• Penney (5/5): The reception staff were good. The room was good. Restaurant staff need capacity building. - The location of the hotel was good with a garden and pool. The reception staff were good and well trained. The garden area was full of litter. The room was noisy due to engineering works but the engineers did eventually stop the noise after being reminded 3 times by management to stop. The waiter in the restaurant asked me, half way during my main course, whether I would like to have dessert. The Hotel restaurant staff need to be further trained if the expected quality of such a hotel is to be maintained.

• Frank (2/5): Avoid this hotel!! - Although this hotel has nice rooms and good food we recommend you to avoid this hotel. There is s scam going on to steel your passport. During checkin we were in a very animated conversation with the receptionist and got so distracted that we did not noticed that we got only one passport back instead of two. The passports are always in a purse which we put in the safe in the room. After checking out the next day we took the taxi to the airport. During that trip I noticed that we had only one passport instead of two. So we immediately returned to the hotel. They told us that they did not find the passport at reception and that we should check the room. Although I knew that the passports are always in the purse in the safe, we searched the room: under the blanckets, under the beds, in the safe, in the dustbin and in the drawers and found nothing. I told that it must be at reception because that was the only place I took the passports out the purse. We noticed that both man behind the reception act very nervous and one of them started to hyperventilate. Suddenly one of them ran back in the hotel and the other one told us that he was going to check the room again. Within 30 seconds (not even enough to reach the room) he came back holding the passport and told us that he found it under the bed. Although we were glad to have both passports now and were able to be on time for our flight, we realised that we just have been victims of a scam to steel one of our passports. So please pay close attention when you checkin at this hotel.

Bon standing, tout est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est confortable, le personnel est agréable. Notre vol étant tôt, l'hôtel nous a fourni le petit déjeuner à emporter. Rien de particulier autour de l'hôtel, la nuit est un peu chère au regard de la prestation assez classique fournie

• Monica (9/5): Coming back ! - Excelent food and serving, cozy room with garden and birds view, nice swimming, close to the airport but you cannot feel that, very pleasent open and green space, warmth of the water , nice sunset and garden well maintained, they even clean the windows of the rooms on exterior, as a regular program, such a rare thing to see at the hotels , I travel a lot and I am definitely save this place for coming back others noise guests, who can wake you up or capturing all swimming pool . but that is by luck you have not the hotel. I had 2 nights and i had one of the evening pool so serene and peaceful, the other one just 2 couples manage to feel pike on a stadion 🤣 Come earlier to the swimming pool, or would be nice to keep the pool one for dinner time as well
• Dorin Marius (9/5): - Hotel limpio,moderno situado en una zona tranquila cerca del aeropuerto. Personal amable y la comida del restaurante buena aunque me pareció un poco cara. Hemos contratado un taxi con ellos para que nos lleve al aeropuerto y me parecio caro( 17 euros por 8 kilómetros de trayecto) .Al venir del aeropuerto hasta el hotel en la tarde precedente nos cobraron solo 4 euros así que me parece una diferencia bastante grande.
• Marie (7/5): Nice stay at Four points Sheraton - The hotel itself very nice, beautiful, cosy and clean. Not far from the airport which is very convenient when having a flight on the next day. We were given a room 332 which was far away from the reception and restaurant. So the lady at the reception was nice and changed the room for a nearest one. As it was cold and bit freezy we were given a heater. The staff is really nice and caring. Thanks for that However, there was works being undergone in a room beside ours which was very loud in the morning. So we could not sleep as from 7.30- The power-electricity went off all the times which means that we did not have internet as well. We don't speak and understand much Hindi, so we would have liked to get a proper English channel. This was only possible when the internet works properly , this was unfortunately not functioning. I called several times at the reception and spoke to the lady responsible for the maintenance. She said this won't happen again because she would care for that. Unfortunately it always happened that internet, electricity etc went off! The personal in the restaurant was bit confused too, we had to wait long and ask several times for the drink menu. Food was great, we had an awesome briani but the staff remained very courteous. Bill needs to be checked because we were overcharged for our drinks, this was corrected after inquiry.

• Judith & Sybe (9/5): Heel fijn en betrouwbaar hotel voor de laatste dagen en vlakbij het vliegveld. - Het is vlakbij het vliegveld en er is goede en betrouwbare service. In Dehli dit hotel gekozen omdat het een bekende keten is. Veel hotels ook op Booking .com zijn in Dehli gerund door scammers En dit hotel gelukkig niet! Betrouwbaar en goed. Heel fijn verblijf, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Taxi naar hotel rond €17,- dat is een prima prijs en betrouwbaar. Half uurtje van het vliegveld, maar er kan ook in de nacht geen verkeer zijn, dan kan het ook een uur duren. Handig daar rekening mee te houden. Er zijn eind november en december veel bruiloften, we hadden geluk dat ze nog een kamer hadden. Ze hebben ons een kamer gegeven waar we weinig geluiden hoorden en er minder last van hadden. Goed geslapen. Eten is ook goed en niet duur. Lekkere taartjes ook. Douche mag echt iets warmer. We hebben 2 nachten geboekt. De 2e nacht moesten we vliegen en zijn om 23.00 uur vertrokken. Maar wel voor deze nacht het hele bedrag €160,- betaald. Het zou mooi zijn geweest wat minder te betalen dan een hele overnachting, bijvoorbeeld alleen voor een halve dag of late check-out extra. Dat werd niet aangeboden. Verder was alles goed en als we weer in Dehli zijn, boeken we hier weer.

Unforgettable. Many thanks to all of you. Today is India independence day, and.the management invite us to participate at the hotel entry to the act, and gave us a bag with typical sweets as present. • Ashok (8/5): Great place to crash in between flights - we were looking for a good genuine hotel to crash in for a very early morning flight close to terminal three. Most hotels located close to the airport although had great scores on booking.com, were either not found on ground/ had very poor reviews on other sites. Four seasons is the only decent hotel around the airport. It is better to book Uber/Ola as the taxi offered by the hotel is exorbitant. We got an Uber within 5 minutes at 3 am at a very nominal price of 200 Rs

• RASHMI (7/5): Good stay - The property, the staff and the decor. The location is a bit weird considering it's closer to the airport, yet not that close. The cabs take longer than usual to reach (unlike other four points). The in-room amenities didn't have ear cleaning buds and a sewing kit, just one small bottle of body lotion (won't suffice btw two ppl)..
