Jee Soo (8/5): Good location good breakfast - Best location: It is next to the Cathedral and the main train station. There are many choices of restaurants, bakeries and shopping stores. Breakfast was excellent. We concerned about sharing hotel Hotspot for everyone. It should have more secured WIFI. One of front desk staff was like an AI with no expression no smile.

Wir kommen gerne wieder - Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, nachts waren die Zimmer sehr ruhig, tagsüber allerdings viel Baulärm, da direkt daneben das Goldschmied Carré entsteht. Tagsüber waren wir aber unterwegs ;-) Eines der Zimmer hatte leider eine Badewanne mit Dusche - für ältere Personen nicht so günstig und etwas rutschig

Daniel (9/5): Zentrale Lage direkt beim Dom, grosse saubere Zimmer und freundliche Personal - Top Lage, direkt beim Dom Das Zimmer war gross und geräumig Das Frühstück hatte ich zwar nicht, war aber am Morgen dort und habe gesehen, dass es genug hatte und auch genug Auswahl Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel Am Morgen hat man gehört, wie die Türen teilweise laut zugeknallt wurden (ist aber in anderen Hotels auch so).

Obwohl direkt nebenan an einer Baustelle gearbeitet wurde, war es im Zimmer und auf dem zum Innenhof gerichteten Balkon angenehm ruhig. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was ich benötige.

Bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels and shower gel provided. Room was noisy. No fault of the hotel. But when it starts at 7am and very loud. It's not what you really want. Although a bottle of water is provided in the room . I would have liked a tea or coffee option. Free tea and coffee is available in reception.

Das Zimmer war mit dem Notwendigen eingerichtet und die Früh Werbung als Deko war humorvoll. Diane (10/5): We'd love to return to Eden Hotel Fruh au Dom - The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the cathedral and all the events surrounding the cathedral. Easy walk down to the river and that's another beautiful walk. With windows closed, none of the event noises disturbed peace and quiet in the room. The best restaurants are next to the hotel. We traveled by train from Frankfurt and the Cologne train station is an easy walk from there. No hassles from figuring out subways or renting a car. No added uber expense.

Sandra (5/5): War okay - Das Zimmer war ganz schön aber etwas verstaubt Es war leider viel zu laut! Ich würde einen Aufenthalt mit Kind nicht empfehlen, da die Leute mitten in der Nacht in den Fluren geschrien haben, sich übergeben haben und Party gemacht haben und auch vor dem Hotel war bis spät abends Party und extrem laut genauso der Lift war sehr sehr laut. Was für den Preis was wir gezahlt haben sehr schade war, da wir in den paar Tagen wo wir da waren nicht einmal in Ruhe schlafen konnten.

Lo staff è sempre disponibile 24/7, la pulizia e l'ordine delle camere molto soddisfacente e la posizione vicino al duomo e alla stazione è ottima (la vista sul duomo dalla mia stanza era stupenda!) Non ho mai sentito rumori e ho dormito abbastanza bene (forse il materasso è un po' duro, ma non è un grosso problema). Ho apprezzato molto le bevande gratis in reception e il deposito bagagli il giorno del check out, i ragazzi in reception sono sempre stati gentilissimi e disponibili 😊 Dovessi tornare a Colonia, ritornerò in questo hotel

Christian Leo (9/5): Top Lage! - Die Lage ist sehr gut, ich kam mit d3m Zug und das Hotel ist fußläufig in 5 min. vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf den Dom macht es zu einer besonderen Freude. Für die Baustellen rund um den Dom kann das Gotel nichts und ich hätte sonst nichts was hier anzumerken wäre.

The mattress was very hard, only one pillow which was very soft. The room was next to the lift, which seemed to be used until 1a.m. and started again from about 5.30. The shower was quite difficult to access.

Das Zimmer war nicht so gross wie erwartet, dafür aber sauber. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer hätte ein bisschen grösser sein dürfen. Zwischen Bett und Möbel war nur ein schmaler Durchgang.

Die Badausstattung war super, großes Waschbecken und viel Platz für Ablage vorhanden. Schminkspiegel höhenverstellbar. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenlose Bedienung am Kaffeeautomaten in der Lobby. Toll! Einfaches, aber sehr gutes Frühstück (mit Bircher Müsli). Nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen beim nächsten Köln-Besuch wieder!

Klaus-Thomas (8/5): Für einen Städtetrip ist dieses Hotel von der Lage her unschlagbar. - Absolut zentral gelegen. Die Erreichbarkeit der markanten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Köln sind vom Hotel aus fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Ums Eck war auch das Brauhaus FRÜH am Dom, also nicht weit für ein Kölsch. Lärmbelästigungen waren nicht wahrzunehmen.
Lizandra (7/5): Ok! - Localização excelente as camas do hotel são um pouco desconfortáveis, mas o que me desagradou mais foi o facto de não puder abrir a janela , pois mesmo ao lado havia outra varanda, o que me deixou insegura tendo em conta que qualquer pessoa podia entrar pela janela e vistos que não havia maneira de mudar a temperatura do quarto , tive de manter a janela fechada e o quarto em si era quente.

Claudia (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip in zentraler Lage ok - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral Die Zimmer sind sauber aber könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen ! Alles ein wenig in die „Jahre“ gekommen . Großbaustelle vor der Türe ! Dafür ist der Preis dann noch sehr hoch zur Zeit.

Although our room looked out across a lively bar/ beer keller, the rooms triple glazing made it possible to shut out the noise. The beds were very comfortable. Only a minor comment that the shower was very compact an do a little tricky to get in and out of.
