- Roxana (9/5): - Location was fantastic, you are just outside the Myeongdong area but close enough to walk, the hotel is situated in Insa-dong and 10 min away from Ikseon-dong, which is full of nice restaurants and cafes. Breakfast wasn't the best, but there are plenty of options in the area

The shower was in the bath tub which is not great for older travellers. There was no bedside table on one side of the bed as the bed was so close to the wall there was no space.

- Norbert (9/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage von Seoul - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, um große Paläste (z.B. Changdeok, Gyeongbok) oder den buddhistischen Jogyesa-Tempel zu Fuß innerhalb 10 - 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Haltestellen von Bus und U-Bahn sind ebenso gut in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer und Frühstück haben unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Es hat uns eigentlich alles gut gefallen. Wir kennen aus europäischen Urlaubszielen zum Frühstück auch Brot oder Kuchen und haben das etwas vermisst. Aber man kann auch mal ein paar Tage darauf verzichten und die Auswahl an regionalen Speisen probieren. Kimchi zum Frühstück ist aber für manche Europäer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. ;)

- Almudena (8/5): - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y el personal fue muy atento. El desayuno era normal, como en todos los hoteles de Corea, hay arroz, kimchi, sopas...poco o casi nada para los occidentales. El tamaño de la habitación, era imposible abrir la maleta. Eramos dos y llevábamos equipaje para dos semanas, dos maletas, la habitación era excesivamente pequeña.

Hotel interior was good too including very clean bathrooms. Our room with triple single beds was a bit small, but worked out well for us.

Room was fairly small (I guess expected for Seoul), but enough space to keep and open a large suitcase on the floor. Bathroom was fairly small too, with a bathtub with a shower combined. Bidet toilet. Room was very clean but some marks on the wall and carpet. Friendly cleaning staff, very polite. Rest of the hotel is modern and nice. The laundry room has two washing machines (auto dispensing washing liquid) and two driers, very cheap and clean. Breakfast selection was quite good, but breakfast room is not that inspiring, in some basement floor with no windows. Breakfast price was reasonable. Hotel location is good. Fairly quiet street but walking distance to many shops and restaurants, main avenues and metro stations. Not far from the main palace either. More storage space in the room. Other guests slamming their room doors at any time day and night. Doors could do with soft closers.

- AYA (10/5): - 毎回ここに泊まっている。とにかく清潔で、受付のスタッフも親切。清掃スタッフもあいさつしてくれる。部屋が静かで過ごしやすい。 冷蔵庫に冷蔵の食品を入れていたが、清掃を終えて夜に部屋に帰ってくると冷蔵庫が切れていて食品がぬるくなっていた。仕方がないので食品は処分した。冷蔵庫が古いのか、清掃の際に冷蔵庫をオフにされてしまったのかわからないが、しっかり効く冷蔵庫を置いて欲しい。韓国は冷蔵キムチなど冷蔵品の食べ物を買う旅行者が多いので。

It was my daughter's birthday during the stay and they were very kind by proactively offering breakfast for us. It was a very smooth experience for the whole stay. The room was really nice even if on the small scale when you have two big luggage.

- Kathya (9/5): Gran opción en Seúl - La ubicación está perfecta, cerca de muchas atracciones caminando pero también cerca de una estación de metro y de autobús. El staff súper amable, las habitaciones muy limpias, cama cómoda y buen desayuno. El hotel está en una callecita por lo que no te llega el ruido del exterior aunque tienes calle principal a 1 cuadra, pero el ruido interno del hotel es otra cosa, no se si las paredes sean muy delgadas pero se escuchan pasos del piso superior (estuve en el piso 3), agua de las tuberías, si hay alguien en el pasillo se oye perfecto, ese es el único tema.

- Nikhil (9/5): Great location and value, highly recommend for a visit to central Seoul. - Great location near Myeungdong and Insadong made this a great home base for a first visit to Seoul. There is a small grocery store next door which was super convenient, and plenty of dining and shopping within a very short walking distance. Subway and bus lines are within 5 minutes' walk. Rooms were small (as expected for this part of town) but clean, modern, and equipped both in-room and by-request with plenty of accessories. The bed in the "Hollywood Double" room was very large, there was a mini fridge, they had breakfast/gym/laundry on-site, and the staff were friendly. Plenty of English speakers around. Rooms were fairly small, but not out of the norm for the city, especially the central location of this hotel.

- Michelle (6/5): Ideal for short term stay no more than a day or two - Good location with walking distance to lots of places, small cafe downstairs offer coffee and generous variety of pastries Small and no space or facilities and not much to offer especially room service taking forever offering very little options. Very noisy, no sound proof inside or outside. No views. Not recommending if you plan to stay more than three days.

- Celine (8/5): Séjour très agréable, personnel exceptionnel, hôtel très bien situé - L'emplacement de l'hotel est extremement pratique, dans un quartier avec beaucoup de choses à voir autour (notamment un super market et une pharmacie en bas de l'hotel et plusieurs restaurants/cafés) et accéssible en métro comme en taxi. Le personnel de l'hotel était extremement efficace et accueillant. Pour 3 personnes la chambre était un peu petite, autrement tout était parfait !

