• Carlos (7/5): ok - La ubicacion Faltaron algunos elementos como bolsas para almacenar basura, elementos de cocina, y algunos muebles estaban sucios. Lo peor fue la presencia de cucarachitas en la cocina y baños
• Garcia Castro (5/5): Entorno malo, demasiado ruido - Buen departamento El ruido externo, hay una shopería al frente y al lado, donde obviamente los clientes se expresan a viva voz, sin contar con las personas en situación de calle, que discuten sin importar horario, lo mismo con los extranjeros que gritan de esquina a esquina, la verdad que descanso reparador no fue por ese gran detalle.
• Nadia Soledad (1/5): ESTAFADORES DE BOOKING - Nada Habiendo efectuado la reserva con 4 meses de anticipacion, cancelan la reserva con la excusa de que no podian efectuar el cobro a la tarjeta ingresada, cuando la misma la utilizaba sin problemas a diario en Santiago de Chile. Verifique con VISA y el banco emisor que NUNCA intentaron efectuar el cobro a la tarjeta. Estos especuladores, no contaban con la unidad disponible ya que la alquilaron a otros pasajeros, ya que mi reserva tenia una bonificacion por el sistema Genius de Booking y a ellos no les era economicamente beneficioso (esta situacion me la escribieron via Whatsapp). Tuve que resolver donde pasar la noche con toda mi familia.

• Zeus (4/5): Disappointing as a short term rental for my family - The location is good and have everything around from restaurants to grocery stores. Two toilets are good for a family of four. It seems that the host do not really understand what it is needed for a short term rental. Especially, in the kitchen, there were almost nothing that would allow cooking ok, old kitchen elements, many missing. The plates were not clean, there was not towel to dry hands, not even salt, knifes that did not work. It was nightmare trying to cook there. The windows in the apartment did not close hermetically so the apartment was very cold, even with the very small heater. I asked a question to the host and never reply, even with a reminder (it could have been a no as an answer but nothing instead). I think that if the hosts care it could turn out to be a good place, now it is not.
• Pedro (4/5): - We are four adults and we found the unit way too tight for all of us. One twin bed in the dining/kitchen area, one very small room with the size of the twin bed there and then a bed for a couple with a decent size bedroom. The bathroom was very tiny. The windows were very thin and the noise from outside was very bad. Walls need to be painted and windows needs to be cleaned. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. The kitchen was very minimal and Tere was not enough spoons for all. No coffee maker. We called because at our arrival there was only three towels and we are four. The landlord provided a towel and a small floor towel the following day of our arrival. If you are in a budget go for it but honestly if you can pay more this is not the place. The area, little we knew, is not safe after dark and we were told to be very careful. I think with a better cleaning and makeup work this unit can be much better. We do not recommend this place. Very nice concierge and easy parking, that was a plus!

Inside the apartment, the table and chairs were adequate. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very nice, helpful and had obviously cleaned the basics: counters, plates and cups. The main bedroom's double bed was fine. We liked having 2 toilets. The living room was spacious. The owner was responsive and accessible by WhatsApp. WiFi was bad and inconsistent, and TV did not connect 95% of the time. The actual facility was much worse than the pictures led us to expect. The walls were stained and needed repainting. The toaster was rusty. The bottom of the kettle was peeled out and pouring with the hot water into our cups. The range was old and rusty. The refrigerator was old and did not keep items cold. Bathtub was chipped in one bathroom. The towel hooks fell off the walls. This place needs to be updated. Since there was no AC, we were given a fan but it was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation with it on. The twin beds were lumpy and the shelves in that room's closet were dirty. The online pictures showed a desk which was absent in reality. No hairdryer. The owner promised us a hairdryer when we asked for one but never brought it.

• Rachel (8/5): Will return - Great location just poor timing with the riots. It's in a residential tower and the front desk called the lady looking after the apartments. We met her at the room and she gave us the key. She did not speak english so had to use google translate to make sure everything was ok. Wifi dropped in and out but otherwise no problems, also has a cool rooftop area to chill.

Lo malo a destacar: la cochera la cobran aparte cl$12000 (el cual me pareció mucho por noche); la iluminación: tiene focos pequeños y no se ve bien en algunos sectores como el comedor; y por último el microondas arriba de la heladera, hace que sea difícil calentar la comida -ya que hay que girarlo para poder abrirlo con el riesgo que se caiga.-

Zero Respect. - the Checkout was at 12pm and the owner entered to the apartment before 10am to take the towels while I was out of the apartment, when I came back I couldn’t find the towels to take a shower! I called her and she was very rude, she took the towels! this is definitely a place where you don’t want to stay! Not privacy! Not safety! And zero respect!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Poorly maintained - nothing like photos - While location is great and the staff were helpful, the condition of the appartment was very poor and not at all as represented in the photos. No lights in fixtures (both bedrooms had one bulb in a fixture with three lights for example, and poor lighting throughout. The sheets and towels were threadbare and general condition of the rooms was poor with missing kick boards, showers held together with tape and string, mould in bathrooms, etc. The whole appartment needs work.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Estive no feriado de carnaval no apartamento 1614 do prédio A primeira coisa que tem que ficar mais clara é que a administração desses apartamentos AMS não fica no apartamento e a portaria não se responsabiliza por nada, visto que na verdade é um prédio residencial e apenas alguns apartamento são da AMS para locação. O Wifi só funciona na sala do apartamento e apenas em uma parte dela e mesmo onde funciona o sinal é péssimo, tornando impossível pesquisas e comunicação para os que não compram chip local. Visto que por ser um prédio residencial também não tem wifi nas áreas comuns. O chuveiro e banheiro estão em péssimas condições, não conseguimos tomar banho no primeiro dia, porque o chuveiro estava estragado e mesmo após consertarem continuou ruim. As toalhas são todas velhas e rasgadas e não é fornecido nenhum tipo de amenities para o banheiro. A unica coisa boa é a localização, que é perfeita.

