is not an easy fix. This hotel room was notably cool and the humidity was not notable. No weird smells, no strange sights, no annoying noises. Oh, and there was breakfast included-- not just boxed cereal, either! There was a variety to choose from. The front desk was personable and proficient. There was a fitness center and a pool, but I didn't use either (was only there 10pm-8am). I think the pool was outside, if that matters. Ice machines were working, coffee was actually decent, too! If I had 1 criticism, it would be that the parking lot could use a few more lights.

lauren (10/5): - Such a great day! My mom and I stayed here for the business trip that I was on and it was great overall. Really love having the kitchen in the room and the breakfast was great! There were so many options for breakfast and every day was different. Maria was so friendly. I was able to log into my Netflix account and watch movies every night. There was some noise because of boys from his soccer team there. But other than that, I would highly recommend this place and stay here again. Lastly, there is a Perry’s steakhouse next-door, and it made for a great dinner.
Summer (7/5): Great place to stay for multiple travelers - We always love the storage and counter space in Home2 locations. The workout area was clean and had nice working equipment with a beautiful view of the pool. The pool was really nice. We had a hard time getting to our room every time due to a large maintenance cart with junk on top of it combined with laundry carts next to it on multiple occasions. There is no exhaust fans for the bathrooms and they need them desperately to combat moisture. Might be good to have a few more chaise lounge chairs for the size of the pool. The staff wasn’t super friendly but they were helpful. Items in the pantry (drinks and snacks) are very expensive.

christopheroV1607KO (10/5): Perfect weekend - Rooms are very clean, the rest of the property is also kept nice and clean. receptionist was fast with check in and Solano makes sure customers are accommodated and keeps kitchen fully stocked. Enjoyed a chicken bacon sandwich, with egg and chorizo sausage, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Albert (8/5): - Overall it was great experience except for 2 things. One, there needs to be a shower liner for the shower curtain. Water would get on the floor. Second there needs to be body wash on the shower like they have for shampoo and conditioner.

Planning another stay to bring the kids to Kidzania. The walk ability to the Stonebriar Center is a plus.

FrequentTraveler1225 (10/5): Clean and Convenient - This hotel is in a fantastic Frisco location. Very close to ton of shops, restaurants and local sports attractions, very walkable. The staff here is top notch, always greeting us and welcoming us back from our day. The hotel is very clean, from the rooms, hallways and lobby area. Truly appreciated the daily housekeeping. The breakfast ladies were on top of things each and every morning. The sitting area was comfortable with a homey feel. Also enjoyed the fruit fused water. Overall, this property is very nice with quiet rooms and friendly service.

Breakfast was amazing, so many options and toppings for TX-shaped waffles, for oatmeal, for BYO breakfast sandwiches. Lots of comfortable seating. The staff is so friendly, shoutout to Argueta! The bedroom has tons of counter and shelf space for spilling out all your luggage. Love the dishwasher, giant fridge, real silverware 🍽 and glassware. The voluminous flow of water coming out of the shower head is much appreciated. Bed mattress is quality. The floor and walls are sturdy and well insulated to not feel vibrations or sounds from neighbors. Overall very clean everywhere. They do a great job here. My only complaint is that the window glass had a dirty exterior so viewing outside was not the prettiest.
