Creo que la ubicación está genial para tu primera impresión en Tokio que puede ser un poco abrumadora, el barrio era tranquilo y muy lindo! Nada!

PJ, facial steamer, hair curler, face and hair mask, and all other basics that you might possibility need. The room is extremely small, there is basially no space for anything. You could walk in and there is bed and window. One think I found really wierd is we couldn't borrow an adapter for use.

- Michael (8/5): Kleine Zimmer super Lage - Die Lage war Top wunderschön und wenig Verkehr auch in der goldenweek. Zimmer sehr klein aber fürs Schlafen reicht vollkommen. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht und beim Hotel kam es ohne an. Daher mussten wir vor Ort 10 Euro pro Person täglich zahlen fürs Frühstück. Das Geld wurde uns erstattet nachdem wir uns an booking gewendet haben. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

- Judit (8/5): Very comfortable hotel in convenient location - Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant hotel in a great location but still quiet. Despite construction going on at the hotel whilst I was there, it wasn’t too disturbing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was small but I had what I needed. It came with a soaking tub, which really came in handy after 20-30k steps every day. I stayed for a week by myself and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The only thing that might be a minor negative is the very limited wardrobe space. Because there is no wardrobe. Just a few hangers you can place your things on. But to be honest, it really is manageable if you hang multiple things on top of each other and just plan your outfits, so you leave what you don’t need in your suitcase under the bed.

- Wojciech (9/5): Very nice hotel at reasonable price in cool neighbourhood near centre of Tokyo. - Fantastic place. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and it was a very good choice indeed. The hotel is located almost in the center of the city – 20 min walk to Tokyo Station but the neighbourhood (Ningyocho) is really quiet and relaxed. Coming back in the evening after day of sight-seeing I felt almost like at home. There are grocery shops, nice local restaurants (super friendly ramen place!) and even very clean McDonalds - everything open till very late, There are three metro station – 2 almost round the corner and the third 10 minute walk. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is a mix of western and Japanese stuff you can always choose something nice. All the staff in the hotel are super friendly really. I was at the top floor and wi-fi in my room didn’t work. The gentleman from the reception came immediately with me to my room (it didn’t matter that it was after 11pm) and installed rooter dedicated only to my room. Everybody spoke communicative English and only rarely helped themselves with the translator. There was no problem to communicate at all. The room was obviously pretty small (remember it’s not Four Seasons Hotel and it’s Tokyo) and there was no proper wardrobe but I was by myself so I made it. (I kept clothing in my suitcase and there was enough space under comfy bed to keep open suitcase there). I stayed there 8 nights and it was real pleasure I definitely would stay there again. The proper wardrobe in the room would be nice, there were only clothes hangers.

Very good location, a lot of nice places for breakfast and easy subway access. Breakfast is bad, don't buy it, there are a lot of places nearby that are cheaper and tastier.

- Jason F (8/5): A quiet, well-connected Tokyo hotel with smooth service and great amenities, perfect for travelers w - The hotel is located in a quiet, local neighborhood that feels more relaxed than busy areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Multiple subway lines are within walking distance, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. There’s a Mini Stop and 7-Eleven just a few blocks away, which is super convenient. The hotel provides a good selection of quality amenities, and check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Staff were also happy to store my luggage while I went out to kill time. Another big plus is that it’s about a 10-minute walk to the TCAT bus terminal, where you can catch the airport limousine bus to both Haneda and Narita. The room size is small, which is expected for standard Japanese hotels. The building and interior feel a bit old and slightly outdated, but it wasn’t a deal breaker since I mainly used the room for sleeping. The price felt a bit expensive for the value, though this is understandable since I stayed during New Year’s week when rates are inflated.

- Hyun Jin (9/5): - 깨끗하고 실용적이었어요. 컴포트 더블룸 썼는데 룸 입구쪽 공간이 충분해서 캐리어 펴는데 어렵지 않았어요. 공항, 긴자, 신주쿠, 시부야 전부 이동 용이한 위치에 있습니다. 역 바로 앞은 아니고 5분정도 걸었던거같아요. 멀지않아요. 방음에 예민한 편인데 지내는동안 조용했어요. 전반적으로 만족스러웠고 재방문 의사 있고 추천할만한 비즈니스 호텔입니다. 잘 자긴 했는데 다른 후기에도 적혀있듯 매트리스가 좀 오래된거 같았어요. 또한 호텔이 리모델링 공사중인데 낮시간엔 소음이 좀 있어요. 호텔에 오래 머무르지않아 제겐 문제가 되지 않았지만 사전에 공지하면 좋을거 같아요.

- stuart (10/5): Pleasant stay. - Room was kept clean, Plenty of towels. I liked the "Japanese pajamas" Cleaning staff and desk staff were excellent, both in the jobs they did and in their friendliness. And the rooms were very quiet. The refrigerator could have been a bit larger, and a small microwave oven IN THE ROOM would have been very convenient.

- Martien (6/5): Start van onze vakantie Japan - Het personeel was wel betrokken bij haar gasten. Meer uit nostalgische overwegingen hebben wij na 10 jaar weer geboekt bij Sotetsu Fresa Inn. Dit keer waren wij toch wel teleurgesteld. De kamer was klein 11m2, wat we wel wisten, maar nu was hij toch wel erg gedateerd. Zo konden de muren wel een likje verf gebruiken en ware er beschadigingen. Ook was de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding niet oké. 1.900 Yenn voor het ontbijt was echt teveel en de kamerprijs volgens ons ook. Aan het einde van de vakantie hebben we in dezelfde wijk een ander hotel (luxer) geboekt met een kamer van 17m2, een echt tweepersoons bed en inclusief een veel beter ontbijt voor ongeveer dezelfde prijs als we bij dit hotel hebben betaald.

- Denis (6/5): Душный и затхлый воздух в номере, но чисто внутри - Нормальный классический бизнес-отель с небольшими номерами. Окна не открываются совсем ни в одном номере, вентиляция работает плохо, так что в номере затхло, приходилось открывать входную дверь!!! Чтобы проветрить.
