• Anónimo (7/5): - La ubicación buena para visitar la cuudad alta y baja e ir al aeropuerto. Si vas en coche tienes zona azul de pago de 9 a 19 sin problema Entra la luz desde que amanece. Sin embargo el aparamdnto tiene poca luz natural y la cocina no tiene mo imprescindible. Es un cuarto y el ascensor sólo va desde el 1 al 3. En booking , a diferencia de otros apartamentos, el precio total que da es von taxas no incluídas.

• Robert (10/5): superb stay in a great location - Location; size of space; terrace bathroom; bonus kitchen lack of additional useful kitchen item basics such as utensils, tin foil, sugar, oil etc.
• Alvina- Sotiria (1/5): Disappointing - The accommodation is located on the fourth floor; from the first to the third floor there is an extremely dangerous external elevator, in which we got trapped without receiving any help! We were stuck in the elevator with a baby, and there was no one to assist us. The emergency phone numbers belonged to people who no longer worked there, while the apartment owner hung up on us and told us in messages that it was not his responsibility! He provided absolutely no assistance, even though he knew we were trapped and had a baby with us!

• Robert (3/5): - Przestronne pomieszczenie. Niestety brak ciepłej wody po kontakcie z gospodarzem odpisał by nie czekać na ciepła wodę po czy kontakt się urwał. Bardzo słabe oświetlenie lokalu. W łazience zamiast ciepłej wody pajęczyny na suficie. Winda tylko od 1 do 3 piętra.

Ciepła woda do kąpieli tylko dla jednej osoby wystarczyło, klimatyzacja nie działa, w pokoju 18 stopni, kubki nie domyte, 5 minut musiała spłynąć zimna woda zanim zaczęła płynąć ciepła. Zimno w nocy 18 stopni spanie w buzie z kapturem na głowie.

The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to restaurants and shopping. The beds and sofas was perfect. The kitchen was normal. Overall I could recommend it to friends! No faces to the historic Città Alta district of Bergamo as described.

It was easy to find a pizzeria in the area to have dinner even late in the evening. Tried contacting the host. Still haven't received a reply. Make sure you take notice that the tourist tax is an extra to the price you pay on booking and that you need to pay it in cash. It was a challenge for us. The bell towers are quite near, so if you leave the windows open you might feel you are next to the bell at 7 am), quite an experience.
• Jg (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a great location and it's very nice. I would recommend this place to others if staying in Bergamo. For the price it felt like we got a great deal. There is an elevator for about 2/3 of the floors to get to your room. The elevator is very small and if you don't know that you are standing to close to the elevator door when inside it will stop. My wife and kids were stuck for 15 minutes in the elevator and someone had to come help them. However, you just need to stay away form the door and the elevator works fine.
• Inga (9/5): nice and big apartment in the heart of Bergamo - it was clean, the staff came and cleaned our apartment in the middle of our stay. The apartament is really big and comfortable. Very close to the train station (10minutes on foot), a lot of restaurants nearby. the elevator wasn’t working, it was 4th floor, but it wasn’t that inconvenient. It was quite cold, we couldn’t change the heating.

• Natalia (5/5): Passable - My recent stay at VIP Apartmanets Bergamo left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. While the place itself was nice, the ongoing issues with the owner regarding tourist tax made it an unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, we promptly paid the required tourist tax, as per the owner's instructions. However, to our surprise, the owner kept insisting that we hadn't paid it and claimed the envelope we provided didn't contain the necessary amount. This was concerning, as our personal information, including passport details, was included with the payment. Feeling distressed and concerned about the possible theft of our personal information, I expressed my intention to involve the police. Strangely, shortly after, the owner contacted me, admitting their mistake and stating that they had confused our apartment with a different one. They eventually found the Tourist tax we had already paid. As if that wasn't enough, when we were about to leave, a woman representing the owner knocked on our door, demanding another payment for tourist tax, insisting that it was required upon departure. This raised suspicions of a scam, as it seemed they were attempting to double-charge us.Given the repeated incidents and lack of professionalism displayed by the owner, I strongly advise against staying at this place. The constant confusion, attempts to collect additional tourist tax, and the overall experience of feeling scammed have left a sour taste in my mouth. I would highly recommend seeking alternative accommodations in this area.

• Ams17 (9/5): Superb - The location is top, penth-apartment was comfortable, clean, bus station is just 5min by walk from apartment, for early morning flights it was really good, there is airport bus around 4.30am. Warm recommendations for the accommodation. *Penth apartment have view from bedroom on old town, but don't have open view on balcony! As penth-apartment is big and it's on the last floor, it's cold from 10pm to 9am, also there AC heating which isn't working. TV didn't have signal, for all these I informed host, but didn't receive any feedback.

