Max (10/5): A perfect spot! - The location is wonderful. A very short walk from the train station. They also have a shuffle that can come get you. The view of the Matterhorn, off of our balcony, was amazing. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful lobby and room!

We LOVED that the hotel provided pick up and drop off from the train station. A real blessing. We also really enjoyed the sauna space. It was lovely after a long day of hiking. It would have been better to have access to coffee yourself. And although it was cool to do your own OJ, it didn't work very well. It wasn't easy for staff to see when things ran out in the breakfast containers. I started leaving the lids off to the side hoping they would see a refill was needed.

The whole place is clean and cute. The whole check in process felt very AI, had to fill in a lot of details prior to arriving. And the room we booked has “Matterhorn view” but we can only see the tip of the Matterhorn.

The view on the Matterhorn was beautiful and they served one of the best breakfast we have ever had. On our last day we went on the Gornergrat Nostalgie Tour ending at the train station. A member of staff was waiting there with our luggage for our onward travel so that we didn't have to detour back to the hotel. High praise to all of the team. We will definitely come again. Nothing.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé au centre et au calme. Il est très joliment décoré, charmant et tout est propre. Il y règne une atmosphère reposante. La vue sur le Cervin depuis notre chambre était magique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa après notre journée de ski. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et propose un vaste choix. Sydney (9/5): Perfect long weekend stay! - Room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the matterhorn. bathroom was also spacious and very nice. Wonderful free breakfast every morning with friendly staff. Free shuttle to and from the train station. Great value! Nothing!

Andreas (10/5): Ich war super happy und total zu frieden. - Wir wurden mit einem hoteleigenen Taxi vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und für unser Wohl besorgt. Man hätte uns auch mit dem Taxi an den Bahnhof zurück gebracht, wenn wir das hätten wollen. Wir konnten die Gepäckstücke, die wir vor dem Zimmerbezug nicht brauchten, an der Rezeption deponieren und so unbeschwert einen Ausflug machen. Auch am Abreisetag konnten wir die Gepäckstücke die wir nach dem verlassen des Zimmers nicht brauchten, an der Rezeption bis zur Abreise deponieren. ---

Ively (8/5): Café da manhã excelente, mas sem privacidade para usar o banheiro - O hotel disponibilizou um veiculo para nos pegar na estação. Café da manhã excelente! com sucos deliciosos, framboesa, queijos, pães gostosos, ovos, salsicha, mini rosti, feijão, verdura. o atendimento da equipe foi cordial, tem um funcionário que fala português. Uma máquina de café no quarto, A localização também é boa. A porta do banheiro é de vidro totalmente transparente, NÂO tem privacidade na hora de usar o vaso sanitário, não gostamos. Precisam corrigir isso. o piso do quarto é de carpete.

L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal au centre du village dans une rue calme. Les installations sont modernes et l’effet chalet authentique est pleinement réussi !

Complimentary chocolate bar in the room, coffee machine in room is nice touch as well as the light in wardrobe when opened up. Mini bar in room is stocked with decent selection of drinks. Hotel is close to the centre and free shuttle to/from station if needed. Bed is super comfy and got some really good rest!! Having to leave, wish I could have stayed for some additional services like the massage and sauna etc.
