• Salma (6/5): - The apartment was very spacious, there was a horrible smell from kitchen area upon arrival. Check-in staff stated that we had only paid deposit not whole room, we were trying to get booking confirmation up to show them that it was paid for. At last confirmed we paid for the whole booking.
• Naheem (10/5): - Nice place to stay, conveniently located close to the Metro Staion and easy access to Al Ghurair Shopping Mall. Gym facilities were good and so was the pool area along with steam and sauna ro. Cleanliness was impeccable and the room was serviced regularly by Roland and what an amazing job he did, an absolute credit to the establishment.

• Zeshan (8/5): - Great place to stay. You actually get morw than you lay for in terms of the room and hotel. Night time room service menu is lacking. You can swim with your kids in the big pool, 5 years and younger need to go in a 15 inch deep pool. The cleaning service is good but there are some people from the staff that are not consitent with cleaning. Again if you dont care about the area this is a great budget friendly hotel.

The washing/dryer machine is not drying. The breakfast is one way. Same asian food testless. Cups and glasses not always. aavailable
• Rajesh (8/5): - We had stayed in the apartment which was great. The only issue was the kitchen which was kind of dysfunctional with very limited utensils & cutlery. Otherwise the rest of the apartment was good. The staff were courteous as well. Location is awesome.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Stay in a very lively location. - Our stay at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair was quite enjoyable. The hotel staff was welcoming and informative, and the Residences Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were nice, but the experience felt a bit chaotic. All in all, the staff was really pleasant and accommodating. We were a family of five.

• Bahareh (8/5): - I had a great time at the Swiss Hotel in Dubai, Al Ghurair. The hotel was very nice, with excellent service and cleanliness. The only downside was the location, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was perfect!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice accommodation, but could be better. - We had a nice-sized apartment in the Swissotel Living Apartments and generally enjoyed our 4 night stay. However, kitchen could have been better stocked with dishtowel washtowel dish detergent and dishwasher soap. Contrary to all of our numerous apt living stays in cities, none of these were provided; we requested and did not receive. We could not wash our dishes unless we went and purchased those supplies, which we did not. We left our used dishes in the sink. Also, the clothes dryer was very inefficient. Breakfast buffet was very nice with wide selection of foods which was all very good. However, they ran out of plates coffee cups and napkins at peak times. Mehdi, one of the breakfast buffet attendants was excellent as was Navendra at the Ground Level Attendants Desk for helpful transportation information. We were on the 19th Apartment Level. Noisy basketball courts on roof of adjacent building at around the 12th level. Whistles and loudspeakers from around 7:00 pm until after 10:30. Made evening balcony time not as relaxing as desired. Also, Internet service on the balcony was inconsistent. Restaurant choices in the area very limited and on-site all-day dining provides dinner buffet only. When wanting something light for dinner, the lobby lounge had a menu with some sandwiches, salads and power bowls, which was fine with us, but selection might be limited for some. Based on our experience, our stay was not up to the 5-star rating.

The location is ideal, with easy metro access and great dining options. The breakfast was delightful, and the pool & wellness facilities offered a perfect retreat. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel provides comfort, luxury, and convenience. Highly recommended!

• ALI (8/5): - Have stayed at this property many times and they have made it comfortable for me. Ms Fatouma and Ms Wellington at the reception were excellent and helped out in every possible way. The breakfast buffet was good but the staff were struggling as it was very crowded and they were having a hard time keeping up even though they were working hard. There is another problem at the breakfast buffet restaurant where they have an open area outside and people were going in and out and the door didn’t close which affected the air conditioning system so it was very hot inside the restaurant as the door was left open. I did inform the restaurant manager but he said unfortunately there was nothing that he could do. Some times people forget that a customers pay for a a pleasant service to be comfortable and it’s important to make the guests comfortable to keep coming back.

