永璁 (8/5): 這間飯店地點好，服務好，但是最差的就是網路，沒看過網路那麼差的飯店，要去的人，如果網路有沒有沒差的話，建議可以住這裡。但是很需要網路🛜的話建議不要住，你一定會瘋掉。 - 員工的服務，位置佳！對面就有7-11，離彭逢站很近！飯店的網路，網路體驗真的很差，差到我都有無力感，

Ann (7/5): Adequate but not likely to stay again unfortunately as there are better hotels for the price - The location was convenient to BTS station and for travelling Bed was comfortable . Shower power was good Breakfast was fine and the restaurant staff were friendly The first room I was put in was unbearably hot maybe due to its position in the hotel. I was offered another room in the same corner of the hotel but lower and that smelt musty Then offered another smaller room which was cooler and was fine. I could not have stayed at the hotel if they had not been able to offer me another room.

Guilherme (10/5): Awesome and reliable. Soooo close to everything you will need - After staying here for almost 3 weeks, I must say I’m quite surprised at the negative reviews. Staff is really really nice. Front desk? Always says hello and good morning. The man by the front door? Always happy to help. Yes the breakfast is a little bit lacklustre but other than that, 0 complaints. Thank you Arize team for the experience ❤️ -

ojyarunrun (8/5): ソンクランの日にしてはリーズナブルでよかった。アクセスも問題ない。 - お水はもちろん、ビールやコーラ等のドリンクも人数分補充され、無料で飲めたのが良かった。値段の割にはキレイで、設備も整っています。防音があまり良くない。早朝、向かい部屋のチャイニーズが、ドアを開けっぱなしで騒いでいた音がそのまま部屋に響いた（ホテルの責任ではないかもですが）

Some breakfast items were cold even we went for breakfast quite early..beans and potatoes were cold especially…. so if warmed better. Generally breakfast was good choices.

Lousy customer service. Poor customer service, nobody taking care OR reply to my message and calls.

Fabiana (4/5): - First of all, the hotel is quite far from the city center. Considering Bangkok’s traffic, it can take around 45–50 minutes by car to reach the main tourist attractions. Although the metro station is nearby, the ride still takes about an hour due to the number of stops. From the outside, the hotel looks renovated, but the interior feels old and outdated. In terms of cleanliness, we found two small dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Just take this into consideration before booking.
