At the weekends they put up the prices in the restaurant (it is nearly double the weekday price). When we said we would have a la carte rather than the buffet (as we weren't that hungry) they announced they were fully booked. They don't deal well with unhappy customers.

Решение с ванной комнатой, на мой взгляд, сомнительное - никакой изоляции душа и туалета от комнаты нет, сдвижная перегородка не сильно помогает. Но это вкусовщина :)

The room was very good, the bed comfortable; also the swimming pool was very nice and relaxing. The concierge managed to provide us our room ready in the morning since we were very tired from the flight and normally the check in is forseen at 3 p.m.. Regarding breakfast I would have expected more variety, moreover the breakfast room was very crowded and noisy. Anyway it's been a very good experience and I'd recommend it for a pleasant stay in Singapore.

The staff at the breakfast (especially Amy) and hotel staff (Brent) are super kind. They made sure our stay felt like we were at home. Cleanliness of the hotel is superb too!

La chambre famille est annoncée pour 4, avec un canapé-lit (en fait pour un seul enfant). Il a fallu ajouter un lit pour que nos deux enfants aient assez de place, ce qui a considérablement réduit l’espace de la chambre. Pas idéal pour un long séjour à 4.

- Charlotte (9/5): Tropical paradise - The staff were warm and knowledgeable. They offered me a late checkout which was kind. The gardens are stunning. I loved everything but I think the pool bar menu could have some smaller snacks rather than just huge meals and maybe some more snack street food/local cuisine would be fun.

- Vernon (4/5): High volume hotel in need of proceedure checks across the venue. - Location Well worn and in need of a freshen up. Multiple issues during stay, including our first room being dirty, cracked sink, fingernarks all over and some kind of cream marks above bed head. The casting service stopped on our rest day and required room visits and technicians. Lime restaurant also requires a deep clean and attention to detail and surface areas. I feel they are always so busy that things are just pack up and start again next service.

The design (we loved the greenery), the rooms, the pool and the area( bordering Chinatown) Also the staff went above and beyond what was expected,they were outstanding in their service. We were a big family group of 17 and we absolutely loved this hotel and couldn’t fault it. The gazebos around the pool were fabulous for our large family group to come and go from (when not swimming in the infinity pool) and we loved meeting up for breakfast each day in the dining room. Our family will have great memories of our time here for years to come

Przepiękny widok na panoramę Singapuru z piętra, na którym znajduje się strefa fitness z basenem. Zimna woda w basenie. Bardzo zimna jak dla mnie, a lubię pływać w mazurskich jeziorach. Gdyby miała o kilka stopni więcej byłoby przyjemniej. Nie jest to basen sportowy a taki do relaksu.
- Curiosity19826195382 (10/5): Perfect experience - From the moment we arrived and stepped out of the taxi, to the time we departed, we experienced an exceptional high level of service. All the staff we interacted with throughout our stay were polite, professional and friendly. The room was wonderful and the bed extremely comfortable. We even had a wonderful surprise (Strawberries with Chocolate and Caramel sauce plus a dessert) awaiting us in the room from the staff to acknowledge and celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary (reason for our stay). The breakfasts we had were definitely worth it and the variety of offerings was tremendous. We both looked forward to breakfast every morning. We often visited the Lime Bar during our stay and it became our favourite place to visit for a drink either before heading out or when we returned. The food we had there was great, especially the ‘bites’ menu. The bartender Suren looked after us extremely well and always greeted us by name when we arrived and his drinks always were perfect. The location of our accommodation was ideal, as it was close to public transport, shopping centres and a casual easy walk to the waterfront areas. The atmosphere within the facility was very relaxing and the greenery of the gardens was beautiful. Throughout our stay we definitely felt valued and welcomed by all the staff.

Everyone working there was so incredibly nice and accommodating. The food was insanely good. We cried a little when it was time to go home. Loved this place and cant wait to go back!
