Mohammed Ahmed (7/5): Overall stay was good, fulfilled requirements for the visit. - Location was excellent and easy accessible, staff was cooperative, helpful and compliant. Linens were old and torn, not changed every day, blankets were not clean and washed since long with bad smells.
Dat (6/5): - Only price. Not recommended. Water drain didn't work. Old mattresses and trash were scattered in the hallway on this floor. The towel had a black stain. Very noisy from the main street. the Staff was not friendly. There was a problem to connect HDMI on the TV and they didn't solve this problem! No. YouTube,No music, No Netflix, No Android TV. only terrible TV programs. absolutely disappointed about this Hotel.

Екатерина (8/5): В целом неплохо. - Чистая и удобная постель, чистое белье, хороший вид из окна! Большой номер на две комнаты, два туалета. В целом очень комфортно! Читала, что у кого-то не открывались окна и не работал кондиционер, у нас таких проблем не было! Окна открывались, в номере 2 балкона. Кондиционеры старые , но работали хорошо ( он кстати показывает температуру в помещении, а не температуру до которой охладит помещение). Вайфай работал хорошо, в каждой комнате было по телевизору, они тоже работали. В номере был чайник, чай, холодильник, фен. Этому номеру не помешает ремонт, грязные стены, потрескавшиеся подоконники, дырявые шторы, выглядит пошарпаным. Полотенца в ванне тоже уже можно было бы закупить новые, так как предлагаемые уже серые. При дневном свете все бросается в глаза, вечером лучше😅 Ещё с улицы доносится шум машин, но только в комнате с двухспальной кроватью, а в другой комнате тихо. И если закрыть окна , в номере не так шумно.

FAYAZSHK (10/5): We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Shine Palace a lot. - Very good location. Near Sarajishvili metro station just 3 minutes walking distance. Chronicles of Georgia around 15 minutes by bolt. Booked a family suite, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Staff is very polite and helpful. Excellent rooms, very clean, and well maintained. All room facilitates in good working conditions. Supermarket just next door and open 24/7. Bakeries with freshly baked bread just a few minute walk away. Travel by Metro in Georgia..its very convenient and cheap. Bathrooms should have bidet, or shataf.

ilona-sh (9/5): Отель запомнился своим персоналом -доброжелательным и вежливым, где приятно находится, и чистотой. - Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный и вежливый, начиная с администратора на ресепшене - все объясняли, помогали, вежливые были, заканчивая персоналом по уборке - огромная им благодарность, номер убирали каждый день и очень чисто, всегда улыбались и были вежливыми. Очень приятно такое отношение к гостям! Спасибо Вам! Номер немного темноват ( хотелось бы больше света - ярче лампочки что ли), но это не критично. В ванной хотелось бы шторку в душе (есть только стеклянная перегородка с одной стороны).Но это тоже не критично, т.к. предусмотрено, что вода быстро уходит в сток, все норм. К тому же, каждый день убирают все начисто.

Natia (8/5): Nice - Its a big space rooms with big balcony. Everything is working. Price is very good. Old rooms. Not super clean but normal. In the price its very good bit consider its not new style rooms
