- John (5/5): Would not stay there again. - Breakfast was OK-nothing special at all. The room AC was so loud. The only good aspect was that it covered the noise from the nearby highway. Only option was to turn the entire AC unit off and it was hot out side so that was not an option.

The restaurant was reasonably priced and had good food. The first room we were placed in had rips in the side chair and stains on the sofa. The room we ended up in had a television in the living room that did not work.

The breakfast time is almost impossible for most customers and it also gave my wife food poisoning, we traveled from California to Tennessee and my wife gets sick from the breakfast.

- Denise (10/5): - The hotel was beautiful. Room was great other than the view, Room 223 overlooks roof and nearby car dealership. Bed was very comfortable, the full size shower amenities were fantastic, Evelyn and Crabtree shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, had it all to ourselves. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and cheese and crackers time. We ate at the in-house restaurant, Erika was fantastic! Now the breakfast was phenomenal. David is professional, helpful and an awesome chef! His made to order omelets and cheese grits are not to be missed. We will definitely stay again! Our toilet was a little wobbly.

- TimH392 (6/5): Average with some high points - This is an average Embassy Suites. I would stay here again but would consider many alternatives before I did. The high point of the visit was the guy who cooked our omelettes on Wednesday morning. Very engaging and I’d have gladly invited him to our table just to talk. Breakfast was great. The lobby is very comfortable to work in. I’m actually writing this from the lobby at 6 AM. Staff is friendly. The room was worn. Lots of stuff they could improve on. First, the floors still had a lot of debris that should have been vacuumed up before we go there. They give you a Kuerig coffee maker and lots of K-Cups (much appreciated) but only two creams. The number of cream containers should match the number K-Cups. TV remotes are terrible. The one in the living room doesn’t work at all (Room 619). The bedroom required a lot of punching to make it work. Water pressure is low. I know hotels want to be “green” so put low flow in, but if I get half the water and spend 3 times the time in the shower, where’s the benefit. Same for the bathroom sink. Also, while stylish, the bathroom mirrors and lighting make it difficult to shave. I was pleasantly surprised when I accidentally left my “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and there was a note to contact the front desk if I wanted my room serviced. I returned from a meeting at 1 PM and went down to the desk and asked to have the room serviced. Worked in the lobby for 2 hours and returned to the room - nothing had been done. Might want to rethink their strategy on the note. Parking is limited and the spaces are very tight. Lots of trucks. You can park, but not sure you can exit the vehicle. Will I come back? Maybe, but will shop before I do.

- tarakT9207EO (8/5): Nice stay - We stayed at Embassy suites knoxville west to be close to a school function. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and hospitable. As you enterered there was green moss wall and waterfall that made for a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable and quiet. In the morning we hit the gym and enjoyed the breakfast that was included.

- andihughes233 (6/5): Sub Par! - So let me start by saying we are Lifetime Hilton members so we know the good from the bad! The Good: the restaurant and bar staff are amazing!! The food is also really good! The Bad: Room 607- the water in the shower never got hot. So my children had to take quick Luke warm showers. The drawer in the bedroom nightstand wouldn’t close so it just stayed open. The lights at the sink in the bathroom were out so I could not see to get ready. And the best of all was this blood stain on the duvet! Needless to say we will no longer be staying at this hotel! It’s definitely not worth the price to stay here!
- osucaglehead (10/5): Nice hotel - Stayed here for a night on my way through town. It is located in a nice part of town, and there appeared to be a lot of restaurants and businesses nearby. I was in a king suite on the top corner of the hotel. It was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee maker, upgraded Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom amenities, and even had a goodie bag waiting. The bed was comfortable and I could watch TV from both the bed and the couch. There was a desk/table between the kitchen area and the couch. The bathroom was also large and spacious. The bar downstairs was small but nice. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. Omelette bar and a small hot food buffet. Would stay here again.

- Blandon (6/5): The stay was adequate at best for this particular stay. Breakfast was great! - The breakfast staff was absolutely amazing!!!! The hotel was clean 👌. We enjoyed the evening reception and bartender. Unfortunately the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and opposite of what we're used to at Embassy Suites W Knoxville. We've stayed here many times!! Don't know what happened. Maybe the mattresses need replacement

- ChuckB918 (2/5): Not what I expected from an Embassy Suites - There’s a reason for the #25 rating here. No attention to details. No phones in the entire property. No way to contact the front desk or the restaurant or room service. Honestly, I expected more from a Hilton property asking $200 plus per night.

I had to go get clean towels from the downstairs lobby. Not receiving a visit from housekeeping also led to an overflow of trash in our room. This was disappointing & unusual for Embassy Suites.

- 470JenniferB (10/5): Surprisingly peaceful, clean rooms, warm, friendly staff - My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our recent visit to Knoxville and would definitely recommend it. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very sweet lady who helped us get checked in and even offered us water and toiletries after learning that the airline we'd flown in on lost our baggage. She was so great about making sure we had everything we needed! Our large room was spacious and clean and quiet! When we first arrived and saw how close we were to the highway, I was worried about the noise but it was honestly a very peaceful stay and traffic noises were never a bother. If I were to offer one criticism, it would be that our pillows were a little flat/lumpy, but overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is super convenient, and the breakfast bar is awesome—especially the made-to-order omelettes (honestly the best I’ve ever had). The staff are always so friendly and you can tell they work hard to make guests feel welcome. We’re in Knoxville a lot for family and business, and since finding this hotel, it’s the only one we stay at!

It was very quiet, though - the most sound-proof room I’ve ever had, I think! The breakfast was not as great as I remembered from earlier stays. The hot items were lukewarm, and the pastry selection was minimal. The staff was very nice, though!

- Lillibridge (10/5): Room, staff and facilities are top notch - Above and beyond my expectations. I loved my room and the facilities! The bar was great and I enjoyed the food service and the convenience store. The elevators was a big problem. Most of the time only one elevator out of three was available. This made things very inconvenient. There was times I was forced to use the steps.

- oridae (2/5): Be Prepared To Battle for a Refund of a Timely Cancelled Reservation - I wholeheartedly recommend extreme caution in booking and fully prepaying for a stay at this hotel. I booked in January and prepaid almost $1200 for a stay for graduation in mid-May. When my plans changed, I cancelled my reservation on March 12 and was told my credit card would be refunded. Despite my receiving an email confirmation of cancellation, I am still battling to get my refund. I don’t think I will ever opt for Hilton properties again. It is simply not worth the effort because the hotel is definitely not abiding by the terms of its contract.