• Shahidur Reza (10/5): - Excellent property. Did surprise me how specious unit was. Very comfortable. I needed to do early check in and contacted Manager Mustafa and he managed to make unit available for me. He was very friendly and Mustafa gave his mobile no to communicate with me. Too guy.
• Said (2/5): - With regret, we had booked a large family of 5 adults, including one with mobility and 3 who are asthmatic. We had booked 3 separate apartments but upon arrival, two of the apartments smelt of damp and the asthmatic guests struggled to breathe. At about 1am staff suggested that we share one larger apartment for that night, pending availability of separate flats the next day. We were relocated nearly at 2am exhausted. The next day we spent most of the day reserved for excursions sorting accommodation and were yet again met with one apartment with the same horrible dump smell, only this time they tried to hide it by spraying air freshener that made breathing even worse, nearly requested ambulance. Yet again latevat night we were relocated to another suitable accommodation. By way of compensation, the management offered one dinner service which declined and until after our departure not a single manager came to check on us or even attend the rooma to see and smell for themselves, as if they knewbthe condition all along. We had paid full cost of our separate but forced to share and relocate twice, against our wishes and expectations. Very disappointing. Swissotel... our second time but sadly Never again

• Victoria (6/5): Not a great place - We stayed on the apartment side. The place is spacious but it smelled. Moldy damp smell. We had a roof by the kitchen and bathroom that leaked. On our 1st day the fridge wasn’t working. The 2 linen sofa in the living room was very dusty. I put a blanket over it so I can use it. Overall, I don’t think I will stay again.

• Cedric (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Dubai - The Swissotel Living Al Ghurair is a fabulous hotel connected with a mall. The staff were all incredible including our security person (Mavis). We stayed in a really nice apartment which was very large and soundproofed with the bonus of having a washer/dryer unit in addition to a nice kitchen, living room, and balcony with views of the Burj Khalifa. Just really a great stay. Thank You.
• Mark Luther (10/5): - I had the best time staying at this hotel. Staff was respectful and helpful. It was close to the mall and groceries which made it very convenient for us. Jahirul always kept our room clean. I love staying here and will do again. I had an overall great experience.
• ALI (4/5): - Property is in a good place in the mall itself. The staff don’t look happy and are not interested in the guests. They don’t provide a service with a smile. Apartments are a bit run down as it’s pretty old. Bedrooms carpets are totally gone as well as the sofas in the hall which need to be changed real quick
• Vishali (4/5): Poor - Check in was amazing & Patrick was so welcoming. We were allowed to check in early & they rememberes our anniversary. However the house keeping was a huge let down as the room cleanliness was a let down, towels were not being changed & basic amenities were not being replenished. I left it a few days until i realised the basic things in the kitchen werent being cleaned - i got referred to the head if housekeeping Joseph who listened & made sure changes were made. A HUGE thank you Joseph, your a great asset. Lastly they forgot our airport wake up call. This was very poor!!

• saad (10/5): - Amazing stay at this property for a total of 14 nights. The location and hotel’s interconnected Mall access was very convenient for a family of five with kids between ages of 8 - 2. The hi-tea and buffet were both good value for money. The housekeeping help, especially by DEVENDHAR was going the extra mile for making your stay worthwhile. Staff in general from reception to the poolside, from the restaurant to the valet assistant, like everyone was very friendly, polite and respectful, no matter what time of the day or night you availed their services. The hotel needs a general facelift, the lifts not working after the hefty rainfall on the 16th May 2024 was a bit of a let down, but the overall price paid, roughly aed 12k for a 2 bedroom apartment, is more than fair for the great experience we had including the pool area, fresh towels and bedding on daily basis etc. Would love to come back and see slightly upgraded sights like modern sofas, smart tv, induction stove, sophisticated cutlery etc.
• Morag (10/5): Clean and friendly - The apartment was clean and tidy, and was cleaned each day we wanted it to be. Fresh towels were provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the breakfast was wide ranging and tasty.
• Bryan (10/5): - This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great apartment in Swissotel - Very nice property. I was in Dubai for 9 days and took an apartment in Swissotel Living at Al Ghurair, close to my client's premises. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation, spotlessly clean, with lots of space to spread out during an extended stay. Two great swimming pools, one open from 0600 until 2230, and tasty food across the various restaurants and coffee shop in the hotel. Great value for money as well. I shall return!

• Awais (2/5): Money hungry hotel - My family have been booking this hotel for a few years but we’re never going to use them again!! Made a special request to the hotel management after finding out my uncle has passed away so we were unable to stay. However the hotel was more interested in their profits rather than their customers interests. So we lost out on a huge amount and no money was returned! Avoid them at all costs.

