Lots du 1er nous avons été accueilli sur le parking et nos bagages ont été portés à la chambre. Mais lors du 2e sejour., 5 jours plus tard, le réceptionniste nous a attendu sur le peron et noys a regardé porter nos valises... Pas top pour un hotel de ce standing ... Également l insonorisation entte les chambres est très faible Absence de minibar

• Clara Maria (8/5): Posada campestre linda y de buena categoría, pero caro por la infraestructura que ofrece. - El lugar es muy lindo para alojarse en las afueras de Salta y poder salir rapido a la ruta (nosotros ibamos a San Antonio de los Cobres). El atardecer con vista a la montaña y el ambiente campestre. La gente del servicio muy amable y estan en muchos detalles. El salon para comer es muy lindo. La blanqueria impecable y muy buena. El Desayuno es a pedido es decir que no tenes opciones a la vista (al menos en nuestro caso quizas el hotel estaba vacio). El precio me pareció excesivo para la infraestructura que tiene y siendo un Relais & Chateaux, comparado con otros hoteles boutique del pais (la zona de la pileta y del jardin por ejemplo). Si bien es lindo y es una onda campestre, me esperaba otro nivel de infraestructura, mas alla de que estan en detalles de un hotel de categoría, con lo que tienen, por ejemplo en las frutas de bienvenida, la apertura de cama con un dulce, el personal que te ayuda con las valijas, etc. El spa muy lindo puesto, aunque muy lejos del lobby, y le faltaria algo de agua (jacuzzi al menos - ya que tiene salas de masajes y sauna solamente). Seria genial poder acceder con el auto hasta la puerta de la habitacion (hay mucho espacio fisico para poder hacerlo).

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et le confort de la chambre, la décoration de l’établissement dans les parties communes, le petit déjeuner et le dîner. L’endroit est très reposant à un bon quart d’heure de la ville, ce qui est très bien !

Looked like they liked to work there. Not invasive, not fussing too much, just there when you needed. A number of lovely lounge spaces in the main house. Lots of character and charm everywhere. We were in one of the suites in one of the buildings 50m from the main house. Wonderfully quiet. Lovely room - practical, but with space and character. Good bed too. Lovely terrace facing south, which was perfect for the time of year (end of May). The gardens are LARGE and it feels wonderful to have all that space! Stunning uninterrupted views to the hills in the distance. Lunch and dinner fantastic. Brekkie good too. The pool was LOVELY! And we were fortunate to have it all to ourselves the day we used it. Heated. Clean. Decent size. Good condition. Again, uninterrupted views to the hills. And actually looks a lot nicer in real life than in the photos (my opinion). They've traded-up the loungers to being beautiful wooden ones, which adds "warmth" and appeal to the setup. Fresh towels in a basket, waiting for you to use the pool. Lovely! Lunch and dinner were fantastic! The food and drink is as you'd expect - top notch. We used the spa - which is a decent walk (probably 200m?) back towards the entrance to the estate. But it's very nicely done in there. We didn't have any "treatments", just went for sauna and steam room, which were as you'd expect. You just wander down there, grab a towel, there's a changing area and cupboards to hang clothes etc. All very relaxed and pleasant. A wonderful place to stay - and not leave - for days! Thoroughly recommend! Nothing to report 🙂

• Thibault (10/5): Memorable experience ! - An incredible experience! We travel a lot, but it’s rare to find such a gem in the world of hospitality. House of Jasmines exceeded all expectations! The staff is both charming and highly competent, making every moment special. The property offers fantastic amenities—horseback riding, a heated pool, and plenty of games to enjoy. The restaurant is excellent, with impeccable service once again. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

• A (10/5): A beautiful and relaxing environment, friendly and helpful staff. - The gardens and surrounding area, with the birds and wildlife were so beautiful and wonderful to relax in. Breakfast was very good, a wide choice of freshly cooked options as well as cereals, sweet pastries and cakes, juices and a variety of teas and coffees, served in the beautiful dining room. Dinner was always delicious, with locally sourced produce and superb wine. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful in organising trips and transfers. Nothing. We liked everything.

Look for the huge parakeet nest way up in the trees and the owls from their burroughs. The majestic treelined entry leads you to an oasis at the base of the mountains. • Fernando (7/5): I expected more from this hotel. For what they charge, they need to improve some basic things, specially with the rooms - The space. The staff. Great pillows. 1. The rooms are far way and there is no minibar. I have to walk 200 meters for cold water. 2. There is no beverage service at the pool. Could not find a towel either. 3. There is a feeling the place needs a renovation. 4. It is expensive for what it is. I have been traveling and visited the best hotels in the region. This one costs more and seems to live of its reputation, and the Relais & Chateaux qualification. This is the only hotel of the whole 20 day trip through the entire region that I do not intend to come back. I feel the influencers that have been giving good reviews have been paid off.
• Saunders (8/5): Very good - The staff were amazing so attentive and smiley I had a fabulous massage. Food good although small menu and no change for lunch and dinner. We probably stayed longer than the average client so perhaps it doesn't matter. The bugs! Time of year so no ones fault and they were great at getting rid of them. Would have been nice to have a bit more attentiveness when clients are by the pool. But we loved it!

• Azucena (8/5): Delightful property with gourmet food - Food, rooms de orations and bed linens No cream lotion. Spa left a lot to be desired in terms of shower facilities, soap, etc. Very slippery the are of the spa, particularly in the shower are with no handle bars or floor mats.

• Ruurd (10/5): - Geweldige plek buiten stad voor 1 of 2 dagen relaxen. Spa aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima keuken. Jammer dat er geen gezellige bar was. Daarom drankje voor of na eten in restaurant aan al gedekte tafels.
• Ernestas (10/5): Highly recommend this place for everyone. - It a very special place. You feel like home. The property is wonderful, the staff is great, the food was delicious. The views of the surroundings are great. It was a pleasure to have a horse ride to the surroundings.

• Femke (10/5): - We travel a lot, but this is by far the best hotel I ever visited. First of all, the staff is amazing. They are all so friendly, and they all speak English. They are really helpful (park your car, help with the luggage, welcome drink, questions etc.). Secondly it’s the most beautiful place I ever visited. The room and private terrace is very spacious, clean and romantic. There is fresh fruit, water and tea in the room. The building is really authentic and beautiful. The nature around the building is even more beautiful. Words couldn’t do it justice. Thirdly, they have a lot of activities: children activities (pastry making, games, babysitting), empanada making lessons, biking, spa, gym, swimming pool, horsebackriding and bird watching. And at last the breakfast, the food in general and cocktails are amazing. The complementary breakfast was very various and you could even add some freshmade dishes to the buffet (tortilla eggs, pancakes with Dulce the ledge). The pancakes are the best I ever had in my life!
