• Marne (10/5): Wonderful hotel in a great town! - Great location! Could walk anywhere in town. Happy hour with a free drink was especially nice. Jeanne at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. If your room is on an upper floor (ours was not) it’s a long walk!

• Woodhouse (9/5): - CUTE! Needed a place to stay overnight when roads got icy and unsafe, this little gem popped up. Decor is updated and perfect for location. Comfortable, staff friendly even late at night when we arrived. Beautiful location!!!

El parking se paga aparte, no incluye desayuno.
• Lea (4/5): Dirty towels and bedsheets. - The location of the hotel was very nice. We arrived just after 7 pm and found dirty towels as well as spots on our bedsheets. Since there is no staff around anymore at that time there was no way for us to request a change of the sheets or towels. We brought this up with the manager the next morning who apologized and assured us a discount on our stay. However, weeks later we have still not received any refund nor an answer to my message asking about said refund.

• Roxane (1/5): Disappointing - The location I was honestly very disappointed with my stay. I booked a room through Booking.com that was advertised as having a small patio, but instead I was assigned a ground-level room facing a parking lot—which completely defeats the purpose of coming to this area. To their credit, the staff agreed to move me. However, the second room they gave me was a ground-floor accessible room right at the front of the building, facing the street. It felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy, as people walking by could see directly inside. The room setup (accessible features throughout) also didn’t feel appropriate for my stay. On top of that, the blinds were in poor condition and an unpleasant yellow color. I had to request a third room, and the only way to get something acceptable—with a proper view and the ability to actually open the windows—was to upgrade to a suite. This cost me an additional $180 on top of the $140 I had already paid. I asked if they could offer any flexibility on pricing given the situation and timing (same day, late afternoon), but they refused. There were also unexpected charges: $15 per night for parking, which was not clearly disclosed on Booking.com. When I raised this, they declined to remove it. Other issues: • No elevator, and no assistance or carts for luggage • No one at the front desk during checkout • The final room still had a bad smell • The sheets felt extremely rough and caused discomfort In the end, I paid close to $400 for a stay that fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this property.
• Tim (10/5): Very Clean and Comfortable Room in an Excellent Location. - Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. Reception was friendly and helpful. Communication via text messages was excellent, provided everything I needed to know in terms of security/access and parking. Room was “compact” but well organized, not crowded and had everything I needed. Very welcoming and boutique feel to the whole place. High quality throughout, but still casual. Comfortable common areas to hang out on both the first and second floors, and also a nice outdoor space with fire table in the front courtyard. This is certainly not unique to this hotel, but generally speaking I’m always a little “miffed” when ANY hotel charges extra for parking. The room rate is not unreasonable, but it’s not cheap either. I get it, parking in Frisco is limited and therefore at a premium, and $15 wasn’t terrible, but then again, its not like I had a choice since Frisco doesn’t allow overnight street parking. Again, not unique to this property, just a common practice for an increasing number of properties that I don't agree with.

• Camille (10/5): Charming Mountain Stay - This was such a charming stay! The staff was incredibly friendly. At happy hour they offered free beverages and snacks and had live music playing, many guests were gathered to listen and enjoy. The location couldn't be better; it was central to downtown Frisco and easy to drive to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. Very charming and will be recommending to friends who visit Frisco in the future.

Direkt an der Main Street, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Parallelstrasse (eigener Parkplatz, kostenpflichtig). Unkomplizierte, direkte Kommunikation via SMS. Hilfreiche Infos vor der Ankunft. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Unauffälliges, stilvoll (aber nicht überladen) eingerichtetes Boutique-Hotel. Zimmer sehr zweckmässig. Gut regulierbare Heizung, Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen. Self service "Bar" für Heisgetränke. Happy-Hour täglich 4-6PM, Fr/Sa incl. Live-Musik. Einziges Eventual-Manko: nur ganz wenige Ablageflächen (z.B. für Wäsche).

• Brenda (5/5): I doubt we will return. - Staff was friendly and it was nice of the to provide entertainment on Xmas Eve The room was very small and not comfortable for a 6' 6" man. Also there was no breakfast provided and ALL of the restaurants were closed on Xmas day. We had to skip our second night and go home so we could eat. Very disappointing.

Room 302, which theorically was an upgraded room to the double room, turned to be a very small, non-confortable and noisy and with very limited light. Also, the Hotel has no elevator, which means that if you are hosted in floor 2 or 3 it becomes complicated for eldery persons or families (as it was my case, traveling with 3 children and luggage).

A few small snacks were also available. Being RIGHT on Main St means outside noise from both pedestrians on Main Street and garbage trucks in the alley behind the hotel. But the hotel was very comfortable and had calm furnishings.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Wonderfully friendly and comfortable. - Loved this place, very cute, inviting and quaint. The staff were wonderful, the location is great! So dog friendly, our puppy had an amazing time meeting lots of new friends! They had live music and a fun happy hour! So nice, it was a lovely stay, we would stay there again with no issues. Also free parking and nice places to eat just steps away. The room was a little small, but fine for my family member and myself. I would imagine they have larger rooms available.

• B. (9/5): - Heel ruim en schoon appartement. Leuke inrichting. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Als we een klein minpuntje mogen noemen dan was dat de temperatuur in onze kamer. Het was echt heel erg warm, terwijl het buiten helemaal niet warm was. Wij zaten helemaal bovenin het gebouw. Er was wel airco en er stonden ventilatoren, maar de verwarming draaide op volle toeren. Wat ons betreft was het echt veel te warm.

• Katelynn (2/5): - I cannot believe this place gets any good reviews at all honestly. The only good thing about it is the location. The room was small and not only did it not have AC, the baseboard heat was on and unable to be shut off. It was relatively cool outside so I figured I’d just open the window and put a fan in it, only to find out it leads directly to the balcony of the neighboring room. I’m a single woman, leaving a window open that leads to the neighboring room would be extremely dangerous. I went down to the lobby to ask for either another room or maybe a refund so I could go somewhere else, but there was no employees working anymore. None of this is disclosed on third party sites or their website, as I’ve checked both. I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.