I would like to thank all the staff for the friendliness and and being helpful. From the valet staff, Patrick at reception was amazing and our cleaner Jay-ar was fabulous. All staff were really good. The hotel and apartment building are part of one complex! Loved tje layout. Has a shopping mall beneath it and lots of places to eat and shop outside. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the Union Metro. The breakfast staff were amazing too! Well done to all of Khalids team. I have recommended this spacious apartment and hotel to other family members and should I return will be staying here again. Mr Umarji

• Zeshan M (8/5): - I think the hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms are very spacious but the furniture and amenities in the room are far to outdated. They have carpet that is so dirty your feet with collect a layer of filth within a few minutes. The tvs are small when compared to room size and pretty ancient. I would say to push the rating here by 2 level would just be some deep cleaning by either replacing or removing carpets l. For the price point the rest Is very bearable. Also maybe replace the covers on the sofas.

• kelly (10/5): - The hotel / apartment is my preffered stay in Dubai.. clean and classy with a modest price. Downside is taxi availability. If you stay and have an appointment or a plane to catch, leave your room at least 45 minutes beforehand to get a cab.

The staffs here are very friendly and I feel at home very much. I am having a pleasant experience for my stay in Dubai. I can recommend this hotel to everyone! • UDAY KUMAR (8/5): Good Hotel but pathetic service - Service at this hote starting from the reception is pathetic. There phones don't work, you really have to remind the front desk 10 times if you need to get a thing. Room service is great, but again plenty reminders. No facilities e.g. hair dryer, charging pins, no utensils in the kitchen (not even glasses). We complained the hotel several times, but nothing did they do. So, at the time of check out we spoke to the duty manager and gave him a feedback. When you are spending good amount of money, I think you can have better choices than this. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is centrally located next to UNION station. Secondly spacious rooms, A/C and maintenances of the appartments.

• Blaine (8/5): Nice hotel, unfortunate location - The hotel was nice. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Unfortunately, the location is not very accessible to the rest of Dubai. Also, was told upon check-in that we would have a non smoking room. Come to find out, none of the apartments are considered non smoking. My pregnant wife was not happy about the smoke smell!

• Wei Wan (10/5): Large apartment with large rooms - Friendly polite staff who dealt with queries/ problems promptly. There’s a left luggage storage. Made use of pools & gyms in both Hotel & Apartments. Also the fabulous spa with sauna, steam room & jacuzzi, which we used our room deposit towards. Daughter was given water & freshly cut fruit when her treatment finished before mine. Took complimentary shuttle to La Mer beach to Laguna Water Park & got picked up afterwards @2pm. We loved the location which is right next to & has direct access into Al Ghurair shopping centre with 2 supermarkets, food court, restaurants & variety of shops. Also, cutting through centre means only a 5min walk to the metro, which is on the red line.

I do recommond Swissotel, espacially for families
• Sabia (10/5): Fantastic hotel the best in Deira - WOW what can I say absolutely amazing hotel and the staff are the best from the check in and check out staff are great.The apartments are a great size 1 bedroom is idea for a family of 4 the bathroom is huge and the cleaning staff are fantastic they do a great job. The pool is huge with lots of sunbeds and the pool staff are great too especially shaman. The valet parking is great and the valet parking staff are very professional and fantastic of what they do especially jatinder so I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone restaurants everywhere the mall is downstairs which is amazing Thankes for everything Al Ghurair you have been AMAZING

The two restaurants were so awesome to eat at a reasonable price. I am very impressed and happy with my two weeks stay at the hotel. Thank you Eella for making my mom’s Mother’s Day a hit. She went out of her way to organize a surprised Mother’s Day at the Yawan restaurant way pass her work hours. The food itself was so awesome thanks to Subash, Rachel and Maria for also being part of the Mother’s Day surprise arrangement. Subash was always spectacular and hosted us well every time he spotted us. He made sure we were well served and comfortable. Breakfast bar was to die for, thanks to Laxman Panwar at the Fried Egg Station for making the best eggs I have ever tasted, he eggs are to die for. Thanks to Regina, Dinesh, Bibin, David, Mary Grace for all their efforts in putting a smile on our faces every time we dinned and making sure we were happy with our food selections and services they provided. It was so good to always have them speak to us. Their services were excellent, never got tired of serving us. Regina always remembered our room number without reminding her when checking us into the restaurant. Overall this was a spectacular vacation thanks to all the staff of Swissotel Living Hotel, we had a great time and will revisit again.