• Alexei (2/5): - Stayed one night only. Me, my wife and our son. Apartment itself is nice, but! The worst thing is not the broken bed, because of which we had a terrible night ever could imagine. We were dumbed by the owner of the property customer treatment! We did not find any understanding, empathy and support, and even were accused in rules of stay breaking, late check out (10 minutes later). Plus we have to, by the owner words: "make our complaints to those, who did it (destroyed the bed)". What??? Never had found such kind of hospitality! Strongly do not recommend to stay in VIP Bergamo Apartments!

• Constant (4/5): Absence absolue de service, cata totale. - A notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas faite (cf la photo). Quasi impossible de contacter le service client. Heureusement, une fois le service enfin contacté une femme de chambre est venue préparer notre chambre. Par ailleurs sur le site hotels.com j'avais spécifiquement demandé une chambre avec sdb privée et notre chambre avait une sdb partagée (10 euros plus cher). Bref l'enfer. Dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses et l'immeuble est bien situé. C'est ce qui arrive quand on offre un service sans aucun être humain avec qui échanger, ça finit par capoter.. (les clés sont dans une boîte au lettre à l'arrivée etc.) Et pour ne rien gâcher, notre mail de réclamation est toujours sans réponse.

L'affaccio sulla strada pedonale molto frequentata non favorisce certo il silenzio, ma la cosa non è stata particolarmente drammatica: insomma, piuttosto nella norma. Quello che mi ha davvero stupito negativamente è che ho segnalato il non funzionamento del wi-fi a tutti i numeri di telefono che mi erano stati forniti e non dico che il problema sia stato risolto, ma non ho proprio neanche avuto una qualsiasi risposta, neanche un semplice "grazie della segnalazione ma non riusciamo a intervenire tempestivamente", o qualsiasi cosa. Sono stato bellamente ignorato (nonostante prima dell'arrivo i contatti ci fossero stati regolarmente): il silenzio assoluto, sia la sera in cui me ne sono accorto che il giorno dopo, alla partenza (anche un semplice sms successivo per dimostrare di aver recepito la segnalazione mi sarebbe sembrato un segno minimo di educazione e dialogo positivo con il cliente).

Unpleasant staff didn’t try even to apologize for the incovenience caused by their mistake. They simply disconnected after the question about possible solutions.

Palazzina antica con cortile interno caratteristico. Ambiente interno gradevole e spazioso fornito di diverse comodità. L'ospite dispone di completa autonomia,dovuta anche al check in online.

• Horst (6/5): Laut! - Das Appartement ist groß, gutausgestattet und sauber. Allerdings haben die Fenster keinen deutschen Standard i.S. Dichtungen. Deshalb hört man nachts den Verkehrslärm extrem, wenn man hier empfindsam ist. Ab 5:30 Uhr morgens fahren die Busse "durch das Schlafzimmer".

Ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen das war auch toll und direkt in der Stadt mit leckeren Bäckereien fürs Frühstück und Restaurants zum Essen, wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder;) Lieben Gruß

Il consiglio che posso dare è migliorare il divano letto. anzi consiglierei di cambiarlo, troppo duro mi ha spaccato la schiena. Un altro dettaglio sarebbe di integrare la city tax nel prezzo dell'appartamento

• Thomas (8/5): Zentrale, schöne Unterkunft - VIP Apartment ist sicher übertrieben, es handelt sich um ein schönes, zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt gelegenes Apartment in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, in dem weiter Apaartment desselben Anbieters sind. Die Grösse ist sehr gut für Familien mit zwei kleinen Kindern und Baby. Babybettbereitstellung hat prima geklappt, mit Bettwäsche! Unser Apartment war zur Stadt orientiert und sehr laut. Der Zustand ist gut, aber nicht ganz so schön, wie auch den Fotos zu sehen. Das Schlafsofa ist von bescheidener Qualität und für Erwachsene nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Ausstattung ist vollständig, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Ärgerlich ist, dass jede zusätzliche Dienstleistung extra kostet und zwar viel (sogar wenn man Hilfe beim Zutritt braucht, welcher bei uns nicht exakt beschrieben war!!) Check-out um 10 Uhr finde ich auch sehr früh. Ich würde wieder hingehen bzw. buchen.
• Malgorzata (8/5): Piękny apartament ale bardzo akustyczny - Apartament bardzo ładny, świetnie położony przy starówce. Jedyny minus to bardzo głośny, bo przedzielony tylko przesuwnymi drzwiami jak od szafy z sąsiednim apartamentem, gdzie do 24:00 latały krzyczące dzieci nawet po zwróceniu uwagi słychać było wszystko. Brak obsługi przez co brak możliwości przechowania bagażu, oraz kary za przybycie poza wskazanymi godzinami.

• Craig (6/5): Family Bergamo trip - The address on the hotel is deceiving as it is the apartments not the hotel room. Be careful as we had to walk about 15 minutes with bags. It was a good base for ourselves in Bergamo. Wifi cut in and out during our stay. There was plenty of cafes and a supermarket close by for what we needed.
