• Venera (9/5): Stylishes Hotel mit charme - Das Hotel ist sehr stylish und sehr konfortabel. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Internet war im Zimmer eher schwach, was die Planung unserer Weiterreise erschwerte.

Ademas, el desayuno exquisito. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente en la habitación que afecto los 2 días de alojamiento, entiendo que fueron a reparar pero no se soluciono. De todas formas nos facilitaron las llaves de otra habitación para ocupar la ducha.

• Karolina (9/5): Maravilloso - Un alojamiento realmente espectacular, muy grato despertar con tan bonitas vistas que tenía el hotel. La atención principalmente de las señoritas que servían el desayuno fue muy grata, eran muy amables y con muy buena disposición. Lo único malo es que se escuchaba bastante lo que pasaba en la habitación de al lado y en los pasillos cuando pasaban otros huéspedes. La señal del wifi es muy inestable pero igual ayuda a desconectarse un poco de la vida diaria.

• Michael (6/5): Mixed. Ultimately, the very good staff didn't make up for the WiFi and sound issues. - The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The semi-isolated location looking out to the water was very nice. Wifi coverage in our room was basically non-existent. That's a big miss and what made it even worse was, given the price point of the hotel, reliable, accessible WiFi should be an absolute given. The soundproofing in the rooms was poor.

• Diana Yael (7/5): Un lugar lindo, cómodo, a una distancia perfecta del centro, para sentir mayor tranquilidad y al mismo tiempo acercarse - Me gustó la habitación, el baño, el desayuno y la comida que ofrecía el restaurant No nos contaron que contaban con tinaja, lo cual nos enteramos al preguntar nosotros antes de irnos del hotel. Los pasillos del sector de habitaciones bastante oscuros, considerando que en ocasiones se regresa al hotel de noche y no hay rampa para subir y bajar la maleta a las habitaciones inferiores, tampoco había personal encargado de ayudarnos a hacerlo, nos ayudó la recepcionista, pero tuvo que dejar supuesto desatendido durante ese tiempo. Agregarías spa o al menos opción de masaje

• Viktor (5/5): Не понравилось. - Персонал был не приветливым, обычно в хороших отелях персонал идет навстречу гостя и старается решить любую ситуацию, но тут нельзя так сказать. Написано что вайфай есть на территории всего отеля, что является ложью. Вайфай тянет только на ресепшене. Завтрак абсолютно скудный. Персонал не говорит на английском от слова совсем и по моему мнению даже не пытается понять. Если уже претендуете на 4 звезды, так надо соответствовать!!!

La arquitectura del hotel es maravillosa, tiene una excelente vista y te sientes parte de la naturaleza por el hecho de que el hotel está integrado con el terreno donde se construyó. Encuentro que le falta staff, por ejemplo la recepcionista estaba a cargo de calentar el hot tub. Un hotel de este nivel debiese tener personal específico para esto. En la cena que estuvimos el 5 de febrero 2026 faltaron meseros a excepción de uno. Sin tener apoyo de sus superiores en ese episodio de estrés laboral. Agregaría batas en la habitación para el hot tub. Además de un fitness center pequeño.

• John (8/5): - Very comfortable bed and good sized room. Friendly and attentive staff. Food quality in restaurant very good. The room needed a little updating but the most frustrating aspects were the lack of a thermostatic shower (which meant getting scolded every few seconds by hot water) and the absence of internet in the bedroom (wifi connection but no service).
• StanJas (10/5): - Hotel położony poza miastem, jest chodnik dla pieszych wzdłóż oceanu /fiordu/. Ciekawa architetura hotelu, który jest wkomponowany w zielone wzgórze. Widok na fiord. Woda pod prysznicem ciągle zmienia temperaturę. Brak jakichkolwiek warzyw na śniadanie.

• Weichein (9/5): - 早餐豐富，重點是餐廳剛好就在草地旁邊，一邊吃早餐一邊看著窗外景色非常美好，感覺很放鬆很舒服。整個景色非常美麗，公共空間也非常寬敞和舒適，我待在壁爐區一整個晚上欣賞夕陽，一切都非常的美好，我在旅館的期間欣賞大自然整個身心獲得洗滌，草地非常廣大並且整理的很好，非常美麗，走出去後可以直接到海邊，草地區種植的植物非常美麗，有許多鳥類停留。旅館附近還有一隻狗，非常親人非常乖巧。泡澡區環境舒適非常棒。浴室寬敞且有地暖，是我在puertos natales住過最棒的飯店 沒有辦法攜帶寵物，無法跟狗狗一起度過愉快的時光，泡澡區的時間只能從下午開始預約，希望早上也能預約這樣才好安排其他行程

• Myrthe (2/5): - The view from the room was nice. Multiple reasons I would never stay in this hotel again: everything including the beds is made from concret. Only a very small window can be opened so it gets very hot with the sun shining fully on the room.. Be prepared for an uncomfortable night. Breakfast is super basic and absolutely not what you expect when booking such an expensive hotel. Wifi is not functioning, due to all the concrete used. Wifi extenders put in the room do not work. No water, tea or coffee in the room.

No me dieron el libro de reclamaciones cuando lo pedí . Por tanto el precio no corresponde con lo que ofrece .

• George (10/5): Dinner and views to die for - Dinner (excellent dinner with some of the best food I’ve eaten in the world, and tasty and filling ‘lunch boxes’ for those long days out with nature), views (yeah, you’re not in a big city… not even a city….), cleanliness, and sweet staff. Internet (almost no wifi / mobile network… maybe that’s why I loved the hotel and nature more?), shower (it does the job but such a nice bathroom needs more oomph in the shower department), no filtered water, in-room facilities such as fresh, tea and coffee making facilities (seems lacking in all Chilean hotels, including more expensive ones… boo).