Boas opções de restaurante e proximidade com metrô (fácil locomoção). Quanto ao apto, edifício um pouco antigo pouco antigo. Limpeza diária e com troca de toalhas, mas quem é exigente poderá questionar. Cozinha montada, permite refeições no apto, uma vez que não tem café da manhã. Existe dois mercados muito próximos que facilita o dia a dia.

Os carpetes estavam muito sujos, o Wi-Fi não pegava bem, os recepcionistas não falavam portugues e não prestavam a assistência necessária. Por fim, por não possuir cofre no quarto, começamos a ser furtados. Perdemos quase R$ 1.000,00. Quando reclamamos disseram-nos em mau portunhol que não se responsabilizavam. Fizemos ocorrência policial em vão. Não recomendo.
• Jerry (4/5): Not safe, not clean, and very small - First off the neighborhood has really gone downhill since my last visit, prostitutes on the corners and very loud place to stay. The room itself was very small and they were very creative how they took the pictures because this was a 2 bedroom shoe-box. The carpets were very dirty with old black grease stains and we had 3 people booked in our room and there were 2 cups, 2 plates and 2 wine glasses and the frying pan was burned through. Its just felt dirty. The shower head would stay in the holder, the doors were so squeaky you could open or close any without waking everyone up, seriously bring some WD40 with you. The front door staff are unfriendly so dont expect help from them. The pool on the roof is dirty, they dont use chemicals and there were a lot of kids in there that were probably getting their only bath that day. There were only 2 old beat up lounge chairs for the entire pool area. The pool is small but if it were clean and they had chairs it would have been a nice escape from the heat. The grocery stores downstairs are dirty, if you walk 2 blocks east there is a nice Lider thats clean. next time we will stay near the US Embassy, there is a lot of nice places to stay and shopping as well. Also lots of great cafes. Downtown is an experience but not much for dining, and you dont want to be out at night any way in that neighborhood.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Well equipped apartment centrally located - Apart from lack of air conditioning (for summer heat), this is a great apartment for a stay of a week or two with the savings of self-catering, exploiting stove, MWave, Fridge etc.

No hay lugar para estacionar ni temporalmente. Todas las calles alrededor no deja circular autos paryivulares. Para bajar ni las valijas hay lugar. La personal fue muy amable. Pero no esta en la entrada. Hay que llamar. No hay cochera incluido. Es opcional pero por expedia no estaba la opción para elegir. Por suerte habia lugar en estacionamiento y la personal nos ofreció aun es pago y caro. El departamento es lindo. Estabamos en piso 26...ultimo, nunca conectó wifi... Tal vez la
• Maria Elisa (4/5): Frustrante - Foi muito frustrante ao chegar e descobrir que o hotel que reservamos com piscina estava com as 2 piscinas desativadas. Pagamos por algo que não utilizamos , nos sentimos lesados e fez muito calor, poderíamos ter aproveitado muito. Alugamos 3 quartos: 1 quarto estava com a geladeira quebrada e não tinha utensílios de cozinha. 1 quarto estava com o chuveiro com rachaduras vazando água e com o abajur quebrado. No ultimo dia as tomadas não funcionavam, e ficamos sem wifi e carregadores. A recepção era do prédio e não exclusiva do hotel, os recepcionistas não sabiam dar nenhuma informação e não foram receptivos ou educados. Alugamos 2 carros durante a estadia e não tinha estacionamento, precisamos pagar particular em outros locais. As acomodações do quarto são confortáveis. Fica bem no centro histórico de Santiago, local com muitos restaurantes bons, mercados e locais para passear.
• Verified traveler (10/5): very nice and practical - The appartment is well located, many stores can be found around, and it is not far from the cathedral. The appartment was clean and we had a perfect view of the fireworks of New Year Eve. The little kitchen was well supplied for a short stay. The staff was very nice since we arrived early and were able to drop out luggage early, and e were able to leave them after handing our keys.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Apartment not hotel - It was perfect for what I wanted but you should be able to speak Spanish it was an apartment not a hotel this should be stressed because its important for others to know if you aren't familiar with Santiago it's probably not a good place unless you speak Spanish because otherwise it's hard to get any help for directions etc.

• Cols277 (6/5): Was ok but no pool or wifi code - I was unhappy that I chose this hotel due to it having a pool as I would have preferred to be by the coast but due to personal circumstances I had to stay in Santiago; when I got there was advised the pool was closed; I also asked for the wifi code and it never connected. The kitchen was very small and the TV was only in the master bedroom, nothing in the lounge and there was no IPOD docking station as described. On the plus side it was cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable.
• Solo Traveler (8/5): Winter in Chile - A very well located hotel in downtown Santiago at a walking distance to La Moneda (the presidential palace) and Plaza de Armas. Museums and pedestrian malls are also located in this area as well as restaurants, banks and convenience stores, some of them open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you decide to stay at this hotel you will certainly enjoy it. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the beach house of poet Pablo Neruda, Isla Negra, located around 100 km from the city.
• Vanessa (8/5): Nice apartment, comfortable stay - This apartment/hotel is very comfortable and reasonably priced. It is in a good location with two supermarkets nearby and a short walk to two metro stations. The cleaning staff are lovely and trustworthy. The only complaint that I have is that after the second night I was unable to connect to the internet in my room, and the people at the front desk didn't really try to help me at all. I could still use the internet in the lobby. After a few days somebody else found out and helped me. If you have a problem, I would advise contacting the management directly rather than the people on the front desk, as management are very helpful and speak English. When I needed to extend my stay they were very obliging. Overall it was a positive experience.
