- Tomek (9/5): A very successful trip. 100% satisfaction. - The restaurant and the service were excellent. At the end, the hotel owner herself gave us some sandwiches and a packed lunch. It was very kind of her. The waiters at this restaurant are brilliant! That’s exactly how it should be! Remember, you have to ask the waiter for coffee!!! There’s no extra charge, and you’ll get the best coffee. Swimming in the pool is only permitted if you are wearing a plastic bag or a swimming cap. There is no designated area for preparing – hot waxing – ski equipment. The staff are unwilling to assist with this.

Beautifully situated, very friendly service, excellent food, and a wonderful wellness and spa area. The real gem is the hotel owner, Silvana, who talks to each guest and makes them feel special.

- CATHERINE (10/5): Fantastic, all we hoped for - Everything. As always everything and everyone were wonderful. The staff are always so helpful. The drivers are always great, dropping us off to organise our ski hire when we arrived. Running us into the centre in the evening and collecting us after our meal. The dining room and bar staff are also really friendly and very helpful. Signora Lorenzetti is wonderful, has great attention to details and always checks with all the guests to make sure all is well. Will hopefully return again. NOTHING
- jumpity (10/5): Great hotel experience - I had a fantastic three‑night stay at Hotel Lorenzetti. We arrived very late, tired and hungry, and were warmly greeted by several staff members who had stayed up specifically to check us in and show us to our room. The room itself—an unexpected free upgrade—was lovely, with extremely comfortable beds. A delicious spread had been left out for us, which was such a thoughtful touch before a much‑needed night’s sleep. The room was spotless, the shower was excellent, and overall the food in the hotel was superb. Breakfast was very good, but dinner was truly outstanding each evening. We also really enjoyed the spa area and the pool, perfect for soothing tired legs after a day on the slopes. Every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, and they created a genuinely warm atmosphere throughout our stay. The only slight negative was the shuttle bus driver, who was a bit on the grumpy side. A special mention must go to the owner, who is exceptionally kind. She personally came down to wish us well on departure and even gave us two delicious cakes each to take home. She clearly cares about her guests and makes them feel valued. I would love to return to Madonna di Campiglio, and I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Lorenzetti again.

Struttura stupenda, un albergo di montagna che ti fa sentire davvero in montagna, camera bellissima, spa e centro benessere eccellenti. Per non parlare della bontà della colazione e della cena, preparata e servita con cura da ristorante di alto livello. Posizione comodissima, vicino agli impianti a cui si può arrivare grazie al servizio navetta dell'hotel con il simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo Giovanni. Infine la meraviglia del panorama visibile dall'albergo. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare all'hotel Lorenzetti. Un caro saluto a tutto il personale della struttura e grazie ancora per questa bellissima esperienza.

- ValeryatET (10/5): Never Fails to Impress - This is not my first review of this fabulous hotel where I have stayed regularly for many years. A lot has changed including the very Alpine exterior which has been replaced by a clean, modern exterior which blends very well into a stunning background of the Brenta Dolomites. The top floor on one side is now occupied by two exquisite suites with sauna - perfect for that very special occasion. I have stayed there with groups, as a couple and on my own and on every visit, I have received the warmest of welcomes and enjoyed delicious food in the elegant restaurant that also overlooks the mountains. It is also a pleasure to renew the acquaintance of other regular guests. Most impressive however, is the retention of a very high standard in every aspect of this delightful accommodation from the cleanliness of the rooms and reception areas to the quality of the food, the comfort of the bed rooms and the friendly efficiency of the staff. Plus the convenience of a free shuttle service to the slopes. This family run hotel also has shops in the centre of town (recently renamed) - Lorenzetti Luxury offers the best in luxury fashion and accessories and Lorenzetti Sport has everything needed for all winter and summer sports.

- giovanni (10/5): - Struttura molto bella ed elegante con splendida vista sulle Dolomiti, pulizia impeccabile, camera spaziosa e luminosa, ottimi servizi tra cui una bellissima Spa, piscina e la comodità della navetta con servizio 8-20 per le piste e per il centro. Ristorante con una cucina deliziosa, non avevamo la mezza pensione ma abbiamo mangiato lí tutti e sei i giorni per quanto era buona e varia la cucina. - Martina (10/5): Příjemný tradiční hotel, milý a ochotný personál, výheldy na okolní hory. - Krásný tradiční hotel, velmi příjemný pesonál, luxusní výhled na okolní hory. Byli jsme zde v létě, do centra Madonny a na lanovku nabízel hotel zdarma shuttle bus. Na odjezd jsme dostali balíček přímo od madam Lorenzetti, to bylo velmi milé. Vše bylo v pořádku

Lo staff SUPER disponibile a ogni ora e per qualsiasi informazione, preparato e rigoroso. La proprietaria accoglie gli ospiti e lascia dei regali al check out! Tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative. Ci è stata offerta una camera molto più grande della prenotata perché disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno, vista sulle montagne e pulizia costante. La struttura è BELLISSIMA! In tipico stile montano e probabilmente rinnovata recentemente. Il ristorante di ottima qualità con personale attento e simpatico. Piatti ricercati, personalmente avrei preferito una cucina piu casereccia o moderna, forse un po troppo stile anni 80 per i miei personalissimi gusti! La navetta funziona sempre, ed è comoda sopratutto per arrivare agli impianti! Ma si cammina facilmente nel centro del paese in 15 minuti. Torneremmo ogni weekend se potessimo!

Consigliato a chi vuole soggiornare nel cuore delle dolomiti di Brenta immerso nel comfort e relax. L'arredamento delle camere é un pó datato ma con il suo fascino. L'ala moderna dell'hotel ha sicuramente camere arredate con gusti piú moderni.
- Leonardo (9/5): - Il servizio nevetta è efficientissimo e molto comodo: l'hotel non è vicinissimo al centro ed agli impianti, ma, grazie a questo servizio, la distanza non si sente. La spa e la palestra sono molto belle ampie. Anche la sala colazione/ristorante è grande ed accogliente. Il personale gentile e disponibilissimo. Le camere e i bagni forse avrebbero bisogno di un revamping perchè li ho trovati un po' "stanchi", però ho comunque soggiornato e dormito bene.

- isabella (10/5): Calorosa accoglienza - Accoglienza ottima, tutti molto disponibili e gentili. Il servizio navetta fantastico sia per le passeggiate che per andare in centro a farsi un giro. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia a colazione che a pranzo. La proprietaria molto carina e premurosa, una vera padrona di casa. Forse qualche grado in più nella piscina che abbiamo trovato un po’ tiepida, ma comunque bella!

The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had an amazing view of the mountains. The wellness area was also very nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was spatious and had a panoramic view of the mountains as well. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it offers an efficient shuttle service. Although we appreciated the upgrade to a larger room, the view was not great as the room faced the main road. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and the food was not typical from the region. For two consecutive nights, the cleaning personnel entered our room unannounced.

Gentilissima anche la titolare, una signora che vive la sua professione non solo con attenzione e serietà, ma proprio con il cuore. Aggiungo l'eccellente servizio di navette fornito dall'hotel da e per il centro di Madonna di Campiglio e per gli impianti. Ultimo, ma non ultimo, si mangia divinamente. Praticamente nulla.