- Virginia (8/5): Hotel confortable y bien ubicado - La habitación estaba bien y limpia y sobre todo la situación del hotel era buena porque estaba a unos 15’ andando de la calle de las tiendas El baño tenía bañera en vez de plato de ducha y no había mampara si no cortina,y la habitación era un poco pequeña para dejar las maletas y el armario era diminuto,así que no sacamos nada de ropa para colgar

- Xue En (8/5): It was great, save for the smaller than expected room. - I loved that it was in Insadong. Lovely area for art lovers with multiple art exhibitions and galleries. The shops are also more interesting, leaning towards the more cultural things of Korea like seals, paintings, hanbok style clothing. Near the Kimchi Museum and the Craft museum. Loved the supermarket downstairs I think the room size could have been bigger. Two of us didn't have space to open our suitcases on the floor.
- N (10/5): 次回もここ一択！ - このホテルの一番の決め手はWOWPASS機。あとは「場所も結構いいし」という感じで、いざホテルに着くとフロントは日本語堪能の方がいて安心だし、何より立地条件が想像以上に最高！仁寺洞・益善洞方面、安国・北村・景福宮方面、市庁方面、明洞方面すべて徒歩圏内！方面によっては駅の位置が微妙でホームに移動する時間を考慮すると直線で歩いた方が断然早く着く！空港リムジンバスは鐘路2街で下車して信号渡ってから5分くらい。帰国日は荷物も増えたのでUber Taxi（配車時に周辺にタクシー居れば長距離依頼は秒で来るので部屋からではなくホテルの前から配車した方が良い）でホテル前→仁川空港T2まで55000W。リムジンと比べると2人だとやや割高、3人だと安上がり！ホテル隣接のハーモニーマートは24時までやっていて大袋のお菓子や海苔などお土産の買い足しも◎ 一番困ったのはTVのリモコン。シンプル過ぎて逆に難し過ぎた。Netflix、Disney +などあるけど自分のアカウントでログインなので・・・さすがに色々不安で利用せず。あと部屋に時計がないので、よくある枕元の電話に液晶とかそういうレベルでもあると便利だなと。鏡もお風呂場にしかなくて、机にある容れ物の蓋の内側の鏡を使おうと思ったら机に固定されているという謎・・・なので容れ物は動かせない上に蓋は角度調整できないのでその鏡は化粧などでは使えず。お風呂場を交代で使ったので少し不便でした（ユニットバスなので片方が鏡使用中はトイレ我慢しないといけないし・・・笑）と書いたものの、どれも良く無いというほどのことでは全くありません◎

Nie daleko do atrakcji turystycznych (Gyeongbokgung , Changdeokgung , Deoksugung , Myeongdong itp.) Sklepy spożywcze i restauracje przy samym hotelu. Świetne miejsce dla fanów e-sportu (zaraz obok znajduje się LoL Park) Ledwo działający ekranik dotykowy sterujący klimatyzacją. Jedyne okno które dało się otworzyć zastawione biurkiem/stołem. Włącznik/wyłącznik światła znajdujący się jedynie nad łóżkiem. Ograniczona możliwość korzystania z prysznica przez kotarę po której większość wody spływa na podłogę.
- Gursharon (10/5): lovely hotel, great staff and amazing location. highly recommended - brilliant hotel and location. have recommended it to many people. didn't eat at the hotel but the coffee shop was a welcome addition and it sold amazing garlic buns! the supermarket downstairs was fantastic and the proximity to transport, shops, historical sites and restaurants meant you could walk to many places within 5-10min. Managed to get a free airport transfer and then a discounted return although it would have been easy to get an airport bus or train nothing. it was all lovely. staff were very helpful. wish they did some special offers to make it a little more affordable but the room rates were comparable to other similar hotels in the area. the double room was a decent size for 2 people but may have been tight if you have lots of luggage as the wardrobe was only a narrow single closet. I am sure you could store luggage with reception but there was not much hanging space

It was very easy for us to get to the bus/train stations. The hotel is also within walking distance of many landmarks and tourist attractions. The small room made it difficult to set up our luggage.

- Tomas (10/5): Amazing stay in Seoul - Amazing location, perfectly clean, comfy beds, well equipped gym (up to 20kg dumbbells), laundry for credit cards, nice stuff, daily cleaning. Pillows were too soft, they would turn into a flat paper during the night. There is a/c control that can't be switched off during the night and is slightly shining onto you.

- Daniel (6/5): Excellent location close to Subway was the best part of this stay. - Good morning breakfast buffet with attentive staff Small gym that made you feel claustrophobic. It seemed everywhere you turned, you’d be bumping into a wall or mirror. Low ceilings did not help. Elevators were inoperative resulting in the use of a single freight elevator resulting in long wait times.
